On the night Carl and his team made their decision to support Jefferson Perales, good news led them all to leave the Gemstone Blue Building and head to the underground laboratory in Dogtown.

With the help of the biotechnology experts Karl and his team, along with former Arasaka personnel and data from various biological experiments conducted by both sides, as well as the underlying code of the Relic chip, they successfully created a body. All that remained was to conduct the final experimental step.
