Chapter 102 Preparation Ceremony
Chapter 102 Preparation Ceremony
Fenrir bared his sharp teeth at Avery, growled softly, and looked at him viciously.
Upon seeing this, Avery immediately pointed his wand at Fenrir and said provocatively, "You want to fight me, wolf cub?"
Fenrir instantly transformed into a werewolf, his hair standing up and his muscles swelling, and the whole atmosphere became increasingly tense.
The other Death Eaters didn't want to make things worse and tried to dissuade the two, but it was too late.
"Thunder Explosion!" A blasting spell hit Fenrir's chest, blowing his chest into a bloody mess.
Fenrir collapsed to the ground, gasping for breath, blood gushing from his wounds.
Everyone stared at Avery in shock. Even he himself was stunned. He looked down at the wand in his hand, wondering when he had reached the level of being able to fire at the drop of a hat.
But then he reacted and shouted loudly: "There is an intruder!!"
A high-pitched cry of a phoenix was heard from the sky, and then a violent explosion was heard on the third floor. The Death Eaters all looked towards the third floor.
"Fire a thousand bullets!" Weiss seized the moment of chaos among the Death Eaters, and countless golden balls of light shot out from the tip of his wand and headed straight for the surrounding Death Eaters.
The Death Eaters reacted immediately, shouting "Armor!" in an attempt to fend off the sudden attack. However, their defensive spells were vulnerable to Weiss's powerful attack and were broken in almost a second.
"Freeze quickly!" Before the Death Eaters could fight back, they were covered by a thick layer of ice and could not move.
Weiss wasted no time in packing the frozen Death Eaters into a suitcase; the next few Death Eaters would be of great use.
Just as Wes closed the suitcase, Nagini rushed down from the third floor, and of course Wes would not let it go.
He immediately raised his wand and cast a 'petrification spell' to freeze her, but Nagini dodged the attack with her agile body and movement.
"That won't do." Weiss adjusted his strategy, and as he waved his wand, the entire second floor of the church seemed to come alive.
Countless arms stretched out from the wall and grabbed towards Nagini silently like ghosts.
Nagini initially relied on brute strength and agility to dodge the arms, but the number and speed of the arms far exceeded its expectations.
Finally, one arm grabbed hold of Nagini's tail, and the others quickly followed suit, holding it firmly.
Nagini hissed unwillingly and struggled to get free, but to no avail.
Just when Weiss successfully controlled Nagini, Dumbledore finally arrived. He looked a little embarrassed and dirty.
"Is little Barty really that powerful?" Weiss looked at Dumbledore.
Dumbledore sighed, a trace of fatigue on his face. "Perhaps Voldemort taught him some powerful dark magic. If it weren't for Fawkes, I'm afraid I would have been smitten."
As for what kind of dark magic it was, Dumbledore did not elaborate, and Weiss was not interested in this kind of magic that required sacrificing himself.
Watching the struggling Nagini, Dumbledore's eyes flashed with sympathy. He and Nagini had some history, but since she was permanently transformed into a snake and became Voldemort's Horcrux, Nagini became completely loyal to Voldemort, and was either indifferent or vicious to others.
Weiss noticed Dumbledore's hesitation, "Don't want to do it?"
Dumbledore was silent for a moment before he slowly spoke: "I suspect there are more than six Horcruxes. I'm afraid that Harry was also made into a Horcrux without Voldemort's knowledge."
Wes had known this for a long time.
"so?"
"I haven't figured out how to get rid of Voldemort without hurting Harry yet," Dumbledore admitted. Even he found it difficult. "Nagini is the host of a blood curse. I've seen her human form before. I think Newt might be able to help and see if he can restore Nagini."
Weiss warned, "At least don't let her get away. Voldemort could very well be resurrected through her body." "Of course," Dumbledore nodded, then cast a spell, transforming Nagini into a small snake. Fawkes flew over, gently picked up the snake, and prepared to carry it away.
At this moment, other members of the Order of the Phoenix also arrived. They looked around but did not find a single Death Eater.
"All solved?" Moody was a little disappointed. He was still thinking of getting rid of a few Death Eaters to vent his anger.
"Restore this place to its original state and don't attract the attention of Muggles." Weiss instructed, "Also, the golden cup is in Bella's vault at Gringotts. I think you can find a way to get it out."
With that, Weiss Apparated away.
"Dumbledore, the Death Eaters in his hands should be..." Moody had some thoughts about the Death Eaters captured by Weiss.
Dumbledore stopped him from continuing: "We have a lot of things to do next, so let's not worry about this matter for now."
Fudge's targeting, other dark wizards and dark creatures are all ready to make a move.
As for Harry, now is not the time to worry about the life and death of a few Death Eaters.
After leaving, Wes did not return to the Black mansion, but came to the Fountain of Youth in Pirates of the Caribbean.
His sudden appearance frightened the five mermaids so much that they huddled together.
"Ladies, if you're lucky, you'll be free today."
The space in the cave was too small, so Wes came to the island and checked carefully. After confirming that there were no intruders, he ordered the zombies on the island to kill any intruders.
Then he began to set up the magic circle.
He found a flat place, and Weiss first constructed a basic circular outline, and then began to draw complex magic patterns.
The work was extremely meticulous and time-consuming, taking a full three hours to complete.
When the last stroke was made, Weiss wiped the sweat from his forehead and smiled self-deprecatingly: "I think I'm the only one who prepares a sacrifice for myself."
When everything was ready, Wes opened the suitcase and Jandi came out pulling a chain.
Seven Death Eaters were tied behind the chains, each of them was tied up tightly. They also had a premonition that something very terrible would happen next, and their bodies kept shaking.
When Peter Pettigrew saw Wes approaching, he completely broke down and collapsed to the ground, crying loudly.
Jandi conjured up a whip and whipped him hard, but Peter refused to stand up no matter what. He had lost all his courage and dignity.
Wes walked over to Peter and looked down at him.
Peter began to kiss Wes's boots as if he was grasping at straws: "Lord Erwin, give me a chance..." His voice was filled with desperation and begging.
Wes sealed Peter's mouth, preventing him from speaking any further.
"Among these seven people, I am most optimistic about you." Wes's words made Peter's eyes light up, thinking that things had taken a turn for the better.
However, Weiss's next words were like a bucket of cold water poured on Peter's heart: "You are very lucky and have escaped from desperate situations several times. I hope your good luck can help me complete the sacrifice ceremony."
Peter's eyes dimmed instantly, and his heart was filled with fear and despair.
