Fire Spirit Immortal pushed open the temple door and slowly walked to the altar where the statue of Zhuang Yan was enshrined. Her gaze shifted slightly downwards and landed on the small statue on the altar.

This statue is a Buddha statue. The Buddha stands on a lotus flower, holding a celestial fan in his left hand in front of his chest, with his right hand hanging down. His body is as golden as sandalwood, shining like the sun. He wears a pagoda on his head, celestial robes and colorful skirts, and is adorned with bracelets, earrings, jeweled belts, necklaces and other accessories.

This is the very Marici Bodhisattva who was imprisoned and sealed into a small Buddha statue by Zhuang Yan.

Fire Spirit Immortal took out some incense from his sleeve, lit it, and placed it in the incense burner on the altar. Then he took three steps back and bowed slightly to the statue of Zhuang Yan.

The next moment, amidst the wisps of blue smoke, Zhuang Yan's statue suddenly shone with a golden light, which then shone down and landed on the Buddha statue that was transformed from Marici Bodhisattva.

The seal was then broken, and a dazzling Buddhist light shone forth. The Buddha statue immediately flew to the ground and then returned to human form.

As the Buddha's light dissipated, Marici Bodhisattva slowly emerged. She clasped her hands together, bowed to the Fire Spirit Immortal, and said, "Thank you, fellow Daoist."

Fire Spirit Immortal laughed and said, "Bodhisattva, there is no need to thank me. The reason I asked the True Lord to remove the Bodhisattva's seal is that I want the Bodhisattva to do something."

"Oh?" Marici Bodhisattva asked in confusion, "You want me to do something?"

Fire Spirit Immortal nodded and said, "To be precise, it's working for the Buzhou Mountain Divine Palace."

Marici Bodhisattva looked puzzled and asked, "What is it?"

Fire Spirit Immortal laughed and said, "Simple." He then took out the fighting vessel and informed Marici Bodhisattva of the matter.

After listening, Marici Bodhisattva's expression turned somewhat strange. She said, "Fellow Daoist, it seems you don't lack men. Why are you looking for this humble monk?"

“Bodhisattva is joking,” said True Immortal Fire Spirit. “I am in dire need of manpower, which is why I asked True Lord to lift the Bodhisattva’s seal ahead of schedule.”

Marici Bodhisattva hesitated for a moment, then said, "What if this humble monk does not agree?"

The Fire Spirit Immortal said, "That's beyond my knowledge." The implication was simple: if you disagree, then I don't know what will happen.

Marici Bodhisattva shook her head helplessly upon hearing this. After thinking it over carefully, she felt that taking on this task was better than going back to making the statue again.

However, "I am a Buddhist, and if I am to be appointed as the master of the Tiandou Pavilion in Dongsheng Shenzhou, I need to go back and ask the Buddha for permission."

“Bodhisattva need not worry about this matter. I will naturally speak to the Spirit Mountain.” Fire Spirit True Immortal said.

Upon hearing this, Marici Bodhisattva sighed and said, "Very well, in that case, this humble monk will accept this task."

After speaking, Marici Bodhisattva took over as the deputy and obtained the authority of the deputy.

Then Huo Ling Zhenxian added, "From now on, this Qingping Mountain Dojo will serve as the headquarters of the Tiandou Pavilion in Dongsheng Shenzhou. Bodhisattvas may reside here permanently."

Marici Bodhisattva looked up and around, then nodded and said, "Yes, this place is very nice."

Fire Spirit Immortal laughed and said, "The place chosen by the True Lord is certainly excellent."

At this point, True Immortal Huo Ling cupped his hands and said, "Then the matter of the Heavenly Dou Pavilion in the Eastern Divine Continent will be left to the Bodhisattva."

Marici Bodhisattva put her hands together, bowed slightly, and said, "Having been entrusted with this task, I dare not fail to do my best."

Fire Spirit Immortal smiled again and said, "Alright, then I'll leave this place to the Bodhisattva. Fire Spirit will take his leave."

"You're leaving already?" Marici Bodhisattva was taken aback and asked, "Fellow Daoist, aren't you a bit too impatient?"

Huo Ling Zhenxian smiled and said, "There are still Beiju Luzhou and Xiniu Hezhou to arrange, so I cannot stay here any longer. Bodhisattva, please take care. Huo Ling takes his leave."

Marici Bodhisattva said with a helpless expression, "Very well then, please forgive this humble monk for not being able to see you off any further."

"Farewell." True Immortal Huo Ling bid farewell, then rode on auspicious clouds and flew out of Qingping Mountain.

