The Fire Spirit Immortal said, “In each continent and minor realm, there are three supreme deities: the Governing Deity, the Inspector Deity, and the City God Deity. The Governing Deity holds power and oversees all matters concerning gods and living beings within his jurisdiction. The Inspector Deity holds the power of inspection and has the authority to supervise the Governing Deity, the City God Deity, and all gods and living beings within his jurisdiction. The City God Deity holds power in the underworld and oversees all matters of the underworld within his jurisdiction.”

After listening, the Great Emperor of the Northern Peak said, "The division of the Three Divine Lords is very reasonable, and it has everything for governance and supervision. I think it's very good."

The Great Emperor of the Central Peak asked, "Does this decree include the imperial palaces of the Five Sacred Mountains?"

Upon hearing the question posed by the Great Emperor of Zhongyue, everyone present turned their gaze to the True Immortal Huoling, for this question was indeed crucial.
