Chapter 427: Pull the ship over!

Chapter 427: Pull the ship over!
As soon as Hannibal finished speaking, a chorus of snickers erupted in the room.

Hanafuda lazily flipped through the playing cards in his hand, not even looking up, and said, "Warden Hannibal, warships and supply ships come and go from Impel Down every day. Is one ship really worth you panicking like this?"

Hancock didn't even bother to lift her eyelids, and said sarcastically, "A mere ship can make you lose your composure. No wonder they chose you as the warden. After all, the most obedient are the trash."

Although Fujitora didn't say anything, his silent act of picking up the empty bowl showed his attitude; even noodles were more important than news of Hannibal.

Hannibal was so anxious he was jumping up and down, veins bulging on his forehead: "It's not an ordinary ship! It's a pirate ship! And," his voice suddenly rose, "that ship came straight from the Calm Belt!"

"Oh?" Hanafuda finally stopped shuffling the cards, raising an eyebrow. "Forced entry with a no-wind suit? That's interesting."

Hancock scoffed, "Even if it's interesting, it's just a boring man's game. So what if they break into the Calm Belt? Are they going to say that pirate crew is going to break them out of prison?"

Upon hearing this, Fujitora bit off a piece of dough, declaring, "No matter who it is, I'll make sure they never leave alive!"

In the waters surrounding Impel Down, three naval warships deployed in a triangular formation, their cannons aimed directly at the Ghost Carrot, which was hurtling straight in from the Calm Belt.

The sea surface was whipped up by the aftershocks of the spiral shuriken, creating towering waves and causing the ship to rock violently, but everyone on board was already on high alert.

"Enemy attack! All personnel prepare for battle!" Vice Admiral Urban roared from the deck of the main ship, while the lookout at the top of the mast trembled as he reported:

"Report! There's only one ship as the target! We've never seen a pirate flag before!"

Urban frowned. "A flag I've never seen before? Which group of reckless pirates dares to storm Impel Down?"

Perhaps in response to his question, Brook's skeletal body leaped lightly into the air, his cane sword flashing coldly in the sunlight.

"Yo ho ho! Let Mr. Bones start the show!"

It charged toward the nearest warship, its sword tip tracing a silvery trajectory, "Nightfall Melody - Straight Pierce!"

The front row of gun emplacements was instantly cut in two, and the dud shells rolled onto the deck.

The naval soldiers were terrified and raised their guns to fire, but the bullets passed through Brooke's skeleton, leaving only hollow echoes.

"Wine Barrel Dance - Consecutive Slashes!" Brook moved like a ghost, and in the flash of his sword, the weapons of dozens of naval soldiers broke in response.

"Damn it! Is it an ability user?!" a sergeant roared.

“No, I’m just a musical skeleton.” Brook gracefully sheathed his sword, his skeletal jaw clicking. “Although I have no flesh and blood, the sharpness of my strikes hasn’t diminished in the slightest!”

On the other end, Garrot's rabbit fur crackled with static electricity, its orange afterimages flitting among the naval soldiers.

"Carrot Whirlwind Kick!" She spun her legs at high speed, kicking the entire row of soldiers flying like a drill.

A navy officer drew his sword and slashed at her, but she dodged it with a backflip and threw Vivi's specially made smoke bomb at the enemy ship.

"Bang!" Thick smoke obscured the view, and the naval formation was thrown into chaos.

"Don't let her get close to the main gun!" Lieutenant General Urban shouted.

"Hehe! Got it!!" Carrot grinned, her rabbit ears perked up, and she accelerated again. "Electric Claws!" Her claws crackled with electricity, and the weapons of the marines fell from their hands wherever she went. She accelerated again and kicked the main cannon!
While Carrot and Brook were wreaking havoc, the rest of the crew were not idle either.

Perona floated into the air and waved her hands, "Negative Specter!"

Dozens of transparent ghosts rushed through the smoke towards the navy, who immediately collapsed onto the deck in a state of ecstasy.

