Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 293 She Really Loves You

Chapter 293 She Really Loves You
But Bill didn't react in any particular way. He just shrugged and said nonchalantly, "Maybe. Maybe she just thinks I'm a good friend."

The two walked into the hall chatting and laughing. Just then, Mrs. Weasley and Ginny also entered the hall.

“I can tell,” Mrs. Weasley said with a smile. “You two were having a good chat. Ginny and I just saw you.”

"I'm fine." Bill put his hands in his pockets and smiled nonchalantly. "Let's go get lunch, Mom, I'm a little hungry."

Mrs. Weasley was even happier to hear Bill's words.

"I have to say, coming to see Harry's match was one of the best decisions I've ever made. After all, I don't have to worry about what to cook for lunch today, don't you think, Bill?"

“Yes, yes,” Bill nodded, and pulled a small, distinctly Egyptian-style trinket from his pocket and handed it to Ginny.

It's a scarab beetle, but not a real one, yet it's incredibly lifelike.

When Ginny took the scarab beetle, it was still crawling up and down on its six legs. But as soon as Ginny touched it, the scarab beetle turned into a hair clip.

"Mom? Bill?"

Ron, sitting at the Gryffindor desk, was taken aback. His body involuntarily trembled. "What are you doing here? Could it be that Professor Snape...?"

“I came to see Harry’s final match,” Mrs. Weasley said happily, then turned stern and said, “I already know about what happened to you! Ronald! How dare you openly attack Professor Merlin’s Needle in the Great Hall! I always thought only those two troublemakers would do something like that, but I never expected it to be you, you little rascal…”

"Mom! Saying that hurts us so much!"

Fred and George suddenly appeared from behind them, speaking to Mrs. Weasley from either side.

“Shut up, Fred,” Mrs. Weasley said to the child on her left.

The boy made a face at Mrs. Weasley: "Oh, Mother, you've mistaken me for someone else—I'm George! Well, you've hurt us again, even our mother can't recognize who we are!"

“Well, I’m sorry, George,” Mrs. Weasley sighed.

"Oh, actually I'm Fred, just kidding your mom."

Fred made a face at Mrs. Weasley, and the students in the Great Hall watched the Weasley family interact with envy.

Mrs. Weasley slapped Fred and pulled him back, saying, "Hurry up and sit down to eat. Look, it's already lunchtime. Aren't you hungry?"

As she spoke, she sat down in the chair and looked at Ron: "Speaking of which, you just took the History of Magic exam, didn't you? How did it go?"

Ron was happy because his mother finally stopped bringing up the time he bumped into Snape.

Oh...it's alright. I couldn't remember all the names of those rebellious fairies, so I made up a few. It's fine.

Ron said this while eating a meat and vegetable pancake.

Mrs. Weasley put on a stern face and lectured Ron, saying, "They all have names like Long Beard and Lara the Slob. It's not hard to come up with them."

They sat in the chairs as if they had returned to the Burl's House.

When they were halfway through their meal, Hermione came over.

Upon seeing Mrs. Weasley and Bill, she greeted them and sat down next to Ron.

Mrs. Weasley glanced at Hermione, then at Ron, but ultimately said nothing.

"Eat more, Harry," Ron said to Harry. "The match is coming up soon, you can't go on an empty stomach, can you?"

“If I remember correctly, Harry’s match isn’t until after dinner,” Fred said from the side. “Even if he doesn’t eat now, there’s still dinner tonight, my dear Ronnie…”

“Yeah, why are you in such a hurry to find a topic? Are you trying to hide something?” George followed up on Fred’s words. “Don’t you want Mom to criticize you for what you did in the auditorium this morning? If you ask me, there’s nothing shameful about it. I think you could even have it engraved on your tombstone, saying that you fought to the death with the worst… well, the worst in the world.”

“Ronald Weasley!” Mrs. Weasley said viciously, “You don’t really think that’s something to be proud of, do you?”