After the Fire Spirit Immortal left, Marici Bodhisattva summoned the battle vessel and examined it carefully before turning and walking into the temple.

About a month later, the figure of the Fire Spirit Immortal appeared outside Mount Ling.

A beam of divine light descended from ahead, and the next moment, the Holy Mother of Lingshan, adorned in celestial robes and jingling jade pendants, stepped forward on the light.

The Holy Mother of Lingshan clasped her hands together, bowed, and said, "Greetings, Your Excellency."

Fire Spirit Immortal returned the greeting with clasped hands and said, "Greetings to the Holy Mother of Mount Ling. I have come to see the Buddha."

Upon hearing this, the Holy Mother of Lingshan said, "It is good to let you know that Shakyamuni Buddha is currently in seclusion and has not seen any visitors for many years."

Fire Spirit Immortal laughed and said, "It's not necessary to see the Tathagata Buddha. Which Buddha is in charge of Mount Ling now?"

Upon hearing this, the Holy Mother of Lingshan immediately said, "It is the Great Sun World Honored One."

Fire Spirit Immortal said, "Then I'll trouble the Holy Mother Yuanjun to inform the Great Sun Buddha."

The Holy Mother of Lingshan smiled and said, "This is a small matter, no trouble at all. Please come with me to the Buddha Hall to serve tea and wait for me."

So Huo Ling Zhen Xian and the Holy Mother of Ling Shan entered Ling Shan and arrived at the welcoming Buddhist hall. After the Holy Mother of Ling Shan invited Huo Ling Zhen Xian to sit down, monks immediately served him immortal fruits, spiritual tea, and delicacies.

Afterwards, the Holy Mother of Lingshan went directly to the Vairocana Temple to pay homage to the Great Sun Buddha.

Upon hearing the report, the Great Sun Tathagata addressed the Holy Mother of Mount Ling, saying, "I am aware of it. Thank you for your help, Yuanjun."

The Holy Mother of Lingshan humbly declined and took her leave. After the Holy Mother of Lingshan left, the Great Sun Tathagata called out, "Kumarajiva, Shakyamuni."

Two Bodhisattvas of the Sangharama stepped forward, bowed, and said, "Disciples are here."

The Great Sun Tathagata said, "Go to the Buddha Hall at the mountain gate and invite Lord Fire Spirit to come and see me."

Kumarajiva and Shakyamuni acknowledged the order and then turned and walked out of the main hall.

Not long after, Kumarajiva and Shakyamuni led the Fire Spirit Immortal into the palace. After reporting back to the Great Sun Tathagata, they each returned to their lotus thrones.

Huo Ling Zhenxian stepped forward, came to the center of the hall, and cupped his hands, saying, "Huo Ling, the Grand Master of Destiny and the Grand Secretary of the Divine Palace, pays respects to the Great Sun Tathagata."

The Buddha Vairocana, with his hands clasped together, sat on the lotus throne, bowed slightly in return, and then asked with a smile, "Where do you come from, my lord?"

Fire Spirit Immortal said, "I have come to Mount Ling to inform the Great Sun Tathagata of something."

The Great Sun Tathagata said, "Please speak, my lord." The Fire Spirit True Immortal then told the Great Sun Tathagata about the summoning of Marici Bodhisattva as the head of the Heavenly Dou Pavilion in the Eastern Continent of Victory. After listening, the Great Sun Tathagata smiled and said, "Back then, Marici Bodhisattva offended the Spirit Platform True Lord and was sealed inside a wooden sculpture as punishment. Now, before the expiration of her term, she has been released from disaster ahead of schedule, which is a grace from the Spirit Platform True Lord. Since she has received such grace, it is only right that she should serve as the head of the Heavenly Dou Pavilion in the Eastern Continent of Victory.

Huo Ling Zhenxian said, "The words of the Great Sun Buddha are very good. Huo Ling admires them."

The Great Sun Tathagata waved his hand and said, "Now that you have come to Mount Ling, you may stay for a few more days. I will have someone prepare a vegetarian feast to show my hospitality."

Huo Ling Zhenxian said, "Thank you for your kindness, Great Sun Buddha. However, I still have many matters to attend to and cannot stay any longer. I will visit you again when I have more time."

The Great Sun Buddha nodded and said, "Alright." Then he called out, "Kumarajiva, Shakyamuni, escort your lord out of the mountain for me."

The two Bodhisattvas of the Sangharama stepped forward again, bowed, and accepted the order, saying, "We will obey your command."

After leaving Mount Ling, the Fire Spirit Immortal headed towards Mount Lingtai's Danchi Ridge.

