Harry returns from Hogwarts Legacy

Chapter 451 Invading the Death Eaters' Lair

Chapter 451 Invading the Death Eaters' Lair
Harry held up one finger, without answering Hermione's question.

He dialed Draco's number and waited a moment before the call connected.

"Harry?" Draco's voice rang out. "What's wrong? We're going upstairs... We just ran into Peeves, really..."

“Okay, I understand,” Harry replied. “Did you see the Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw people?”

“They’re behind us,” Draco said. “That crazy girl Lovegood, and that twin-tailed Abbott—oh wow, I never thought they could get along.”

"Fuck you, Malfoy," Neville said in a very vulgar tone, "Show some respect to Luna!"

"Yo yo yo! Little fat Longbottom!" Draco's cheeky voice rang out. "I didn't realize you were a knight, tsk tsk tsk... Well, if you're not happy, come and hit me!"

Neville clenched his fists, deciding to keep quiet for now and teach Malfoy a lesson when he saw him later.

"Okay, I'll hang up now."

Harry pressed the hang-up button, his expression turning serious.

"Please wait a moment in the back, let me see what's going on," he said.

When he was with Vivi, he and Vivi together gained control of the Room of Requirement.

It should be said that the ownership of this house belongs to him and Vivi, and he can kick the people inside out whenever he wants.

He walked to the entrance of the Room of Requirement, circled the painting three times, then picked up his wand and pointed it at the painting.

After reciting two incantations, the door to the House of Requests slowly appeared and then opened with a bang.

With a gasp of surprise, two people were thrown out of there.

The man in the lead was a short, fat, and "swollen" wizard with a face that looked somewhat like a shovel; the witch behind him looked similar, her face resembling a jar.

Upon seeing the two men's appearance, Harry instantly flicked his wand, and two ropes wrapped around them like a persistent leech, binding them tightly.

“Name,” Harry said succinctly.

"Ha!" The man with the ferocious face in the lead chuckled.

Harry raised an eyebrow.

I was just asking for your name, why are you breathing on me?
He didn't bother with pleasantries and directly used Legilimency.

"Legiliments!"

The dark wizard cleared his mind in an instant, but Harry's Legilimency was enhanced by ancient magic, so even Occlumency wouldn't affect him.

After reading his memories, he learned that the dark wizard in front of him was named Amicus Carlo, and the person next to him was his sister, Alecto Carlo.

The two of them entered the Room of Requirement through something called the Vanishing Cabinet.

These are a pair of Vanishing Cabinets, one of which is in the Room of Requirement at Hogwarts, and the other is in Borginborough's shop.

According to Carlo's memory, the Death Eaters raided Borginborough and took the Vanishing Cabinet.

Since... one can enter the Room of Requirement through that Vanishing Cabinet, could one then find the Death Eaters through the Vanishing Cabinet within the Room of Requirement?

“Today’s activities are canceled for now.” Harry, who had a brilliant idea, said to Ron and the others, “I’ll go and take those two Death Eaters to Dumbledore. You guys go back to the common room first… Remember to inform the students in the other three houses, especially Luna—Neville, you must inform them.”

At this time, Harry hadn't forgotten his best friend's important life event, and encouraged him to interact with his sweetheart.

He's a good older brother, that's right.

Neville left happily, but Hermione asked with some concern, "Do you need our help, Harry?"

“No need,” Harry said with a smile. “You guys go back first. It’s not safe here. I need to have Dumbledore do a thorough search of the school—looks like you might be sleeping in the Great Hall again tonight.”

After saying that, Harry waved to them and used his wand to lead the Carol siblings toward Dumbledore's office.

After giving the command to the gargoyle, it jumped aside, making way for Harry.

Dumbledore seemed surprised by Harry's arrival. He glanced at the two people floating behind Harry and immediately became alert.

“These two are Death Eaters,” Harry said.

"I know, I know."

Dumbledore's crescent-shaped spectacles flashed. "Amicus Caro, and Alecto Caro, who studied in Slytherin, became extremely superstitious about pure-blood doctrine and joined the Death Eaters—I'm not surprised by that."

“Oh, they’re all old acquaintances.” Harry nodded as if he understood. “I’ve discovered that Slytherin really does produce talents like these, hasn’t it?”

"Hey! Kid!" Amicus Caro snapped angrily, "You have a problem with Slytherin?"

“Oh, no, not at all.” Harry said politely to Amycus. “All three of my girlfriends are from Slytherin. I have no problem with the house itself. I just have a problem with Tom, that good-for-nothing orphan—oh, you know, the Voldemort you all follow. You didn’t know that Tom Riddle, Voldemort, was actually a half-blood wizard.”

The Carlo siblings suddenly fell silent.

Clearly, they seem to know about this?
But Harry didn't care whether they knew or not.

Killing someone by destroying their spirit is enough.

He now particularly enjoys verbal attacks, which triggers a surge in dopamine levels.

After all, he could defeat most people in magic, but he was still a little lacking in language.

The fiercely competitive Harry decided to make up for this weakness—at least when facing Death Eaters and Voldemort, Harry had to make them accurately break through his defenses.

“Alright, what I want to know is—” Dumbledore pushed up his glasses—not the black-rimmed kind, “how did you manage to capture those two?”

“They got to the Room of Requirement through the Vanishing Cabinet,” Harry said succinctly. “One of them is in the Room of Requirement at Hogwarts, and the other is in Borginborough. The two cabinets are connected.”

Dumbledore immediately understood the seriousness of the situation. He said solemnly, "Alright, I understand—everyone's going to sleep in the Great Hall again tonight... I'll go assign tasks first. As for these two... keep them here for now. You'll notify Sirius to come and get them, right?"