“No, Mother,” Ron said meekly. “I never thought it was anything to be proud of. Please don’t say any more.”

"Good that you know!" Mrs. Weasley said sternly. "I don't want to hear about anything like this happening again, do you understand?"

Ron nodded meekly, his little expression looking extremely aggrieved.

After dinner, Ron went to the Potions Department office to receive his punishment, while Harry took a walk in the castle with the Weasleys.

As Mrs. Weasley strolled, she reminisced about the glorious past, pointing to various parts of the castle and telling her children about her parents' love story.

Bill took a great interest in the Sphinx and even stayed in the Gryffindor common room to chat with it for a long time, not returning to the group until after 3 p.m.

At dinner time, they returned together to the Great Hall of Hogwarts.

This time everyone was present. Ludo Bagman and Connelly Fudge sat at the faculty table. Bagman looked cheerful, as did Connelly Fudge, who sat next to Mrs. Maxim.

Karkaroff seemed distracted, and for some reason, he wanted to laugh but couldn't.

While eating, Mrs. Maxim was having a lively conversation with Hagrid, and the two seemed to be getting closer.

There was an empty seat in the main guest section, and Harry thought for a long time but couldn't remember who it was for.

Dinner was much more lavish than usual, perhaps because the final event of the Triwizard Tournament was about to take place, but Harry thought it was quite a feast.

“I think Sirius must have taught Hagrid something amazing,” Hermione commented. “Given Hagrid’s emotional intelligence, he should have fallen out with Mrs. Maxime by now… but look how close they are now, I think Sirius must have done a lot of work for them.”

Harry thought that was indeed the case; Sirius's busiest thing lately wasn't anything else, but rather being Hagrid's strategist.

The term "consigliere" originates from Italy, where it refers to an advisor or strategist within a Mafia family.

During Hagrid's pursuit of Mrs. Maxime, Sirius clearly played this role.

“Sirius certainly has a way with women,” Harry said to Hermione. “Believe me, he’s definitely a… well, a man who understands women very well.”

"Really?" Herman asked with interest.

Harry didn't say anything. He thought to himself that his godfather was quite skilled at pursuing women, and he couldn't tell Hermione about it. If he did, wouldn't it ruin his godfather's image in other people's eyes?

However, what he didn't know was that Sirius's reputation as a playboy was no secret at Hogwarts, and Hermione could certainly find out if she wanted to.

After all, Sirius Black was quite the heartthrob at Hogwarts back in the day.

“I hope Hagrid and Mrs. Maxime end up together,” Hermione said, resting her chin on her hand and looking at Hagrid and Mrs. Maxime with a doting smile. “I think Hagrid and she are a perfect match, don’t you think, Harry?”

“I think so too,” Harry muttered. “Sigh, I really wish Vivi could come…”

He really hoped that Vivi could come to Hogwarts to watch his match in person during the third project. He thought that the other party would give him a surprise, but he couldn't find Vivi after searching for a long time.

He was indeed a little disappointed, but he understood Weiwei, after all, she had important matters to attend to.

“You have to understand her, Harry,” Hermione comforted him. “Think about it, Vivi just became Minister for Magic today. She has so many things to deal with. How could she possibly leave everything behind and come all the way to England to watch your match?”

Before he could finish speaking, the auditorium doors opened again.

Vivi, dressed in a black suit, walked in through the door, followed by her secretary, Gemma Farley, a former Hogwarts student, and a beautiful woman whom Harry did not recognize.

She walked briskly to the head seat.

“I’m sorry, something came up, Headmaster Dumbledore,” she said with a slight bow.

“You’ve come at the perfect time, esteemed Lady Grindelwald,” Dumbledore said, rising to his feet.

Then, everyone in the main seat stood up, including the absent-minded Karkarov.

After all, he is the Minister of Magic of Greater Germany; he should be shown basic respect.

