As for the matter of the Wind and Thunder Manifestation World, please have the Great Heavenly Venerable appoint someone else to manage it."

"Eh." The Jade Emperor waved his hand and smiled at the two, "Since I have left the wind and thunder to appear in the world, I will not stand on ceremony with you two fellow Daoists. Moreover, all the beings that have appeared in the world are your followers. If I were to send someone else to govern them, it would inevitably cause friction. I understand your desire to submit, and I have my own arrangements for this matter."

At this point, the Jade Emperor looked at the two and said, "How about we hold a meeting in the Lingxiao Palace tomorrow, fellow Daoists?"

Upon hearing this, Tianfeng and Tianlei Daozu immediately cupped their hands and said, "As you command."

The following day, at the grand court assembly in the Lingxiao Palace, the two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, entered the Lingxiao Palace early with the Four Imperial Emperors and stood on the throne in the celestial dome.

Immediately afterwards, the Jade Emperor's precious golden chariot arrived along the nine-colored golden clouds. The Four Emperors and the two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, hurriedly went to greet him and bowed in respect.

The Jade Emperor stepped down from his royal carriage and said with a smile, "Fellow Daoists, all of you, please rise."

After everyone expressed their gratitude, the Jade Emperor ascended to his throne in the heavens and sat down. Then, Venus loudly proclaimed, "Great Heavenly Venerable, ascend the throne! All gods and celestial officials, please enter the palace in order to pay your respects."

Afterwards, the gods and celestial officials entered the Lingxiao Palace in order of rank to pay homage to the Jade Emperor. After the Jade Emperor granted them permission to rise, they expressed their gratitude and returned to their respective ranks.

Then, the Jade Emperor spoke, saying, "Today, the two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, have come from afar to submit to me. From this day forward, I hereby bestow upon Tianfeng Dao Ancestor the title of 'Tai Miao Yi Qi Tianfeng Dao Ancestor' and upon Tianlei Dao Ancestor the title of 'Tai Hong Yi Qi Tianlei Dao Ancestor,' so that they may receive offerings from all directions of heaven and earth, gods, immortals, and living beings."

The moment the Jade Emperor finished proclaiming the decree, a mysterious golden light immediately shone from the bodies of the Heavenly Wind Dao Ancestor and the Heavenly Thunder Dao Ancestor.

This is the recognition of their status and identity by the Pangu Heavenly Dao. It means that from this moment on, they are no longer the Dao Ancestors of the Wind and Thunder Heavenly Dao, but the Great Luo Golden Immortals of the Pangu Heavenly Dao.

The two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, naturally had no objections and immediately bowed and said, "We will obey the Great Heavenly Venerable's decree."

Then the Jade Emperor asked, "The True Martial Emperor was previously sent to the mortal realm to provide support in the face of wind and thunder. I wonder how he is doing lately?"

Upon hearing this, Dao Ancestor Tianfeng and Dao Ancestor Tianlei immediately replied, "Reporting to the Great Heavenly Venerable, Dao Fellow Daoist Zhenwu is doing very well lately. Since that battle, Dao Fellow Daoist Zhenwu has been resting and recuperating with the soldiers of Zhang Tianying. He will also go into the world to guide lost souls, help the weak and needy, and spread compassion everywhere."

At this point, Dao Ancestor Tianfeng sighed, “Fellow Daoist Zhenwu is a man of profound Daoist cultivation and upright character. If it weren’t for Fellow Daoist Zhenwu’s support during the most critical moment when my Wind and Thunder Manifestation was fighting against the Five Elements Manifestation, I fear that my Wind and Thunder Heavenly Dao would have perished before the support arrived.”

Tianlei Daozu also said, "Yes, Fellow Daoist Zhenwu has made great contributions to the appearance of wind and thunder in the world. Every living being in the world of wind and thunder is grateful for Fellow Daoist Zhenwu's kindness."

Seeing that the two Dao Ancestors spoke sincerely, the Jade Emperor asked, "In that case, shall I allow the True Martial Emperor to remain in the Land of Wind and Thunder, to govern all the divine palaces and celestial officials in the Land of Wind and Thunder, and to wield the power of the Land of Wind and Thunder?"

Upon hearing this, the two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, were overjoyed and immediately bowed to express their gratitude, saying, "If that is the case, all the billions of living beings in the world will be grateful for Your Majesty's great kindness."

The Jade Emperor smiled slightly and then made the decision.

Then the Jade Emperor discussed some matters with the gods and immortals, including the future starlight, wind, rain, thunder, and lightning of the three realms.

The two Dao Ancestors, Tianfeng and Tianlei, listened in on the entire process and were utterly shocked afterward.

Although they may seem to be discussing trivial matters, each of these matters is handled by a specific deity. Even something as simple as wind and rain, which they believe an ordinary immortal could accomplish, is handled by the Heavenly Court with detailed time points.

It is not in the category of innate or acquired Thunder Daos, but it can control all Thunder and govern all things.”

At this point, Lei Zu slowly said, "My thunder is the pivot of Yin and Yang, the root of all things. Therefore, without thunder, there is no way to govern the Three Realms. Thus, thunder is the category, the source of all things and the origin of all things, the mechanism of life and death in the primordial beginning."

"I see." Upon hearing this, the Heavenly Thunder Dao Ancestor exclaimed, "This thunder technique is truly the ultimate in generating and killing power; I am no match for it."

Lei Zu hurriedly said, "Dao Zu's thunder magic is magnificent and profound, so much so that no one dares to look up to it. My meager strength is not worthy to be compared with Dao Zu's."

The Thunder Ancestor smiled faintly and remained silent. In terms of cultivation, the Thunder Ancestor was indeed not yet comparable to the Thunder Ancestor.

“No,” Zhang Tianshi laughed, “All the immortals below the Heavenly Realm are under the management of the Jade Palace of the Mortal World.”