“It’s Minister Black,” Harry said with a smile.

"Haha." Dumbledore stroked his beard and laughed. "Alright, the password is 'Fat Tongue Toffee,' remember to tell him."

"Why would you set such a password?" Harry asked in surprise—this was a prank candy from the Weasley Studios, how could Dumbledore set it as a password?
“Oh,” Dumbledore winked at Harry, “because Gellert gave me a piece the other day, and it tasted pretty good, though it would make your tongue swell.” “By the way, Professor,” Harry asked again, “do you think it’s necessary for the students to rest in the Great Hall? If the Death Eaters come in, they shouldn’t barge into the common rooms, right?”

“It’s hard to say,” Dumbledore sighed. “They might not be able to get into Gryffindor’s common room with Sphinx guarding it, but anyone with a little cleverness can get into Ravenclaw’s common room—and Slytherin’s common room is even less guarded by them; the password has been the same few words changed over the years…”

“What about Hufflepuff?” Harry asked.

“Oh, what are they doing in the Hufflepuff common room?” Dumbledore asked gently. “Nobody knows how they get into the Hufflepuff common room, because Helga’s magic can identify anyone who isn’t a Hufflepuff.”

real or fake?

Harry found it very strange because he had been to Hufflepuff's common room more than once a hundred years ago—always with Pappy.

The Hufflepuffs are actually very enthusiastic. Every time Harry goes there, he always receives a lot of food from them, which leads him to have an unbelievable positive view of the house.

It's almost time for dinner, family!
"It seems that's true?" Harry nodded hesitantly.

“Alright, all four houses are going to the Great Hall,” Dumbledore continued. “You wait here for a bit while Sirius sends someone over. I need to get this done quickly, because the later we are, the more dangerous it becomes, doesn’t it?”

After saying that, Dumbledore waved to Harry and left the headmaster's office at Hogwarts.

After watching Dumbledore leave, Harry took out his phone and dialed Sirius Black.

Clearly, his call came at an inopportune time, because his godfather was now disheveled—or rather, shirtless.

The holographic projection flashed by in an instant, and Sirius immediately turned it off.

"What's wrong, Harry?" Sirius asked, a little out of breath.

"What are you doing?" Harry asked suspiciously.

"I'm going for a run," Sirius said. "Is there something you need?"

Harry, without suspicion, said to Sirius, "Two Death Eaters have joined Hogwarts, named Amicus Caro and Alecto Caro. They're in the Headmaster's office right now. Send someone over to pick them up and stuff them into Azkaban—the password for the Headmaster's office is 'Fat Tongue Toffee'."

"Okay, I know."

After saying that, Sirius hung up the phone.

Harry waited in the office for more than ten minutes before Mr. Weasley entered the headmaster's office, followed by Lupin and Tonks.

"Hi," Harry greeted the three of them, "It's great to see you all—"

Upon seeing Harry, the three greeted him, especially Mr. Weasley, who smiled kindly and gently.

“Hello, Harry,” Lupin said with a gentle smile. He then looked at the two siblings lying on the floor like dead dogs and asked curiously, “These are the two Death Eaters? They look quite different from when they were in school…”

"Do you know them?" Harry asked curiously.

“Oh, of course I know them,” Lupin said with a smile. “These two are the people your father bullied the most besides Snape—of course, I don’t mind dealing with them either, because a lot of Slytherins were quite annoying back then.”

“Shut up, Lupin!” Amicus Caro roared angrily.

“Look, still so aggressive.” Lupin spread his hands helplessly. “How did you catch him?”

Harry recounted the disappearing cabinet in detail, and Lupin immediately frowned.

“I understand,” Lupin nodded, then looked at Mr. Weasley. “Alright, Arthur, let’s take these two back to the Ministry of Magic for questioning. As for Harry… you can go back now.”

“Okay,” Harry said obediently.

After they left, Harry also left the Hogwarts headmaster's office.

As soon as he left, the principals in the principal's office started chatting.

“Believe it or not,” Phineas said, head held high and smug, “this Harry will definitely not let this go. I suspect he’s up to something—guess if he’ll use that Vanishing Cabinet to get to the Death Eaters’ lair?”

"Is that even a question?" Headmaster Fitzgerald rolled his eyes and said, "Everyone knows he's a Gryffindor. Gryffindors are all fearless little wizards. He'll definitely go."

The vast majority of headmasters agree with this view, and Harry himself agrees as well—he demonstrates this through his actions.

He walked to the House of Requirement, first using a detection spell to confirm that there were no hostile beings inside, and then stepped inside.

The Vanishing Cabinet stood alone in its place. Harry walked over, inspected it, and then opened the cabinet door, casting a protective spell on himself.

He tightened his grip on his wand and went into the cabinet.

Unlike the fireplace trip, the Vanishing Cabinet didn't give him that dizzying feeling, perhaps because Harry's magic was so abundant that he didn't experience any discomfort.

The moment the cabinet door was opened, a stench of decay and an indescribable smell rushed out.

It doesn't smell good at all.

It seemed to be in a basement somewhere, definitely not a respectable place.

As soon as he opened the cabinet door, two people came to greet him.

“Amicus, you have accomplished something…”

However, what awaited him was a scarlet curse.

"Crucio!"

Unlike the casual chanting of the incantation, a scarlet light suddenly shone, and the two Death Eaters instantly curled up into twitching shrimp.

Their screams echoed through the cellar, but Harry simply knocked them unconscious with a spell and tied them up before continuing on his way.

"Someone has broken in—"

A flash of silver light, and the woman who had been shouting suddenly froze, her pupils reflecting the small silver snake emerging from her ear canal.

"So noisy." Harry said expressionlessly. Suddenly, the snake grew larger and swallowed the woman whole.
