Chapter 168 Mysteries abound
The moment he sensed the flames coming, the alert Su Ze reacted immediately. He suddenly raised Mjolnir in his hand and used it to block in front of him.

However, when the tongue of fire rushed out of the door crack and headed straight for Su Ze's face, the flame was like a phantom, directly passing over Su Ze's body and dissipating into the air in the blink of an eye.

The next moment, as if it was an illusion, everything disappeared completely.

Su Ze still maintained a defensive posture, but the expected burning sensation did not appear. The heat wave seemed to still irritate his skin, but there was no open flame in front of him.

Su Ze suddenly turned around and looked at Rocket Raccoon and Horcrux Voldemort.

Judging from the stunned and surprised expressions on their faces, the fire just now did not seem to be their imagination. They also saw this scene, and because of the distance, they could see it more clearly than he did.

There was no time to explain. Su Ze turned his head and exerted force with his arms. With a creaking sound, like the wailing of a stone door, the entire door was completely pushed open, and the full picture of the Room of Requirement reappeared in front of everyone.

A pungent smell of burning gushed out, and at this time, the House of Requirement was only a charred ruin.

The walls of the house had been burned to a mottled state, and there was a thick layer of ash on the ground. All kinds of gold, silver and jewelry had been melted by the high temperature and solidified into a pool of black substance on the ground.

The tables and bookcases that were intact a second ago are now completely changed. Some have been burned to pieces, while others have been completely turned into ashes and scorched earth.

The obsolete flying brooms and books have completely disappeared, and the warehouse, which was originally colorful, has now been completely replaced by black and gray.

"how come!?"

The first one to scream was actually the Horcrux Voldemort.

Although he had prepared himself mentally, he still found it hard to accept when he saw this shocking scene.

Smoke was still coming out of some of the broken decorations and ashes in the house, making it look like the fire had just been extinguished. The temperature in the house was also obviously much higher than outside.

"Be careful, we can't be sure of the safety inside." Su Ze reminded, but the Horcrux Voldemort had already walked in.

There was no choice. After Su Ze and Rocket Raccoon looked at each other, they took out their weapons and followed carefully into the Room of Requirement which had been burned to ashes.

"It looks like this place has been completely destroyed. All these things have turned into ashes." Rocket tentatively touched a stone statue, but then the statue turned into powder and fell to the ground.

"Are you sure the fire started here?" Su Ze asked.

"The chances are high." Rocket Raccoon nodded. "If I want to burn down Hogwarts, then starting the fire from a non-existent house is the best option."

After a pause, Rocket Raccoon continued.

"Look at the environment here. We have never seen anything like this in other places in Hogwarts. To be honest, if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it was true."

"I feel that the space here is very unstable, as if two realities are superimposed on each other." Su Ze muttered to himself, holding a notebook.

In the original Harry Potter novel, the Room of Requirement was also set on fire by the Fiendfyre during the final battle. Since then, the Room of Requirement seemed to have been burned down and never appeared again.

And now, the Room of Requirement not only appeared intact in everyone's sight, but if it were not for the power of the chaotic space, no one would be able to see the ruins.

No wonder Rocket Raccoon followed the burnt smell all the way, but suddenly found that the smell disappeared when he came here. It seems that someone really used a power that does not belong to this world to distort the real space here.

"Do you have any guesses?" Rocket glanced at the Horcrux Voldemort in the distance, turned to look at Su Ze and asked in a low voice.

"The power to distort reality, the ether particles that the dark elves mastered back then." Su Ze gave his guess, but he frowned again. "But I always feel like something is wrong." Rocket said quickly. "No matter what it is, the most important thing for us is to find the one who controls that power. He could be anyone in this school."

"It's possible that he's not from this school and is hiding outside the school." Su Ze followed up on his words. "We didn't find anything in Hogwarts before, did we?"

"The question is why Hagrid had this dream, and what is the purpose of the guy who holds the power to distort reality."

Rocket Raccoon habitually took out his tablet and tried to scan the surrounding environment, but he soon found that the tablet was affected by magic and could not be used normally, which made Rocket sigh helplessly.

"Honestly, Sue, I think this is all very strange. The Hogwarts in Hagrid's dream was destroyed by a fire, but this fire was pressed on the back of reality. Don't you think this is very strange?"

"You are suspecting not that someone is hiding the fact that Hogwarts was destroyed, but that someone is trying to ignite a fire from the back of reality to make Hagrid's dream come true?" Su Ze frowned.

"It's just a worst-case guess. After what happened with the Skrulls, I find it hard to imagine that a being who accidentally acquired this ability could suppress his desires." Rocket pointed at the Horcrux Voldemort.

Su Ze turned around and looked in the direction of the Horcrux Voldemort.

But he was seen carefully picking up a damaged fragment from the ruins. From the remaining gems on it, it could be seen that the thing was the Ravenclaw's Diadem, and also Voldemort's fifth Horcrux.

Looking at the destroyed Horcrux in front of him, Horcrux Voldemort's eyes were filled with surprise and murderous intent.

Rocket Raccoon came to Su Ze's side and looked at the Horcrux Voldemort in the distance with him, and continued.

"What he is holding in his hand should be the Horcrux that you mentioned before that contains a fragment of Voldemort's soul, right?"

"Yes, but it looks like this thing has been destroyed in the fierce fire." Su Ze nodded.

"But someone used the power of the Reality Stone to reverse everything, right? This can be considered an alternative way of turning defeat into victory." Rocket said meaningfully.

Hearing this, Su Ze frowned and thought carefully about Rocket Raccoon's words. Su Ze couldn't help but lower his head and look at Rocket.

"You mean that Voldemort used the ether particles to reverse the reality that his Horcrux was burned by the Fiendfyre, and then restored everything to normal. But if you follow your speculation, who set the fire?"

"It could be anyone. We've always thought that the person who set the fire and the person who used the ether particles were the same person, but that doesn't explain the current situation at all. What if we think about it the other way around?" Rocket Raccoon raised his eyebrows. "By the way, do you know where the real Voldemort is now?"

Su Ze shook his head slightly. "The previous plot has not changed. Harry Potter successfully passed the level of the Philosopher's Stone with the help of Ron and Hermione, and defeated Voldemort who possessed Quirrell. Voldemort should be in the form of a spirit now."

"This is just the reality we see, or you can say it's a modified reality. The guy who controls the ether particles and the guy who set the fire have already fought each other." Rocket said.

Listening to Rocket Raccoon's words, Su Ze rubbed his temples with a headache. He now felt his head was swollen.

I thought I would get some clues after finding the fire point, but what Su Ze got were more and more mysteries. These things were like a tangled mess that could not be sorted out at all.

The most crucial issue is that no matter which speculation it is, it cannot explain the logic of the scene before everyone.

Even now, Su Ze is still unable to determine who the enemy is, the one who set the fire or the one who controls the ether particles.

Or maybe they are the same person.

Moreover, where is the guy who possesses the power to distort reality now, and why is there no trace left?
