Chapter 432: The Fragments of the Yongle Encyclopedia Record Le Miao's Farewell Banquet

Chapter 432: The Fragments of the Yongle Encyclopedia Record Le Miao's Farewell Banquet
The writing time of "Yanxia Shengxiao Fang" is unknown, and the author is unknown.

After quickly using the system to bless.

Fangyan then confirmed the preciousness of the discovered recipe.

The group that discovered it immediately cheered.

This is a real achievement that deserves credit.

The others also showed envious expressions at this time.

This is good luck, just like digging for gold. Using professional tools to turn to the next page, you don’t know what is waiting for you.

It took six days to find only two books. One was found by Fangyan's team, and the other was found by Fangyan's team with more people.

Now everyone feels that dialects contain a bit of metaphysical luck.

It was like looking for a needle in a haystack, but the group he was related to found it.

Many people gathered around him, hoping to get some good luck.

In the past few days, Fangyan has been on TV and in newspapers. Such a young person has appeared in front of the people of the whole country. In addition to his own ability, everyone also thinks that he is indeed lucky.

He said so himself. He wanted to learn bone-setting techniques so he looked through the books in his home. He found a Japanese book and kept searching below. He happened to find the "Yuxiu Yifang Leiju".

The key point is that the timing was just before Professor Wang Yuchuan and his team were going to visit Japan for exchanges.

The two sides hit it off immediately after this incident.

Then Fangyan inexplicably became the initiator.

The key is that the leaders all recognize the title of initiator, including the team leader Mr. Cheng and Professor Yuchuan, so there is nothing wrong with it.

This is probably what we call luck, it cannot be stopped.

Then the news soon reached the leaders. After they came to check, they confirmed that many of the formulas of pills, powders, pastes and pills in the formula were unprecedented, and there were no similar types.

This is even more exciting than discovering the "Miraculous Prescription".

If these clinical effects are really as impressive as recorded, it would be no less than obtaining the secret family recipes of more than a dozen families.

Therefore, the team that discovered the prescription was verbally rewarded on the spot and was credited with a merit.

This made people around me envious.

I really wanted to start flipping through the books by hand, just looking for keywords, and find the remaining thirty-three books first.

Seeing that some people were worried, Dean Zhao Xiwu comforted them as he left:
"Comrades, only two of the thirty-five lost medical books have appeared now, and there are thirty-three left. You still have plenty of opportunities. Please be modest and prudent, keep good records, and complete the organization's tasks."

"In addition, everyone has been working hard during this period. At the beginning of next month, we plan to give everyone a week off so that everyone can rest and have a good rest."

After hearing this, someone immediately said:

"Dean, why are we suddenly going to have a holiday? We are not too tired and can still hold on."

Zhao Xiwu said to everyone:

"First, the holiday is for everyone to relax and unwind. Second, some of our comrades are going to take the college entrance examination, so we have to let them go back and prepare, right?"

"Many of the comrades who were urgently transferred are planning to take the college entrance examination."

"Oh, that includes our comrade Fangyan, who will also take part in the college entrance examination this time."

After hearing this, everyone suddenly realized and felt that this was the main reason.

The two most indispensable people in the verification team are Team Leader Ji from the Palace Museum and Team Leader Fang.

One is an expert in cultural relics, and the other is an expert in ancient Chinese medical books.

Others are more like tools.

Fangyan has to prepare for the college entrance examination now, so he will have a one-week holiday.

In fact, Fang Yan also wanted to say that he didn't need to rest, because he had already memorized the review materials in his mind. However, there were indeed many things to do before the exam, and he was not the only one taking the college entrance examination, there was also Meng Jimin, and many new people who had joined the various groups.

In that case, just take this opportunity to take a break.

Take the things you need to do before the college entrance examination seriously.

After the leader left, everyone started to get busy again. Someone came over and said to Fangyan:

"Team Leader Fang, do you think we are benefiting from your help?"

"What benefit did you get?" Fangyan asked.

The other party said:

"Of course I'm taking a break to prepare for the college entrance exam. If it weren't for you, I don't think I would have had this break, and even if I did, it wouldn't have been this long."

After hearing this, Fangyan hurriedly said:
"There are so many people here who are going to take the college entrance examination, and I'm just one of them."

"Don't make my face too big."

Even if this matter is related to me, I can't bring it up openly. Anyway, I just don't admit it. The leader hasn't admitted it, so why should I admit it? Will it give people a reason to criticize me?
It was said that he received special care from his leaders.

Besides, Fangyan really didn’t feel that he was being taken care of.

Soon this matter was quickly turned over and no one mentioned it again.

Then the Palace Museum went to verify the medical prescription, and Ji Yao gave an answer, saying that the book was most likely compiled by Han Yihe of the Yuan Dynasty.

Because Ji Yao had seen the name of this prescription in the remaining fragments of the Yongle Encyclopedia.

It includes Huanqing Pills and Fuming Paste.

It is written above that Han Yihe’s “Yanxia Shengxiao Fang”.

Speaking of the "Yongle Encyclopedia", it is also a very famous cultural relic. It collects various documents from ancient times to the early Ming Dynasty, including classics, history, philosophy, collections, astronomy, geography, medicine, agronomy, art and other fields.

