She watched Chen Yu's white car exhaust, feeling unwilling yet with heavy eyelids, and had to close her eyes to rest for a moment.

"Are you sure it's Sister Chen Yu? How could she do something like that? Is there some misunderstanding between you two?"

Fang Xue took out a towel, wrung it out in a basin of warm water, and wiped Su Nian's arm.

Fang Xue bit her lip and didn't refute. She took the kettle and went to the hot water room with her head down.

Su Nian lay on the hospital bed, staring blankly at the ceiling, when the door was suddenly kicked open forcefully. Su Nian looked in the direction of the sound.

The newcomer was dressed in a black women's suit with a coat draped over her shoulders, and her long black hair was pulled back.

"Su Nian, it's been a long time." The voice was accompanied by a movement as the sunglasses on her face were taken off, revealing a fair and plump face.

Su Nian looked at the familiar yet awe-inspiring face in front of her. "Mrs. Pan."

The person who came was none other than her biggest sugar daddy, Pan Weilong's wife, Shen Jinghua.

"You're shocked to see me? What's wrong? Did you do something wrong?" Shen Jinghua's high heels clicked against the floor, making a slightly harsh sound.

Su Nian didn't speak, she just shook her head. Shen Jinghua's grip was too strong, and Su Nian's cheek was already swollen.

Just as the third slap was about to land, Su Nian hurriedly spoke up, "Yes, it was me who seduced Mr. Pan. I know I was wrong, and I will never do it again."

Shen Jinghua raised an eyebrow and slapped Su Nian's face again. "How many times has this happened? Haven't I told you before? Since you're so clueless, I'll make you wake up."

Immediately afterwards, Shen Jinghua snapped his fingers, and the bodyguard standing at the door walked in carrying a basin of ice water mixed with ice cubes. "Madam."

Shen Jinghua took the basin of ice water and said, "Go, open the window and let Miss Su sober up!"

The bodyguard opened the window and yanked the blanket off Su Nian. Shen Jinghua smirked and splashed a basin of ice water on Su Nian.

Then he threw the basin on the ground.

Su Nian cried out in pain from the cold, "Mrs. Pan, I really know I was wrong. I will never seduce Mr. Pan again!"

"I'm just the beginning. There will be many more ladies coming to settle scores with you later." After saying this, Shen Jinghua glanced coldly at Su Nian and walked out.

As they reached the door, Shen Jinghua asked his female secretary behind him, "Did you record it?"

"It's recorded, Mr. Shen." The female secretary showed the recording to Shen Jinghua.

"Such an interesting story... well, let's share it with others. Oh, and tell Pan Weilong that I've left the divorce papers on the table." With that, Shen Jinghua turned and left without looking back.

The female secretary smiled knowingly, picked up her phone, and dialed a number. "Want to get a nice gadget for free? I've sent it to you on WeChat."

Patients and nurses passing by peered out from the doorway, gossiping amongst themselves.

When Fang Xue returned after getting hot water, she saw a large crowd standing outside Su Nian's ward. She pushed through the crowd and saw the scene inside the ward.

The blanket was thrown on the floor, the window was still open, and water was dripping from the mattress.

Fang Xue quickly ran inside and locked the door behind her.

"Sister Nian, Sister Nian, what's wrong?" Fang Xue put down the kettle to check on Su Nian.

Su Nian trembled and couldn't utter a word, while Fang Xue looked at the mess on the ground and was at a loss.

Su Nian's legs were both in casts and she couldn't move freely. But in the current situation, she was worried that if she left Su Nian, she might suffer other injuries.

She hesitated for a long time without making a decision, so she had to sweep the ice cubes off the bed and take out a towel to wipe the ice water off the bedding.

Fang Xue waited until the crowd outside had mostly dispersed before opening the door and going out.

Just a few minutes after they left, the second wife Shen Jinghua had mentioned arrived. Unlike Shen Jinghua, who was elegant and ruthless, this woman was voluptuous and had a menacing look on her face.
