Warhammer: Angron Training Manual

Chapter 96 Temporary Order

Chapter 96 Temporary Order
……

night.

The first district of Mach City.

Everyone was gathered in the square, and the rebels maintained order around them.

These civilians, who had not received any training, knew how to gather together in an orderly manner and form a relatively rigorous and orderly queue without realizing it.

Everyone remained silent, their eyes fixed on the rebel leaders standing on the corpses of the guards above the square.

"We don't have time to stay in Mach City for long, but we will at least leave some soldiers behind and make sure a new order is established here. You will have enough food, clothing and shelter, medicines for illnesses, and jobs to earn money."

Angron stood on the body of the Guards soldier, his mouth like a huge radio, every word coming out of it could be accurately transmitted to the ears of hundreds of thousands of people in the slum.

"Now, I will announce some prohibitions and arrangements."

"You are absolutely not allowed to take advantage of the situation! Anyone who takes advantage of the chaos after the battle to commit crimes will be brutally executed! We don't have the time to put you in prison for discipline, nor do we have the conditions. Slave owners don't even know how to build prisons!"

"Every household should send at least one adult as a family representative to receive food when it is distributed and to form a militia when martial law and patrols are needed in the city."

"Children without parents, go find any Rebel soldier you can see after I say this, and the soldiers will personally make sure you have enough food and medicine."

"Until order is restored, the city will establish a temporary administration."

As he spoke, Angron jumped down from the pile of corpses and moved across the square.

Occasionally he would pull someone out of the line and place him behind him, and after he had made several laps around the square, a dozen or so people he had chosen would follow him.

These people looked confused.

"He will be responsible for some minor statistical work."

Angron pointed to the person behind him, then to the next person.

"And this person will serve as a channel for communication between you and the rebels. If you have any needs or ideas, please find this person, and he will then feed your ideas back to the rebels."

"And this person. He and the rest of the others will represent each of the small areas in your first district. They also have the right to communicate directly with the rebels. They will ensure that you can live a normal life and distribute housing to you. When you find any hidden enemies in the city, you must also tell the people I pointed out to communicate with the remaining rebels and then hunt down the hidden enemies."

Qin Xia looked at Angron but did not speak.

Although it seemed that Angron simply picked some people from the civilian population and gave them duties, in fact he did not pick them randomly.

Now, Angron had a person standing beside him. He could tell what kind of person he was, whether he was useful, whether he was honest or hypocritical... nothing could escape Angron's perception.

The people chosen by Angron were either leaders who had previously led the rebels in Mach City in battle, or extremely rational and resolute people.

If we put these people in a certain position, will they be able to do the job well immediately?

The answer is of course no, but at least a temporary, stumbling, simple order was established.

At least the city of Mach will not fall into chaos after the rebels leave, with people killing and looting each other, and people with ulterior motives jumping out to create panic...

"Remember this, those who want to take advantage of this temporary order and rob others, remember this." Angron looked at the few people in the crowd who wanted to steal but were not hopeless. "You will be accused by others, and then the rebel soldiers will rush to you within a minute and execute you all on the spot! No matter what mistakes you have made to others!" "Because we don't have time to build a prison for you to stay in, no."

Angron said as he looked at the gladiator named Cromach behind him.

Cromach immediately straightened his chest and prepared to accept orders.

"Stay here with 10,000 rebel soldiers," Angron said. "Train the militia here so they can quickly join the war. When Brown arrives, we will inventory and integrate the city's resources so that Mach City can play its part in the war as part of the rebel army."

"Yes." Cromach saluted and turned to look at the people. "We will protect... 99% of you. If you are threatened, robbed, or stolen, report it immediately to the nearest rebel soldier you can see. Then I guarantee that you will see the person who threatened or robbed you hanged in the square in three minutes."

Angron and Cromach said something more about temporary control.

Until Angron noticed the fear in those people with evil intentions.

“High pressure control.”

“It’s a bit cruel.”

Sister Olena expressed her views.

Qin Xia was standing next to the two sisters. After listening to what they said, she couldn't help but defend Angron: "The Nuceria people are brave and aggressive. When a war has just ended and the dust has not yet settled, this kind of high-pressure control is absolutely necessary, otherwise a large-scale bandit organization will soon emerge."

"Brave and aggressive?" The elder sister looked at the Nukerians in the square. "Don't you see that in the eyes of us Nuwei, they are submissive and docile in their bones? Otherwise, how could they be enslaved by a bunch of damn slave owners for nearly ten thousand years?"

"The High Knights enslaved them directly, but even so, there were still waves of rebels rushing to die." Qin Xia squinted at Oulina, "Most of you Nuwei people have never seen the High Knights, but they were frightened into submission by their orbital elevators for nearly ten thousand years, right?"

Hearing this, Oulina and the others all looked at Qin Xia, one glared at her, while the other whispered to her sister not to cause trouble.

"What is your Nuwei like? What are the people there like?" Qin Xia asked.

Now that the orbital elevator in Mach City has been taken down, the High Knights' ability to control Nu-1 has completely failed. Neither of the Orina sisters wanted to have a conflict with the rebels, so they naturally followed Qin Xia's lead and changed the subject.

"Nu Sat was a company a long time ago. Our ancestors went to Nu Sat from Nu Sat and were warmly received by the local workers."

"I heard from my elders that in ancient times, there was not enough food, but the workers on Nusa still shared their food with those of us who escaped from Nusa."

The Orinas answered.

"Since then, we have jointly formed the Labor Council. We are different from the Nu people. We have no concept of status and hierarchy. We only have one principle that has been truly implemented and followed for thousands of years."

“That means sharing the good and the bad.”

"The members of the Labour Parliament will not get one more bite of food or one more piece of fresh water, or one more piece of clothing with a beautiful pattern, than the workers in the Nou-1 mine."

"We share the joys and sorrows," said my sister.

"We share life and death!" said my sister.

Qin Xia's mouth twitched slightly when he heard this: "I now feel that the entire Nukeria galaxy is full of talented people and beautiful scenery. Your Nu-1 is much better than Nu Star."
