The Peacock King Bodhisattva laughed and said, "When I, Pangu, appeared in the world, all laws flourished, all spirits were equal, and gods and immortals from all directions taught and enlightened all living beings. Ping Shui Zhen Wang sighed, "In that case, my defeat in manifesting the Five Elements is not unjust."

Then, the Peacock King led the two away from the Divine Bridge Heaven and descended to the mortal realm, arriving at Mount Buzhou.

“This is Mount Buzhou, and the Jade Palace of the Mortal Realm is located here.” The Peacock King said, “The Jade Palace of the Mortal Realm is the Jade Palace ruled by the ‘Spirit Platform, Clear Mind, Law-Bearing Heavenly Venerable, Three Realms Assisting Emperor of the Divine Firmament.’ The one you two fellow Daoists wish to see this time is the Emperor of the Divine Firmament.”