Dumbledore was still sighing inwardly. Just this time last year, Miss Grindelwald was an ordinary Hogwarts student; a year later, she had become an ambitious woman who would swallow up the Ministry of Magic of six countries.

However, he also understood that Grindelwald was someone who wouldn't deserve the surname without some ambition.

Vivi walked to her seat and sat down. She didn't rush to say anything to Harry, but first ordered a meal for herself, and then asked her two secretaries to find a seat anywhere.

Miss Farley, accompanied by her colleagues, sat at the end of the Slytherin long bench, amidst the awe-inspiring gazes of her fellow Slytherin students.

Harry noticed that after Vivi sat down, she first winked at him, and then whispered something to Dumbledore.

“I really didn’t expect this…” Hermione finally came to her senses, “She actually came to Hogwarts to watch your match, my God, Harry… I really can’t believe it, she really loves you—you’re such a jerk, Harry!”

She admitted that she was really jealous of Harry.

It's a lemon! I ate a lemon!!!
“Hey, I knew she’d come,” Harry said with a grin. “Even if she’s busy, she’ll still come to Hogwarts… Ah, let’s eat first.”

As the enchanted ceiling turned from blue to a dark purple twilight, Dumbledore stood up at the faculty desk, and everyone fell silent.

"Ladies and gentlemen, in five minutes I will be inviting you to the Quidditch pitch to watch the final game of the Triwizard Tournament... Now, warriors, please follow Mr. Bagman to the pitch."

Harry stood up, and the Gryffindor students applauded him. The Weasleys and Hermione wished him good luck, and Papbi even ran over and hugged Harry, almost suffocating him again.

He walked out of the auditorium with Fleur and Viktor.

"Feeling all right, Harry?" Bagman asked as they descended the stone steps. "Feeling confident?"

"That's fine," said Harry.

They walked into the Quidditch pitch, which had become completely unrecognizable.

A twenty-foot-high hedge surrounded the edge of the site, with a gap in front of them—the entrance to this great maze.

The passageway inside was pitch black and a little scary.

Five minutes later, people began to enter the stands.

Hundreds of students filed in, the air filled with excited chatter and hurried footsteps. The sky was now a clear, deep blue, and stars began to appear. Hagrid, Professor Moody, Professor McGonagall, and Professor Flitwick entered the sports field and approached Bagman and several warriors. Their hats were adorned with large, gleaming red stars, except for Hagrid, whose red star was on the back of his thick fleece vest.

"We will patrol outside the maze," Professor McGonagall said to the warriors, "If you get into trouble and want help, just shoot red sparks into the sky and someone will come to help you. Do you understand?"

The warriors nodded in unison.

At that moment, Dumbledore walked over, followed by Vivi.

“Secretary Grindelwald would like to say a few words to the Warriors, Minerva,” Dumbledore said to Professor McGonagall.

Professor McGonagall glanced back at Vivi and smiled at her.

While she smiled, Professor McGonagall's feelings were quite complicated.

Why wasn't such an outstanding student as Miss Grindelwald from Gryffindor?
He said he wanted to say something to the warriors, but Fleur and Viktor knew it was just an excuse; in reality, Minister Grindelwald just wanted to talk to the Hogwarts warriors.

Having spent so much time at Hogwarts, they already knew about Harry's affairs.

It's not that they're gossipy, but as warriors from their respective schools, they naturally want to find out information about warriors from other schools.

Upon making this inquiry, they received some remarkable news.

The woman who has recently been active in the wizarding and political circles of Austria (Greater Germany) is actually the girlfriend of Harry Potter, the Hogwarts hero.

This news was truly shocking, so shocking that they found it hard to accept for a while.

However, upon reflection, it's not entirely unacceptable. After all, Harry Potter defeated Voldemort as an infant, so it's not surprising that he won over Lady Grindelwald.

But what they didn't know was that the former Ms. Grindelwald was a dud.

Harry was a ray of light that shone into her once dark and hopeless life.