Danchi Ridge remains unchanged, except that the peach trees she planted back then have grown even stronger and more lush.

As a series of 'ding-dong' rattle drum sounds rang out, the Fire Spirit Immortal stood on the cloud and looked down, only to see an extremely strong middle-aged man strolling in the peach forest, holding an infant in his arms and constantly teasing him.

The man was broad-shouldered and narrow-waisted, with bulging muscles, and he exuded an aura of domineering power at all times.

Without a doubt, this person is none other than Tiger Big, the current Tiger Vanguard of Lingtai Mountain.

But whose baby is in his arms? A hint of doubt appeared on Huo Ling Zhenxian's face. Could it be that Hu Da and Lan'er had another child?

Seemingly sensing someone's arrival, Tiger Vanguard immediately turned around with the baby in his arms. When he saw the figure of Fire Spirit True Immortal, he was first stunned, then overjoyed, and quickly went to greet him.

"Hahaha." Tiger Vanguard laughed as he approached Fire Spirit True Immortal and said, "I just heard that you had returned to Buzhou Mountain to take up your post. I didn't expect you to come to Danchi Ridge to see me so soon."

Fire Spirit Immortal smiled and said, "How do you know I came back to see you? Are you shameless?"

Tiger Vanguard said, "Lan'er went to Chixian Mountain to become the mountain god. Now, the only person you recognize here is me. If you're not looking at me, who else are you looking at?"

"I've come to see your two tiger cubs," said True Immortal Fire Spirit.

Tiger Vanguard laughed heartily and said, "They haven't lived here for a long time. Those two brats gathered a bunch of demons down the mountain and set up a 'Good Kingdom,' which is quite large now. The two of them are busy being kings there."

After saying that, Tiger Vanguard quickly invited Fire Spirit Immortal to sit down. Fire Spirit Immortal sat down, but Tiger Vanguard did not sit down. Instead, he looked at Fire Spirit Immortal apologetically and said, "Please forgive me, this little brat will start crying as soon as I sit down."

Fire Spirit Immortal then asked, "Your child?"

"Hahaha." Tiger Vanguard laughed again and said, "Lan'er isn't in the mountains, so who am I going to have a cub with? This is Tiger's cub."

Fire Spirit Immortal looked surprised and said, "Hu Lailai got married? How come I didn't know?" He then stared directly at Tiger Vanguard.

Fire Spirit Immortal glanced and saw the woman not far away, while Tiger Vanguard also turned around and looked over, then laughed and said, "Qiu Ling, come here quickly."

Upon hearing this, the woman quickly walked over and called out to Tiger Vanguard, "Father."

Tiger Vanguard handed the baby in his arms to Qiu Ling, who quickly took it. Only then did Tiger Vanguard sit down and say, "Although Qiu Ling and Tiger Lai Lai are not yet married, I have already recognized her as my daughter."

Fire Spirit Immortal nodded and said, "Of course, everything needs a proper name."

Tiger Vanguard poured a cup of tea for Fire Spirit True Immortal and asked, "Your Lordship, you certainly didn't come back this time just to see those two little brats, did you?"

Fire Spirit Immortal nodded and said, "There is something I need to entrust to you."

"Sigh!" Tiger Vanguard knew Fire Spirit True Immortal very well, and upon hearing her words, he didn't try to persuade her any further. He just sighed and said, "Alright, we'll talk about it later."

At this moment, True Immortal Huo Ling stood up and walked to Qiu Ling. Qiu Ling looked at True Immortal Huo Ling.

Tiger Vanguard quickly said, "Qiu Ling, this is the Fire Spirit True Immortal I often tell you about. He is now the Minister of the Divine Palace of Buzhou Mountain."

Qiu Ling quickly bowed in greeting, but Huo Ling Zhenxian helped her up. Then, looking at the baby in her arms, he smiled and said, "Since it's our first meeting, I don't have anything good to give you, so I'll just give you a celestial destiny."

After saying this, the Fire Spirit Immortal gently touched the baby's forehead, and instantly a beam of immortal light flew into the baby's brow.

Seeing Qiu Ling's astonished gaze, Huo Ling Zhenxian smiled and said, "Just now I implanted a Daoist technique into his mind, called the 'Shangfang Zhenyu Baoling Jing,' which is a Daoist immortal technique. Once his intelligence awakens at the age of three, the technique will naturally be unlocked, and then he can cultivate it."

Upon hearing that it was a Taoist magic technique, Qiu Ling was initially overjoyed, and then quickly bowed and kowtowed in gratitude.
