Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 410 You might as well make your point more clearly.
“Sometimes I’m glad,” Seamus said with a grin, lying on his bed in the dorm. “I’m not the prefect—look, it’s been almost half an hour and Ron still hasn’t come back. I guess he’s assigning dorm rooms to the freshmen or keeping order.”
“They should all be done,” Neville said, wiping his nose. “It’s already so late, how could they not have finished all that work? I bet they were held up by something, maybe they were called to a meeting?”
They weren't sleepy yet, so Harry suggested using the crystal ball's projection function to watch a Muggle movie.
The suggestion was approved by everyone. The boys were very resourceful. Neville turned the curtains into a movie screen and hung them on the wall, while Simo came up with some soundproofing tricks to avoid disturbing the students in other dorm rooms.
“Take a look at this,” Harry said, turning to them as he found a movie. “The Shawshank Redemption, a great movie from two years ago. It tells the story of a banker named Andy who is wrongly convicted and then escapes from prison.”
“Isn’t this Sirius Black?” Seamus raised an eyebrow; the story sounded all too familiar.
Harry suddenly realized why the story sounded so familiar.
“Come on, come on.” Neville pulled a bunch of snacks out of the box. “Let’s eat while we watch. Watching a movie alone isn’t fun; we need to eat something.”
This reminded Harry, who took out a case of Muggle Coke from his wallet and put it in his dormitory.
Alfonso has now been transferred to Vivi's hands, and his wallet is empty again.
However, after sending Alfonso away, cleaning out the bones in his wallet was indeed a difficult task.
If it weren't for the house-elf's help, Harry would have been thinking of getting a new wallet.
They sat comfortably on the sofa that appeared out of nowhere.
Harry activated the crystal ball, projecting the movie onto the screen.
As for the origin of this film... don't ask, it's all thanks to Mr. Flamel's ingenious tool.
It wasn't until 10 o'clock that a exhausted Ron returned to his dorm room.
Ron froze as soon as he entered the dormitory.
Then, he let out a painful roar, demanding, "What are you doing?!"
“As you can see,” Harry said with a grin, “we’re watching a movie.”
"You didn't even wait for me to go to the movies!" Ron stormed over, plopped down on Neville's sofa, and conjured one up for himself as well.
He reached for a handful of snacks, looked up, and asked, "How long have you been watching?"
"It's almost over," Ximo said sheepishly. "But if you want to watch one more, we can watch one more with you."
"That's more like it!" Ron snorted.
After The Shawshank Redemption finished showing, Harry found another movie called The Godfather.
“I’ve always heard Mr. Granger say,” Ron said, his eyes lighting up, “that The Godfather is a bible for men. I think I need to take a good look at it.”
Then, after the movie was over, Ron's entire demeanor changed.
"Go to sleep, Ron," Seamus said with a yawn. "The movie was great, but I'm so sleepy—I have to get up for class tomorrow."
Unexpectedly, Ron suddenly spoke in a very rough voice: "Seamus, Seamus, I don't know what I did wrong to make you so disrespectful to me. You won't even call me prefect!"
Enraged, Seamus threw a pillow, hitting Ron in the face.
The next morning, Ron was still imitating the old Godfather.
“This year is pretty good.” Hermione stood in the common room with her hands on her hips, looking at the clean walls, and said, “There haven’t been any clones arguing this year, and they’re not posting flyers everywhere. Everything is going in a good direction.”
“Yes, those clones are my brothers,” Ron said.
“Oh, I’m glad you didn’t become a mischievous elf like them,” Hermione said sarcastically.
They walked with Harry through the portrait hole to the Great Hall for their meal.
"Stop!" Hermione said, blocking a fourth-year student who was clutching a dark green disc and trying to squeeze past her.
"The wolf-tooth flying saucer is a contraband. Hand it over now," Hermione said sternly.
The gloomy-faced boy handed over the roaring flying saucer, ducked under Hermione's arm, and went after his friends.
Once Ron was out of sight, he snatched the flying saucer from Hermione's hands.
“That’s awesome! I’ve wanted one of these for ages,” Ron said, staring at the flying saucer.
"This is stolen property I confiscated!" Hermione snatched the flying saucer back. "Keep your hands to yourself!"
“Fine,” Ron said with a shrug.
They went to the auditorium and sat down to have breakfast.
The ceiling of the auditorium was a deep blue, with wisps of light clouds floating by, just like the sky outside the high, framed windows.
Harry and Ron were drinking oatmeal and eating eggs and ham while chatting with Hermione about the movie they watched the night before.
"You guys actually watched 'The Shawshank Redemption'?" Hermione exclaimed, her eyes lighting up. "That's my favorite movie..."
“I didn’t watch it,” Ron said dejectedly. “They watched the movie while you and I were out in a meeting. By the time I got back to my dorm, the movie was almost over, so I only caught the ending—but I did watch The Godfather, the one Mr. Granger loved the most.”
“This is also a classic, but I don’t really like it,” Hermione said, frowning. “It’s too violent. How can we allow that? You two good kids must never imitate it.”
Good boy?
You think Michael Corleone is violent, right?
To put it simply, Michael ordered fewer people to be killed than Harry killed any dark wizards.
Seeing that neither of them responded, Hermione knew she was in an awkward silence.
This wasn't the first time, and Hermione was used to this kind of situation, so she spoke up again without any embarrassment: "So, what courses are you planning to take?" "Definitely not ancient runes," Ron said, chewing on his ham. "Too boring, too dull. But I haven't decided on specific courses yet. Maybe... we should rule out divination first?"
“Divination is one of the easiest courses you can learn,” Hermione said without looking up. “Why don’t you think about what you’re better suited to learn? I suggest you learn something simple; your brain isn’t really suited to learning anything complicated.”
