Chapter 340 Captain Marvel Arrives! The Superhero Civil War Begins!
Captain Marvel, enveloped in dazzling energy flames, crashed onto the roof of S.H.I.E.L.D. like a burning meteor.

The shockwave shattered more than a dozen glass windows around her, but she didn't even bend her knees. She simply dusted off non-existent dust from her uniform and strode toward Nick Fury and Alexander Pierce, who were already waiting on the tarmac.

“Fury!” Her voice was filled with suppressed anger, her pupils glowing a pale gold from the lingering cosmic energy. “I just stopped a Kree missile from bombarding Xandar, and your emergency signal brought me back from half a light-year away—just to hear you ramble on about the threat level of some Earthling?”

Fury didn't even blink his one eye, and tossed her a data terminal: "Read it before you get angry."

Captain Marvel frowned as she caught the video, which immediately unfolded in front of her.

The first thing that popped up was footage of Stephen Fang tearing apart the Chitauri mothership with his bare hands, followed by uncut footage of him threatening S.H.I.E.L.D. during the Hammer incident in New Mexico, showing him instantly killing several superheroes.

Fury added calmly, "Now you understand what I meant by calling you back, right?"

"So?" She closed the video, her tone still impatient. "You want me to be your safety net? So that if he loses control, I can just drop down and knock him out with a single punch?"

Nick Fury suddenly laughed. "Danvers, after all these years, you still can't shake your habit of underestimating your opponents."

Captain Marvel shrugged. "Fury, you know far too little about me. If you'd ever actually seen this universe, you'd know exactly what level of guardian I am."

Nick Fury shrugged. "At least for now, Earth needs you. That's the consensus among the top brass of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers."

"What do you want me to do? Cripple this kid? Or kill him? That's in line with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s style of doing things, but that's not in line with me, because I haven't seen him do anything excessive so far, including killing the murderer in the murder of the founder of S.H.I.E.L.D. I think it's understandable for him to do so."

Alexander Pierce then interjected, "Ms. Danvers, you haven't spent time with Stephen Fang. When I was with him, I felt like I was being stared at by a lion. I could sense his ill intentions."

Captain Marvel looked at Pierce. "Take your time? Speak a little slower?"

Pierce, the undercover agent for SHIELD, suddenly became a little nervous. "Ahem, let Fury do it."

Nick Fury nodded. "Danvers, it all started with a personal feud between Steve Rogers and Tony Stark. Because of Stephen Fang's intervention, the Avengers disbanded. Do you understand?"

Captain Marvel pursed her lips. "What do you mean now?"

“I hope you will give Stephen Fang a talking-to and tell him that he is not the only Omega-level mutant in the world.”

Captain Marvel shook her head. "I don't think this kid is a mutant. He's more like an orphan of some ancient magical race. Give me the coordinates. I need to go back to Xandar after I'm done."

Stark Group building.

Compared to the serious atmosphere of the S.H.I.E.L.D. meeting room, this place feels more like a family meeting.

Tony Stark stood at the tea bar, a glass of red wine in his hand, slightly tipsy, and said, "Gentlemen, the reason I invited you here today is to establish a new organization, an organization that is not the Avengers."

Bruce Banner was still unaware of what had happened. He scratched his head and asked, "Tony, why are we starting a new organization?"

Tony Stark considered his words for a moment, then glanced at Stephen Fang, who was sitting on the sofa watching TV. "S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers don't welcome me and Stephen."

Bruce Banner looked at the high school student sitting beside him, who was suppressing his excitement. "So, what is the purpose of this organization? Boy Scouts?"

"Well, let me introduce myself, Peter."

"Ahhh!" Spider-Man excitedly gripped his jeans. "Dr. Banner! I'm Peter Parker! I, I can do somersaults, climb walls, and, I can even shoot webs!" As he spoke, Spider-Man reached out his hand to Bruce Banner. Bruce Banner reluctantly reached out and grasped Spider-Man's hand. "Alright, since you know me, you should know that I can turn into that big green guy."

"I know! I've seen the video!"

"Phew!" Bruce Banner sighed. "Stephen, what are you doing standing there daydreaming?"

Stephen Fang suddenly stood up. "We can't wait for Thor."

As he spoke, he dashed towards the rooftop at almost instantaneous speed!

Tony Stark noticed something was wrong and quickly called out to Bruce Banner, "Ready to transform!"

"What?! What's going on?!" Bruce Banner was completely bewildered, while Spider-Man was incredibly excited!

He just joined the Avengers and he's already facing aliens?!

When Spider-Man arrived at the rooftop with Bruce Banner and Tony Stark, who had transformed into Iron Man, he was stunned to find that the people who were at loggerheads with Stephen Fong were none other than the other Avengers heroes!
The Quinjet landed slowly, and Captain America, along with Falcon, Ant-Man, Black Panther, War Machine, and Hawkeye, arrived in front of Stephen Fang. Before Captain America could speak, Stephen Fang took the initiative to greet him.

"Isn't this Captain America? What's wrong? Trying to get revenge? That's strange. I'm not targeting you personally, but why are you attacking me personally? Oh! You're Captain America. Never mind then, it should be like this, in line with the national character design."

"Stephen!" Captain America suppressed his anger. "You must take responsibility for Bucky's death!"

"Then call the police."

"you!"

Captain America took a deep breath. "I've already given you a chance!" He suddenly roared to the sky, "Captain! We need your help!"

Captain America is the captain himself, so who else can he call captain?

There can only be one answer!
Captain Marvel!

A ball of fire shot towards Stark Tower from the sky!

Seeing this, Iron Man quickly shouted, "Jarvis! Activate energy defense!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the entire rooftop flashed with light, and blue grids enveloped the rooftop.

The next second.
Boom!

That ball of flame shattered the defenses! All the glass on the fortieth floor and above was smashed to pieces!
Captain America turned around and saw that Nick Fury's new helper was so extraordinary, and he immediately felt more confident. "We're not here to do anything, we just want you to sign an agreement!"

"If you do something utterly immoral and unethical again next time, then..."

Stephen Fang suddenly interrupted Captain America, saying, "I regret it."

Captain America had just raised an eyebrow when Stephen Fang immediately added, "Too late to kill Bucky."
