The third is the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom’s urban management - this is also a major issue that must be done well!
The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in history not only failed to manage the countryside, but also failed to manage the cities. Otherwise, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom could have effectively controlled the surrounding villages with the cities as the center.
