Seeing Sniff's expression, Zhang Cheng quickly stepped forward and asked, "You said there's something inside?"

"Sniff, sniff!"

Looking at Zhang Cheng, Sniff's face was full of excitement.
Zhang Cheng stepped forward, grabbed the Niffler, and leaped onto it in a single bound.
Upon entering the giant mouth, Zhang Cheng couldn't help but frown, because the smell here was simply too foul.
Waving his wand, Zhang Cheng cast a series of spells, trying to circulate the air.
Stepping into the darkness, he saw an antique-looking box in the corner, and a smile immediately spread across his face.
"Sniff!"

Pointing at the box, Niffler excitedly prepared to jump down.
However, while still in mid-air, Zhang Cheng pointed his wand and said, "Niffler, come here!"

Staring at Zhang Cheng in disbelief, the Niffler stared at him in astonishment from mid-air before flying into the Magical Animal Ring.

Stroking the ring, Zhang Cheng smiled and said, "Perfect!"

Niffler: I may not be human, but you really are a dog!

Stepping forward and opening the box, Zhang Cheng looked at the contents with a suspicious expression and asked, "What is this?"

Picking up a book that resembled a diary, Zhang Cheng frowned and asked, "Do all members of the Slytherin family like to keep diaries?"

However, when Zhang Cheng opened it, he saw the name "Salazar Slytherin" written on it.

"Slytherin's notebook?" Flipping through the diary, Zhang Cheng looked at the notebook, then immediately snapped his fingers, burning it to ashes.

Because this was used to create the basilisk, and Zhang Cheng didn't like basilisks; after all, ugliness is the original sin!

Zhang Cheng took the contents of the box out again and looked at something that resembled an hourglass. He immediately turned it upside down.
However, seeing that the gold sand inside wasn't flowing, Zhang Cheng shook it and said, "This hourglass, is it fake?"

As he spoke, Zhang Cheng put it aside and ignored it.
Taking out another book, Zhang Cheng looked at the various records of dark magic inside and immediately smiled, saying, "That's more like it! Dark wizard, if you don't write about dark magic, what kind of dark wizard are you?!"

While Zhang Cheng was having a good time, he was completely unaware that the hourglass he had placed aside had begun to drip.

A moment later, Zhang Cheng stood up and walked straight outside.

Purple-black lightning erupted from the black bamboo wand, instantly blasting the basilisk away from its giant mouth.
A violent roar erupted, and the basilisk immediately let out a mournful howl, writhing and twisting within the sealed chamber.
Taking a step forward, Zhang Cheng looked at the snake monster and said, "If I can kill you once, I can kill you a second time, a third time."

With that, Zhang Cheng waved his hand back and shouted, "Fierce Fire!"

Scorching black flames swept out and enveloped the basilisk.

The black bamboo wand in his hand continuously emitted dazzling black light as Zhang Cheng charged forward, his violent impact shattering the serpent monster into pieces.
After the powerful blow struck the basilisk, it closed its eyes again in despair and collapsed to the ground.
Stepping onto the blood-soaked ground, Zhang Cheng rolled up his robe and said, "Damn, the hell these days really doesn't do anything human; even this thing can run out!"

As he spoke, Zhang Cheng strode outside, but then he froze, stopping in his tracks. "Wait? The basilisk shouldn't have come back to life! What the hell did I just do?"

As he ran his fingers through his hair, Zhang Cheng felt like he was starting to grow a brain.

However, just as Zhang Cheng was pondering what he had done, he returned to the basilisk and, looking at its appearance, said, "Something's not right. This basilisk seems to have fewer wounds."

Zhang Cheng opened the door to the secret room and came out of the toilet.

At this moment, night has turned into day outside.
As the students kept appearing around him, Zhang Cheng had a strange expression on his face, because he had never seen these people before!

As the professor, carrying books, walked past, he glanced at Zhang Cheng and immediately asked in confusion, "Which college are you from? Why are you still here?"

"Me? A Slytherin professor!"

Zhang Cheng addressed the professor in front of him and began to explain.
After sizing up Zhang Cheng, the professor said, "Well, go to class!"

Turning to leave, the professor gave Zhang Cheng a meaningful look, but said nothing.
Looking at the professor's familiar back, Zhang Cheng fell silent. After a long while, he scratched his head and said, "Wait, where the hell did she come from? Why does she look so familiar?"
