This is undoubtedly a niche book. The data performance was very poor when the book was first published. It had less than 5 collections at the end of 100 words, and it barely made it through a round of recommendations when it reached 10 words. It was removed from the new book list as soon as the data started to improve. I remember that it was only ranked around 40th on the overall list on the day it was removed from the list.

It can be said that the new book list did not benefit from the huge traffic at all.

I was planning to put it on the shelves. Unexpectedly, the data climbed up little by little. This was the first time in two years since I wrote the book that it was published on Sanjiang.

Many readers left messages asking me what books I wrote in the past.

Let me put it this way, if you like reading this book, you will definitely not like reading my previous books, because my previous books were abstract.

This book may be easy for everyone to read, but it was extremely difficult for me to write it.

First of all, I have to change my previous writing habits. No linguistic habits or dirty talk should appear.

I have to look up information while writing.
It really takes a lot of time to look up and translate information, and before I knew it, an hour had passed.

I grew up in the city and have never lived in the countryside or a bungalow. I had never even read a period piece before writing this book.

During the first month, I was terrified as I wrote each chapter, fearing that there would be omissions or mistakes.

Some people say that what I write is like a fairy tale and everything is too beautiful.

I would say yes, this is a fairy tale.

Real life is already cruel enough, isn't it nice to read a fairy tale occasionally?

Of course, there is another original intention for writing this book.

I studied French, but I have never been to France.

Occasionally I chat with classmates who go abroad to study, and when I hear them say that they went to Provence, Barcelona, and Venice during their holidays, I can't help but feel very excited.

If I go to France as an exchange student, I will most likely go to Toulouse, a city in southern France.

So I want Ronan to make up for this regret for me.

There has been constant criticism since the book was first published.

The most concentrated part is probably the Chinese food part.

Some people say that foreigners don't eat spicy food, some say that foreigners don't eat sour food, some say this, some say that. But from the French teachers and students I have met, they are really very receptive to Chinese food.

My French audition teacher is a man in his forties. He loves barbecue, which he always adds chili to. He also likes sweet and sour pork and sweet and sour pork. His only complaint about food is that he can't buy a baguette that is hard enough.

There is a French exchange student who comes to college in the third year who loves to eat mouth-watering chicken. I heard from classmates that she has also eaten dry-pot duck heads. But I have never seen it with my own eyes.

The French Department is under the German, French and Spanish Department. I have met exchange students from these three countries. In comparison, Japanese and Korean students are more picky about food.

I can't say that everything I wrote is correct, because I have only met a few French people, but this is what I saw with my own eyes.

In fact, I have been in a state of severe internal friction until today. When I see different voices in the comments, I will look up information, reflect on myself, and even suffer from insomnia every night.

But this will seriously affect my typing speed.

After it’s put on the shelves, I will only look at the data and comments regularly.

As long as the data is not lost, I will continue writing according to my own ideas and stop thinking about other things.

On the first day of release, the book was updated with 10,000 words as usual.

I usually write at least 6000 words. Please don't say that my writing is short. This kind of writing will become "watery" if it is written too quickly. I don't want to become a big water monster.