There are a total of 222877 volumes, with the catalogue alone taking up 60 volumes. The entire book contains approximately 3.7 million words and 11095 books, covering all aspects of knowledge in human society at that time.

It is printed with exquisite woodblocks and is accompanied by exquisite illustrations, and it also has an important position in the history of printing. However, it has now become a fragment and is scattered all over the world.

In the mid-19th century, the British and French allied forces plundered and destroyed royal gardens and palaces such as the Old Summer Palace, and the Yongle Encyclopedia was not spared.

At that time, a large number of cultural relics and books were looted by the British and French troops, including some volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia. These looted cultural treasures were then taken to Europe.

Not only did they beat them, but in 1900, the Japanese army also looted some volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia from the Hanlin Academy.

According to the Wanchao Newspaper, at that time, Division Commander Yamaguchi and his subordinates not only plundered gold, silver and treasures, but also brought back a large number of precious cultural relics to Japan, including the Yongle Encyclopedia.

In addition to official actions, there were also personal actions. In 1901, when Associate Professor of Tokyo Imperial University, Ichimura Sanjiro, visited Japan, he brought back more than 200 volumes and 3000 books, including the "Catalogue of the Yongle Encyclopedia".

In 1912, Dong Kang, president of the Supreme Court, brought 17 volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia to Japan and distributed them to institutions such as Kyoto University.

Around 1923, Keitaro Tanaka, owner of the bookstore Wenqiutang, purchased more than 20 volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia and sold them to the Library of Congress and the Toyo Bunko.

In addition, Hattori Uenokichi once rescued three volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia from the Hanlin Academy, but ultimately did not return them to the Qing government. Morison also took away several volumes of the Yongle Encyclopedia and transferred them to the Toyo Bunko.

Currently, of the 222,877 volumes of original manuscripts, only a few hundred are still available in China, most of which are kept in the National Library and the Palace Museum.

But this time, even these fragments still provided some useful information.

It provided strong supporting evidence.

……

Soon it was time to get off work. Today, Fangyan had to go to Le Miao's house for dinner after get off work. This meal was also a farewell to her.

As Le Miao's friend, Meng Jimin is also going.

However, he had to prepare a parting gift, so he would not go with Fangyan. He would take the bus later.

"Is your wife going?" Fang Yan asked Meng Jimin curiously.

Meng Jimin shook his head and responded:
"She's not going. We have different circles of friends. I don't get involved with hers, and she doesn't get involved with mine."

Fangyan laughed and said:

"I find you two are really interesting. You live your own lives every day. This is what it means to live together properly."

Meng Jimin said:
"No, that's the case with most people. After having a child, their focus is no longer on the other person."

"You will slowly realize it later. Now you have just got married, and it is the stage of passion and passion."

Fang Yan smiled and teased Meng Jimin:
"Weren't you very passionate some time ago?"

Meng Jimin was embarrassed and waved his hands:
"Well, I just completed the mission."

After saying that, he added with the taste of an experienced person:
“When you get older, you’ll know.”

When Fangyan rode his motorcycle back home, his wife had already gotten off work.

Today she will also go to Le Miao's house with Fang Yan.

Also traveling with us were my younger brother and Chen Kaige who received the invitation that day.

Although the two were not very familiar with Le Miao, since they had been invited, of course they had to go. Having more people see them off could help dilute the sadness of parting.

The gift was a piece of calligraphy written in Fangyan.

There is nothing good to commemorate by giving other gifts, so just give a piece of calligraphy written by yourself.

With the help of the system, his calligraphy has reached a very high level, and it will definitely not look shabby when it is sent out.

It's because I'm quite busy these days, otherwise Fangyan would have planned to improve his ink painting skills and create a set of calligraphy and paintings.

Make the gift more memorable.

Carrying gifts, Fangyan and his wife went out together and got into the jeep that had been waiting outside the door.

The four of them walked towards the courtyard of Le Miao's home together.

Soon we arrived at the entrance of the alley of the courtyard.

I saw several jeeps here before I arrived. There must be a lot of people here today.

Sure enough, when I walked over, Kong Yao and other store employees were already helping to arrange reception.

Although Le Miao is no longer the store manager, he still has a good relationship with them. He was very caring towards all the employees in the store.

Knowing that she was going to study in Hong Kong, everyone came to attend her farewell party.

Fangyan even saw Old Deng and his grandson Deng Nanxing here.

Upon asking, I found out that the two families had known each other for a long time.

Just say it in dialect. Old Deng knows so many people, there is no reason why he wouldn't know the Le family, which was once a giant.

In addition to Le Miao’s friends, some old friends of Le Miao’s family also came to see him off today.

Her mother is in charge of receiving these guests.

The young man who was Le Miao's friend was in one room, while the friend of Le Miao's mother was in the main living room of their house.

You can see it as soon as you enter the door.

Her mother was also going to Hong Kong with her this time, so there were more people seeing her off.

Among them, Fangyan also saw a familiar figure.

That was none other than Mr. Cheng San, whom I had met in the black boxing ring some time ago.

When Fang Yan saw him, Mr. Cheng San also saw Fang Yan.

Although Fang Yan had disguised himself last time, Mr. Cheng San still felt a sense of familiarity, especially when he saw Chen Kaige appear. He shuddered and almost screamed out on the spot.
