As for those who have no connections but want to make further progress, they can choose to continue studying for another year. After one year, they can take the "graduation exam". Those who pass the graduation exam can become Yuan's "senior disciples", and become true disciples recognized by Yuan Shu. From then on, they can be highly bound to Yuan Shu himself.

In simple terms, Yuan Shu will guarantee you a job and five social insurances and one housing fund, plus an enterprise annuity. If you are not satisfied with your household registration, Yuan can also help you to settle down again.

In short, the Yuan family will take care of you for the rest of your life!
At the same time, the grades of Yixinhui and Zhixing Academy are not linked, and there is no additional connection. There is no requirement that one cannot join Yixinhui if one fails to pass the graduation exam.

Yuan Shu decided that as long as one has a foundation in psychology and has studied in Zhixing Academy for more than half a year, one is eligible to apply to join the Yi Xin Society.

In a sense, Yixin will be a path to success for those who are ambitious but lack academic ability.

The Yi Xin Hui management team that migrated from Maoling had some discussions about Yuan Shu's decision.

Some people think that doing so is not a good thing for Yi Xin Hui. Yi Xin Hui should recruit more talented people, and the top students who have passed the assessment in Zhixing Academy are the most suitable.
