On the road, Roy drove a patrol car with license plate number 404 with the siren on full blast, ignoring all red lights and simply running through them with the siren blaring.

Following behind were several Chevrolet Suburban police cars.

Inside the vehicle were New Hope agents and some members of the Hellhounds unit.

Such a large convoy crossing Brooklyn naturally caused quite a stir.

Other Brooklyn Police Department patrol cars on patrol encountered the fake police convoy and inquired with the precinct dispatcher about the situation.

The branch dispatcher explained that those were personnel from various subordinate branches who had been seconded to Manhattan for support and security, which dispelled the doubts of the officers on patrol, as they had not received any prior information that their own convoy was going to Manhattan.

The convoy sped along the road, with Brooklyn Precinct mounted police even clearing and controlling the intersection ahead for the convoy.

Irina played a crucial role in Roy's appointment as the branch chief.

Jonathan, who had already returned to his post, drove up and rolled down his window to look at the 404 car he was driving.

Roy rolled down his window and greeted Jonathan, while also noticing Mia sitting in the passenger seat.

Team B, led by Richard, joined the team, making the entire team even larger.

Ma Hong, along with several members of the Hellhound unit, set off with the FBI's distinctive sirens blaring, and sped toward the Brooklyn Bridge.

Roy checked the time: 21:15 PM.

The plan is scheduled to start at 21:45 PM, so there's still half an hour left.

During this time, Roy took out his phone and dialed Serena's encrypted number.

During the phone call, Roy confirmed that Eileen was safe.

Because of the special jurisdiction of the Manhattan Precinct, the police force is slightly insufficient. As Roy's crash team passed by, officers from the Manhattan Precinct saluted him.

Irina returned to her home in Manhattan.

Before the Mercedes-Benz S-Class had even come to a complete stop, Irina pushed open the car door. The moment the car stopped, Irina's right foot was already on the ground, and dressed in a black business suit, she walked straight into the villa.

Two attendants quickly got out of the car and followed behind Irina.

Two more muffled thuds rang out, and two servants fell to the ground, shot between the eyebrows.

The security personnel in the monitoring room noticed the abnormality in the lobby and were about to press the alarm when a bullet pierced through their forehead, causing them to slump onto the control panel. The man in the suit behind them pressed the communication button on his headset: "Monitoring room, under control."

In an instant, silenced gunshots rang out throughout the villa, and in less than a minute, all those who were not on their side were shot dead.

Irina entered the darkroom, opened the mural, entered the password on the safe, pressed her fingerprint, and finally performed iris verification. She took out a memory card from the safe and turned to walk out.

Five black bulletproof Lincoln Navigators were already parked in front of the villa.

Irina got into one of the cars, and the convoy drove away from the villa, speeding towards the Fox Television building.

Five minutes later, Irina's convoy, Roy's disguised convoy, and Mahone's bicycle arrived at the Fox News building at the same time. Everyone got out of their cars, and Roy looked up at the building.

New Hope agents and Hellhounds members did a final check of their equipment, while those in police uniforms remained outside the building, temporarily impersonating police to control the perimeter.

The agent in the suit followed Irina into the television station building, and Roy and Mahone followed as well.

Mia and the members of Team B were somewhat confused by what they saw. They weren't fake police officers. Although Jonathan didn't know the details of the operation, he could tell that Roy and Irina were up to something serious. He quickly pulled Mia and the others aside and whispered, "Take our people and get out of here first. There's a parking lot to the west of here. Go there first. Irina, Roy, and the others entered the same elevator.

Inside the ascending elevator, Irina said to Roy:
"Roy, tonight is the final reckoning. After tonight, the Federation will be completely different. It will go from order to chaos. That is the true freedom that people yearn for."

Roy wasn't interested in any of those; he was only interested in number 2 and Alisa.

Irina continued:
“Now that Alisa has arrived in New York, she will definitely bring people to find you once she finds out you are here.”

Roy nodded; this was what interested him.

At the same time, his eyes narrowed slightly...
