The Grand Envoy of the Tai Xuan Province, Emperor Wenchang, bowed and said: "Your Majesty, the Jade Emperor, the Tai Xuan Province's Tongcheng Academy has submitted a memorial to the Great Emperor of the Northern Peak: impeaching the Third Prince Nezha, the Great God of the Three Altars and Seas, for arbitrarily recruiting soldiers in the mortal realm, monopolizing a region, and arbitrarily interfering in the affairs of the human world and the Northern Peak Divine Palace. Your servant, the Great Emperor of the Northern Peak Hengshan Antian Xuansheng, has been entrusted by the Great Heavenly Venerable to manage the affairs of the human world. Therefore, I hereby impeach Nezha for overstepping his authority, in order to uphold the majesty of Heavenly Law and protect Your Majesty's virtuous character. I humbly request the Great Heavenly Venerable to consider this matter."

After Emperor Wenchang finished reading the memorial from Emperor Beiyue, the Tongming Hall was shaken, and the face of the Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King instantly became tense.
