Chapter 113 Remarks on the launch
It’s on the shelves. It’s on the shelves.

Lao Chen is a complete newcomer and doesn't know any rules. He just felt that he had a story in his heart that he wanted to write, so he didn't think too much about it. After writing it, he uploaded it to Qidian. At this time, he followed the trend and wrote a thank-you note for the release, feeling a lot of emotions in his heart.

I am very grateful to Editor Zhusha for giving me the opportunity to sign a contract.

Thank you for reading, thank you for liking my story.

This book will be officially on the shelves at 12 noon today, and 10,000 words will be updated at that time. This is the limit for me, a poor writer. Everyone is welcome to support me.

The original intention of writing this book was that I had finished reading "Shao Song" and wanted to take a closer look at the ending of the Jing Kang heroes, so I bought "The Debauched Emperor Gaozong of Song", "The New Biography of Yue Fei", "History of Song", "History of Jin", and "Continued Zizhi Tongjian" to read.

Then it was almost as if I was depressed.

The tricks that Song does are just like a sow wearing a bra - one set after another. Sometimes I really want to rush into the book and strangle those bastards to death one by one.

But after weighing the difficulty of inventing a time machine, Lao Chen decided that it would be easier to write a book.

Because of the Shao Song Dynasty's excellent example, Lao Chen wanted to write a story of a great era, and then Wanyan Liang appeared in my sight.

This man had a huge advantage, which was that his successor Wanyan Yong hated him so much that he did not hesitate to change history to vilify him in all aspects.

The "History of Jin" was not well-edited to begin with, and coupled with Wanyan Yong's outrageous actions, this period of history has many gaps and contradictions.

This gives the author room to play.

For example, can Wanyan Liang fight or not?
If he could fight, why was he defeated by the scholar Yu Yunwen?

If he couldn't fight, how could he penetrate the Huai River and the Huai River? At that time, famous Song generals Liu Qi, Li Xianzhong, and Cheng Minke all suffered defeats under his command.

At this time, we need some imagination beyond historical materials.

That's when it comes to Lao Chen's ability to make up stories.

The biggest challenge encountered during the creation process was how to balance the relationship between romance and history.

To make this problem more concrete, when writing the story of the Three Kingdoms, when Lu Bu appears, should he use an ordinary spear or a Fang Tian Hua Ji?

Does Guan Erye use a spear or the Green Dragon Crescent Blade?

The novel is interesting, but it deviates from historical facts; history is very real, but it is not interesting.

For example, in this book, the historical record states that Yue Yun went into battle armed with two 80-jin iron spike spears. The original text reads: "(Yue Yun) held two iron spikes, weighing 80 jin, and ascended the city walls ahead of the other troops." If Yue Yun were to go into battle armed with a weapon weighing 160 jin, weighing 80 jin in his left hand and 80 in his right, then that would definitely be a novel.

But if we want to be more historically accurate, Yue Yun's iron spike spear weighed one jin in his left hand and two jin in his right hand, which would make readers underestimate the top warriors of the classical era.

Therefore, this book adopts the setting of eight pounds in the left hand and ten pounds in the right hand. In other words, (Yue Yun) held two iron mallets weighing eight and ten pounds in his hands and climbed the city ahead of the other troops.

In fact, this weight is also outrageous, but if Yue Yun's martial arts are regarded as the pinnacle of this book, then the personal martial arts of the protagonist Liu Huai, as well as Xin Qiji and Wei Sheng cannot be too low, otherwise it will give people the illusion that each generation is worse than the previous one.

For example, were there four-wheeled carriages in the Song Dynasty?

If there is no clear record in historical materials, then it certainly cannot be written.

However, Meng Yuanlao's "Dongjing Menghualu" recorded a four-wheeled carriage called "Taipingche", so it can be assumed that the carriage used in the chariot formation established by Wei Sheng to restrain cavalry was an improved four-wheeled carriage.

Of course, some marketing accounts say that the Ruyi chariot has cannons mounted on it, describing the feudal-era chariot as a Land Cruiser. That is definitely not acceptable.

Sometimes the novel will make some reasonable exaggerations, and sometimes it will lay some foreshadowing. The things that everyone thinks are unreasonable may be explained in the next few chapters. Please readers believe in Lao Chen and believe that Lao Chen can write a more complete story.

In the following story, there are not only heroes who will shine in the history of the future, but also heroes from the previous era.

For example, Liu Qi, Li Xianzhong, Li Bao, Wu Lin, Cheng Min, Wanyan Bendu, Wanyan Guying, Wanyan Mouyan, Pushan Wuzhe, and Hesheli Liangbi. You may have seen their styles and endings in other books.

However, in this book, what will these heroes do after the twenty years of wasted time after Yue Fei's murder and the Shaoxing Peace Agreement? How the previous generation ended and how the next generation rose is still a good place to watch.

As the saying goes, "The earth collapses, the mountains are destroyed, the brave men die, and then the ladders and stone steps are connected to each other." From the bottom of his heart, Lao Chen still hopes to write stories of heroes against heroes, and heroes against heroes, rather than just picking on the weak.

Finally, thanks to: disciples of Baidi Tower, Jinguji Genjiro Masumi, book friend 20220816004611326, someone who competes with Yinghuo, Jianfeng Panshi, KingOfBlade, Pluto006, Mingxie, and all the big guys for their rewards.

Thanks to Lao Qingshan and other book friends for their monthly tickets, recommendation tickets and encouraging messages.

Combined with the poor update speed, Lao Chen feels very ashamed.

When I finished writing, I felt like I was in tears and didn't know what to say.

Once again, thank you all readers for your support. Thank you everyone.