“You’re so clever, you study arithmetic and divination,” Ron retorted. “Why don’t you come and learn this simple divination course?”
“Because Professor Trelawney thought I didn’t have the talent for it.” Hermione looked up as she said this, pretending to think for a moment before continuing, “What did she say about me? Oh right, she said my soul was as dry and lifeless as a book, completely meaningless. I remember it, I remember it very clearly.”
“Women,” Ron and Harry exchanged a glance. “They really hold grudges—”
"Hurry up and eat," Hermione said calmly. "We'll be choosing our courses soon, and you don't want to get tortured by Professor McGonagall for not being able to decide which courses to take, do you?"
After breakfast, they remained seated, waiting for Professor McGonagall to come down from the faculty dining table. Distributing course schedules this semester was more complicated than usual; Professor McGonagall first had to ensure that each student's OWL score met the requirements before allowing them to continue with their chosen NEWT Advanced course.
Hermione's course was immediately set: she would continue studying Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration, Herbalism, Divination, Ancient Runes, and Potions.
Without further delay, she immediately went to her first ancient runes class.
Neville's case went through a few more twists and turns. Professor McGonagall looked down at his application while checking his OWL grades. Neville's round face was full of anxiety.
“Herbalism, very good,” she said. “Your OWL grade is ‘Excellent,’ and Professor Sprout will be very happy to see you back. Your Defense Against the Dark Arts grade is ‘Good,’ so you are qualified to continue taking it. Your Transfiguration class is also good; a ‘Good’ grade is sufficient. Welcome to the Advanced Class to continue learning Transfiguration with me.”
For a moment, the anxiety on Neville's face disappeared.
Professor McGonagall looked at him through her square glasses, her eyes full of encouragement and hope.
“I suggest you switch your Divination class to Charms,” Professor McGonagall said again. “I see your Charms grade is ‘Good’—why don’t you apply for the advanced Charms course?”
“My grandma thinks choosing Charms class is just for convenience,” Neville replied, scratching his head.
“Choose Charms,” Professor McGonagall said gently. “I’m going to write a letter to Augusta to remind her that she shouldn’t think the course is not worth taking just because she failed her OWL exam.”
Seeing the incredulous joy on Neville's face, Professor McGonagall tapped a blank timetable with the tip of her wand and handed it to Neville, on which his courses for the semester were already filled out in detail.
“You can go now, Longbottom,” Professor McGonagall reminded Neville.
However, Neville didn't move. Instead, he asked curiously, "Professor, did you just say that my grandmother didn't like Charms class because she failed her OWL Charms exam?"
“Yes.” Professor McGonagall smiled, a rare sight on her face. “We are still classmates—you can ask her about this when you get back. I don’t think she should use her grades to judge the value of a course.”
But Neville clearly didn't think that way; he was just thinking that even his usually very capable grandmother had times when she failed...
“Alright, Longbottom,” Professor McGonagall said with a smile, not angry. “You should leave now. The next person is waiting.”
“Okay, Professor.” Neville left happily.
Professor McGonagall then turned to Parvati Petil.
“You don’t want to take the Divination class, is that right?” Professor McGonagall said gently.
“Yes,” Parvati said, head bowed, “I don’t really like Professor Trelawney; she’s just too…”
“Oh, if that’s what you’re worried about, then there’s no need to worry,” Professor McGonagall said seriously. “We have a new Divination professor this year… He only arrived at the school today and didn’t attend the dinner yesterday. He’ll be teaching the advanced Divination classes for sixth and seventh graders.”
"Really?" Parvati's eyes lit up.
“Yes,” Professor McGonagall nodded. “Pettile, it’s a real shame you didn’t choose Divination—I saw your grades, ‘Excellent,’ which means you have outstanding potential in Divination.”
“Yes, Professor!” Parvati left happily.
“Now, Potter…” Professor McGonagall turned to Harry as she checked her notes. “Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbalism, Transfiguration… all excellent. And I must say, I’m very pleased with your Transfiguration results, Potter, very pleased.”
“Thank you for your compliment, Professor,” Harry nodded.
Professor McGonagall looked up at her favorite student in her teaching career: "You are the most talented student I have ever encountered since I started teaching. Even Mystic... that person cannot compare to your talent."
This is what I said...
If Voldemort had Harry's talent, what would he be like?
“Oh, right,” Professor McGonagall added, “your former captain, Angelina Johnson, has graduated, and you will be the captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team from now on.”
Angelina had discussed this matter with Harry beforehand.
“I understand, Professor,” Harry nodded.
Professor McGonagall handed him the schedule and said, "By the way, by the way—twenty students have already signed up for the Quidditch team. I'll give you the list later, and you can arrange the selection matches when you have time. This is the important thing."
Harry understood Professor McGonagall's unspoken message.
Attending classes isn't your job; Quidditch is!
That makes sense, after all, Harry is already at NEWT's level.
After Harry stood up, Ron walked over and sat in his seat, waiting for Professor McGonagall's therapy session.
After finishing his talk therapy, Harry left and sat down in a seat a short distance away to wait for Ron.
It was clear that Ron was very confident, accepting Professor McGonagall's instruction with his head held high, and occasionally even smiling at Harry.
It has to be said that Ron has changed quite a bit over the years.
After a while, Ron's schedule was also arranged. He had the same classes as Harry, and the two of them left the table together.
“Look,” Ron said excitedly, looking at his timetable, “we have no classes now…no classes after the break…no classes after lunch…that’s great! This is completely different from last year’s packed schedule!”
Since there were no classes, they returned to the common room, where there were only six or seven seventh-year students, including Katie Bell, who was the only remaining member of the Gryffindor Quidditch team that Harry had joined in his first year.