"Why should I fight these monsters? I'd rather be a salted fish."

The soldiers immediately knelt down and wept bitterly, their morale completely collapsed.

Robin stood at the bow of the ship with his arms crossed: "A Hundred Flowers in Full Bloom - Great Flying Lark!"

Countless arms suddenly sprouted from the deck of the warship, accompanied by a series of cracking sounds; the entire musketeer squad dislocated their joints. "It's 'Devil's Child' Nico Robin!" The naval soldiers retreated in terror.

"Retreat! Retreat the entire ship!"

Perona sneered and conjured a giant ghost bomb.

"Major Phantom - Kamikaze!" The pink phantom roared as it crashed into the bridge, paralyzing the entire ship in the explosion.

Everyone's in an emotional state; nobody's in the mood to resist anymore!

The sea returned to silence, with only the burning wreckage floating on the surface.

Brooke wiped away imaginary cold sweat: "Even though I don't have sweat glands anymore, it was still really exciting!"

Robin looked at the towering Impel Down towers so close by, then glanced at the three Earth Grudges—Wind, Lightning, and Water—attacking other warships on the other side, and then addressed the group:
"The captain should have arrived by now. Let's stay here and guard the ship until he returns!"

"Guards! There are still four warships! Be careful!"

The Ghost Carrot attacked swiftly, with clear objectives and a fearless fighting spirit, catching Impel Down completely off guard.

Since the last escape orchestrated by Fang Yu, Impel Down has been primarily focused on preventing prisoner escapes from within Impel Down itself, forgetting that what it should be most wary of is actually external forces.

Pirate Fang Yu stood in front of the gates of Impel Down, gazing at the heavy gates, his heart filled with complex emotions, yet also with unwavering resolve!
He knew he would one day return to Impel Down.
Because there are people who absolutely need to be saved!
Inside the control room of Impel Down, a piercing alarm blared!
"Alarm! Alarm! The main gate is under attack! The main gate is under attack!"

In front of the monitor screen, several prison guards stared wide-eyed at the image.

A man stood silently before the massive steel gate of Impel Down, which was said to "never fall."

At his feet lay a whole squad of fully armed elite naval soldiers lying haphazardly, their weapons neatly severed and scattered on the ground.

"That! That is it!" A jailer's voice trembled as his coffee cup shattered on the ground with a crash.

"It's the Fifth Emperor!" The monitoring team leader jumped to his feet, overturning his chair. "Quickly! Sound the highest alert! Notify the director and deputy director!"

The entire monitoring room instantly descended into chaos, with Den Den Mushi calls ringing out incessantly.

"Impossible! How could he possibly break through the outer naval fleet's blockade?!"

"Those navy personnel were all elite troops from headquarters! And they didn't even have a chance to fight back?"

Suddenly, the door to the monitoring room was kicked open!

Everyone turned around abruptly and breathed a sigh of relief when they saw that the person who came was Warden Domino.

Domino glanced at the monitor and chuckled slightly. "An external prison break is far more difficult than an internal one. Marineford isn't far from here, and even if we managed to break through the heavy gates, finding our target through the labyrinthine Impel Down would be a huge challenge."

"By then, the generals would have already arrived at the scene."

"Challenge Impel Down? That's tantamount to suicide!"

After calming everyone down, Domino gritted his teeth and said, "Very good! This guy has made all the officers in Impel Down lose face. He's walked right into our trap! We can get our revenge now!"

"Trying to break out of prison? Ha! Open the door to 'Never Fall' first!"

"Phew!" The prison guards breathed a sigh of relief. The head of the surveillance team quickly explained, "It's all because his title of 'Fifth Emperor' is too famous. We didn't realize it. Although he successfully escaped last time, we still vividly remember how pathetic he looked."

But the next second, the guards' relaxed expressions froze instantly in front of the monitor screen!

"What! What is that thing?!"
