Chapter 198 Rules
In response to Hiyori's words, Kaneda just pushed his glasses. In fact, Kaneda really didn't want Hiyori to participate in decision-making. Hiyori's personality was not suitable for leading a class and she was sometimes too indecisive.

A smile appeared on Ryuuen's lips. It would be a good idea if Kaneda had this idea. It would protect Hiyori from having to bear the blame for failing the exam.

"Kinda, you seem very confident. Confidence is a good thing. I will trust you this time. Don't interfere with me on this exam day. All personnel changes in the class will be decided by Kanda."

Kaneda was flattered by Ryuen's words. He didn't expect that Ryuen would trust him so much. Hiyori didn't understand why Ryuen did this. She just mentioned it and didn't really want to withdraw from the decision-making group for the class exam.

Ryuen snapped his fingers, "I'll leave this exam to Kaneda, and you don't have to think too much about it, Hiyori. I have something else to tell you."

Ryuen waved to Kaneda, who understood immediately and left.

"I don't understand."

As soon as Kaneda left, Hiyori showed an aggrieved expression. Because Kaneda was there just now, she resisted the urge to ask Ryuen why he did this.

"If I tell you that we're going to lose this exam, would you still want to work on it?"

Ryuen asked Hiyori, this was no longer a hint, but a clear statement.

Hiyori was also stunned for a moment. Until Ryuuen spoke just now, Hiyori had never thought that the class would lose. She just felt that it would be difficult to win, but they would definitely win in the end.

"Even if the result is a loss, I want to try my best to see if I can change the outcome."

What an unexpected answer. If it was Hiyori who had stayed out of the matter at the beginning, she would have given up when she knew she would lose the exam.

"Then try your best, maybe the result will be different."

"What do you mean? Didn't you tell me not to participate in decision-making?"

"Literally, you just need to be yourself, and let Kaneda do whatever he wants."

Hiyori was completely confused and had no idea what Ryuuen was talking about.

The next day, each student received an itinerary arranged by the school.

On July 7, all teachers and students of the school arrived at the port by bus. On the 19th, the rules were explained and the exam officially began.

On August 8rd, the exams are over, the rankings and rewards are calculated, and you can take a cruise from the 3th to the 4th.

Because all students in the school are participating in the exam this time, there are major changes in the selection of islands and the rules.

First, the second and third graders can form a group of up to three people with any students of the same grade, with a proportion of more than two-thirds of girls, and the first graders can form a group of up to four people. Once the group members are determined, they cannot be changed.

After landing on the island, you can form a large group based on the small group. The maximum number of people in a large group is 6, and the proportion of girls is more than one-half.

In the exam, when a group member falls behind or loses the qualification to take the exam, the group score will not be judged as the bottom. The score will be settled based on the group ranking. As long as the teammates are strong enough, it is possible to win without doing anything.

Because of the information gap among the three grades, the uninhabited island exam is not fair to the first grade, so the school also made humane treatment here.

As for the punishment of failing the exam, first-year students will only have their points deducted, while second-year students will be expelled.

Regarding the reward mechanism for the exam: the first place combination will be rewarded with 300 class points, 100 million individual points, and 1 protection point; the second place group will be rewarded with 200 class points and 50 individual points; the third place group will be rewarded with 100 class points and 25 individual points; the top 50%, including the top three groups, will each receive 5 individual points; the top 70%, including the top three, will each receive 1 individual points. The class points obtained by the top three groups will be paid by the grade of the last three groups, regardless of the number of people, and will be evenly distributed by class rounded up. At the same time, there are rewards and penalties between the same grades. The class containing the last group member needs to pay 100 class points to the class containing the first group member; the second place is 66 points, and the third place is 33 points.

If the first-place group is from the second grade and the last-place group is from the first grade, the first grade must pay a total of 300 class points as a reward to the second grade; if the first-place group consists of two classes, the 300 class points must be equally divided between the two classes, and so on.

Regarding the penalty mechanism for the exam: All members of the five groups ranked last will be expelled. This means that the minimum number of expulsions is 5 and the maximum is 30. Each group can cancel the expulsion by paying 600 million individual points, which are evenly distributed among the group members.

In order to reduce the risk of being expelled, the school has provided a humane remedy: as long as you pay your share of the equal amount, you can be exempted from expulsion regardless of whether the other group members have enough points. For example, in a group of six, even if the other five do not have enough points, one person with enough points can still be safely ashore.

However, the school stipulates that all point trading functions will be suspended during the examination period, which means that all preparations must be made before the examination.

It is obvious that the grouping of this exam is more important, and the type of teammates almost determines the final outcome.

The most special and interesting thing about this exam is that the school added eight cards.

There are five common cards and three special cards.

Regular Card:

Advance Card: After the exam begins, the points that can be used will be increased to 1.5 times.

Additional Card: The reward for personal points will be doubled.

Convenient Card: You will receive an additional half of the group's final individual points reward.

Insurance card: You can get one day of recovery time after the exam (the reason needs to be legitimate: such as physical discomfort)
Half-point card: When a cardholder is penalized, the number of personal points that need to be paid is halved.

Special Cards:
Recruitment Card: Ignore the gender ratio and the upper limit of the number of people and become the seventh person in the group.

Trial Card: The class point benefit will be increased by 1.5 times, but if the group ranking is less than the top 30%, it will be punished.

Invalid card: When you are punished, you do not need to pay personal points.

There is only one special card of each type per grade.

Cards have different effects and will be randomly awarded to each student. Students can trade cards with each other, but the effects of the same card cannot be stacked. In other words, a person can stack up to eight layers of buffs for himself.

What cards each student has obtained can be checked on the OAA system, which means that the transactions are open and transparent.

This is a transparent trading war, which means that before the test, you must not only select the team members, but also distribute the cards.

It is conceivable that there will be a war full of gunpowder before the exam.

Recruiting, negotiating, cooperating, conflicts of interest, this exam tests every aspect of a student's abilities.

The two-week exam is not only a challenge to the brain, but also to the physical strength.

When the students saw these rules on their mobile phones, the whole grade was in an uproar. This exam was extremely difficult.
