The Great Sage is coming, and my mother is actually the White Bone Demon

Chapter 53 Tathagata cuts flesh to feed the eagle

Chapter 53 Tathagata cuts flesh to feed the eagle
"You monster, you must have killed our master. Let us avenge our master!"

Zhu Bajie and Monk Sha frowned immediately and picked up their weapons.

Even if Zhu Bajie was planning to divide the property and run away, he would never let the person who killed his master go if he was right in front of him.

The White Dragon Horse was suddenly stunned. He remembered that he had arrived at the journey to the West before the two of them, and had existed in the form of a horse ever since. The two of them had never seen his human form.

Ao Bing turned back into a white horse and said, "Do you recognize me now, my two brothers?"

The two of them quickly put away their weapons. Bajie said, "White Dragon Horse, so you can turn into a human?"

The white dragon horse said, “I was originally the son of the Dragon King of the West Sea. Because I broke the colored glass cup given to my father by the Jade Emperor, I was banished to a river and became a monster.

Later, with the guidance of Guanyin Bodhisattva, he protected his master on his journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures.

But because I accidentally ate my master's horse, the Bodhisattva turned me into a white horse and carried my master to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures."

Zhu Bajie: "I see."

Monk Sha: "Then why did you tell us not to abandon our master? Isn't the charred body on the ground our master?"

The white dragon horse said: "The charred corpse is certainly not Master, Master was captured by the White Bone Demon in the White Bone Cave.

That monster was very powerful. I fought with him but was defeated. I was seriously injured and had to flee back.

Now please, two senior brothers, go and rescue Master as soon as possible.

You have to be quick, otherwise Master will be cooked and eaten."

"what?"

Monk Sha and Zhu Bajie were both surprised and happy. They were happy that their master was still alive, but they were shocked that the monk had been captured by a monster and they didn't know whether they could rescue him in time.

The two of them quickly flew on the clouds and followed the white dragon horse to the White Bone Cave.

"After I defeat the other two disciples of Tang Monk, I will cook and eat him, and you can all have a share of the spoils then."

After defeating Ao Bing, Madam Bai returned to the cave and held a banquet. All the little demons in the cave were delighted. They had never expected that their wife had such abilities.

They all congratulated Mrs. Bai.

On the other side, Bai Ze came alone to the cave where Tang Seng was imprisoned.

This Tang Monk must be released, because his journey to the West is of great significance to the Tang Dynasty in the East. Only when the true scriptures are spread to the Tang Dynasty will monsters and ghosts appear in the Tang Dynasty. If the true scriptures are not spread to the Tang Dynasty, then the Tang Dynasty will be like the area around Baihu Ridge, with humans and monsters living together.

Is this situation good?

As a monster from Baihu Ridge, Bai Ze knows the cruelty of all this better than anyone else. The human body is suitable for cultivation and seems to be stronger than monsters, but in fact it is just the opposite.

The human body is suitable for cultivation, but it only has good acquired growth potential. No one is born with great magical powers.

On the other hand, it takes monsters an unknown amount of time to cultivate into a perfect human body, and their cultivation speed is naturally not comparable to that of humans.

However, the biggest feature of monsters is that they have powerful magical powers from the moment they are born.

Just like Bai Ze and his mother, from the moment they were born, they knew how to use the bone claws, the corpse-dissecting technique, the soul-bewitching technique, and the corpse-reviving technique.

After being promoted to Demon King, the ability to refine the Ghost Fire Skull will be automatically unlocked.

Therefore, if the human territory was not guarded by the underworld, it would have been completely destroyed by monsters long ago.

But the power of the underworld is limited. Just like the monsters in Baihu Ridge, doesn’t it often eat people?
If Bai Ze was born a monster, he might not think about these things.

But he was once a human being after all. Monsters can run rampant in the world, but he doesn't want the Tang Dynasty to be like that. He can't control the whole world, but he can control the Tang Dynasty in the East, which was his former hometown.

As long as the true scriptures spread to the Tang Dynasty in the East, most of the monsters will move away from that land, and the remaining ones will not be able to cause any big waves.

