Therefore, sending someone to solve a problem at a critical moment is perfectly understandable. After all, it's mainly just a formality.

The Buddha nodded and said to Manjushri Bodhisattva, "In that case, Manjushri Bodhisattva, go and make the trip."

"However, the Chan Sect is not comparable to ordinary demons. Showing some sincerity will make it more convincing."

Upon hearing this, Manjushri Bodhisattva was secretly delighted, but his expression remained unchanged. Instead, he nodded directly to the Buddha and said...

"Good heavens, how should we show our sincerity? After all, only by making the Chan Sect feel that they have gained face can they take the opportunity to back down."

After hearing this, the Buddha said, "Take eighteen grains of gold sand with you. This gift should demonstrate the sincerity of our Buddhist community."

After speaking, the Buddha waved his hand at Manjushri Bodhisattva, and eighteen grains of golden sand flew to Manjushri Bodhisattva's front.

Don't underestimate these eighteen grains of gold; each one could turn into a mountain of gold. It's quite a generous gift, but its value depends on who it's meant for.

What are eighteen golden mountains to the Chan Sect? After all, the Chan Sect has no shortage of such gold and silver.

Manjushri Bodhisattva was about to speak, saying that this gift was rather meager, when he saw Pure Void Moral True Lord wink at him.

So he simply kept quiet and followed Qingxu Daode Zhenjun, leaving Daleiyin Temple and heading towards Wuzhuang Temple on Wanshou Mountain.

Halfway there, Manjushri Bodhisattva couldn't help but ask Qingxu Daode Zhenjun, "Junior Brother Qingxu, why did you wink at me just now? Could it be that our Chan Sect is lacking these eighteen golden sands?"

Qingxu Daode Zhenjun smiled and said, "Don't even mention eighteen, even if it were one hundred and eighty, my Chan Sect wouldn't be interested."