Therefore, Tang Seng must succeed in his journey to obtain Buddhist scriptures!
As for the Dongsheng Shenzhou and Xihuoniuzhou, were the humans slaughtered by monsters?
Sorry, these humans are not familiar to me, why should I care about them?
However, Tang Seng's flesh and blood is indeed a treasure. Since it is in his hands now, it would be a pity to let it go, so Bai Ze found Tang Seng.

When Tang Seng saw a child in white coming, he subconsciously thought that the child was cute. But when he remembered that it was this child who changed his identity, deceived his eldest disciple Sun Wukong, and tricked him into this cave, he felt a chill.

Bai Ze came to Tang Seng and said, "Elder, I have some questions about Buddhism." "..."

Tang Seng never expected that the first thing the monster said was to ask about Buddhism?
Have the monsters started to eat vegetarian food and chant Buddhist scriptures?
Tang Monk said: "Little donor, please tell me."

Bai Ze said: "Once upon a time, an eagle chased a sparrow and wanted to eat it.

The sparrow said: "Why are you chasing me? We are both learning Buddhism from the Buddha. The Buddha said not to kill. You can't kill me."

The eagle said: "I don't want to kill you, but I am a carnivore. If I don't eat you, I will die."

The sparrow desperately fled to Tathagata and asked for his protection.

Tathagata asked the eagle: "Can you not eat it?"

The eagle said, 'I don't want to kill it, but if I don't eat it I will starve to death.

Between my death and its death, I had no choice but to let it die.'

Tathagata said: "Since you eat it to survive, I will give you the same amount of meat, and you don't have to eat it anymore."

As he spoke, Tathagata placed the sparrow on the scale and cut a piece of meat of equal weight from himself.

After the eagle ate the meat, it turned into a Garuda and became one of the eight guardians of Tathagata, is that right or not?"

Bai Ze had heard this story a long time ago. At first he just thought it was promoting the compassion of Tathagata, but later he felt that there were many hidden secrets in it.

The eagle and the sparrow are both disciples of Tathagata, and they are definitely not ordinary beings.

Will the eagle really die if it doesn’t eat sparrows?

And even if he had to eat meat, why did he have to eat meat from his fellow disciples? There was plenty of pork, mutton, cat meat, and dog meat, and creatures without intelligence were very different from those with intelligence.

If you eat a creature with intelligence, your sin will be recorded in the register of the underworld, and you yourself will be infected with extremely strong evil spirits.

If you eat creatures that have no intelligence, these symptoms will not occur.

The eagle was chasing after its fellow disciple, and it was an intelligent immortal bird that it wanted to eat. It was obvious that it had its own intentions.

When Tathagata cut off his flesh to feed the eagle, the eagle became one of the important protectors around him. Perhaps there is some hidden story.

Tang Sanzang said: "That's right. Our Buddha is compassionate and cannot bear to see sentient beings eat each other. He did cut his flesh to feed the eagle."

Bai Ze said: "There are so many carnivorous animals in this world, can Tathagata save them all?"

Tang Sanzang said: "It is because of this incident that I, the Buddha, know that many creatures in this world feed on flesh and cannot survive without flesh and blood.

Even monks, if they are born in an area where nomads live, still have to eat meat, so the Buddha allowed his disciples to eat three kinds of pure meat. "

Bai Ze asked: "What are the three pure meats?"

Tang Seng said: "I don't see the killing, I don't hear the killing, it's not killed for me.

Not seeing the killing means that when it dies, you do not see the pain in its face.

Not hearing the killing means that when it dies, you do not hear the sound of its painful struggle.

It is not killed for me, which means it is not slaughtered specifically to feed me.

For all meats that meet these three conditions, the Tathagata will replace them with his Dharmakaya manifestation to free sentient beings from the effects of cause and effect.

Before that, Tathagata was not yet the ancestor of Buddhas, but with this merit he became the ancestor of all Buddhas. "

After listening to Tang Sanzang's narration, it seemed that all the previous doubts about the eagle eating sparrows were resolved.

Bai Ze said: "In the past, Tathagata cut off his flesh to feed the eagle in order to save the sparrow. Since you are a disciple of Buddhism, I think you are also very compassionate.

My mother and I are in danger of death, so please save us, elder."
