Chapter 478 Raid
Three days passed in the blink of an eye.

In the magnificent and gorgeous Lord's Mansion of Dawn City, which was filled with mysterious magical atmosphere, Lucius Malfoy stood respectfully in front of Weiss, his waist slightly bent, his face showing his usual shrewdness and caution.

In his hand was a list written on ancient parchment, which contained densely packed information about the wizards who had moved into Dawn City.

"There are currently 35696 wizards in Dawn City..."

Lucius' voice was steady and low, every word coming through clearly to Weiss's ears.

He raised his head slightly and quickly scanned Weiss's face, trying to catch a hint of approval of the number from his expression.
However, Weiss's brows were slightly furrowed, and his eyes revealed a hint of dissatisfaction.

"Too little."

Weiss stood up, put his hands behind his back, and paced back and forth across the large room.

An ordinary Quidditch match can attract 70 wizards, while the total number of wizards in the world is only more than .

In comparison, the current population of Dawn City is too small.

Some pure-blood families consider themselves noble. They hold certain resources and power, and are waiting to be sold at a high price in this transformation of the magical world.

They tried to use their family background to bargain with Wes for more benefits and privileges.

But more wizards are unwilling to leave their hometown.

They have lived in their land for many years and are familiar with every street and every magic shop.

Their family cemetery is here, and their memories are here too.

Unless they have no other choice, no one is willing to leave their hometown and go to an unknown world.

They were accustomed to their original magical lifestyle, and although they were curious about Dawn City, they also had deep concerns.

They worry that they will lose their original status there and will not be able to adapt to the new environment.

However, most of the dark creatures like werewolves, vampires, and giants sided with Weiss.

These dark creatures lived in extremely harsh conditions in the original magical world.

Werewolves suffer the effects of the full moon every month, and are discriminated against and hunted by other wizards;

Vampires can only move at night, hiding in dark corners, always worried about being discovered;
Giants are seen as symbols of barbarity and danger and are excluded from the magical world.

The powerful strength displayed by Wes gave them hope of changing their destiny.

In the new world they might be treated equally and have the chance to live a normal life.

Wes knew very well that these dark creatures needed a home of their own, a place where they could live in peace and no longer suffer discrimination and hunting.

So he decided to build a city for them.

On a vast wasteland, Weiss stood still, the magic power around him surged like a surging tide.

He raised his hands high, and the ground began to shake violently, with cracks spreading like a spider web.

Huge rocks slowly rise from deep underground, as if controlled by a pair of invisible giant hands, spinning and splicing rapidly in the air.

In just a few minutes, a magnificent city rose from the wasteland.

Surrounded by tall and strong walls,

The dark creatures gathered on the side, watching all this in amazement.

Now, witnessing with my own eyes a city taking shape in the instant in Weiss's hands, the shock in my heart is beyond words.

They all knelt down and worshiped Weiss, their eyes filled with awe and submission.

In their eyes, such power is simply a gift from God, and Weiss is their salvation.

"It seems that the pressure on the magical world is not enough." Weiss looked at the current situation of Dawn City and thought to himself.

He certainly would not negotiate with those so-called pure-blood families. There was no compromise or concession in his plan.

Since they were attached to their homeland and unwilling to join voluntarily, they could only be forced to submit. Having embarked on this path of interdimensional war, Weiss had already prepared himself to be stained with countless blood.

Planar wars are built with blood and paved with corpses, and this time, just treat it as a cruel drill.

On the fourth day, Weiss came to the streets of Tokyo alone.

He was dressed in a black robe and looked out of place among the crowd coming and going.

Passersby cast curious glances and commented on the man in strange attire.

"Cospiay?" a young girl whispered, a curious glint in her eyes.

"Quite handsome," her companion agreed.

However, they had no idea that a huge disaster was about to happen.

Suddenly, there was a violent roar in the sky, as if something was being torn apart.

A huge crack slowly appeared, and light flickered in the crack, connecting to another world.

Then, wizards emerged from the cracks one after another, riding on their broomsticks or floating in the air.

"What is that?" a passerby pointed to the sky in surprise and shouted.

The people around looked up, with expressions of disbelief on their faces.

"Is it a human?" someone asked doubtfully.

"How is that possible?" Another person shook his head in denial. At first, people thought they had seen it wrong.

But as the wizards swooped down, they finally realized that something was wrong.

"Hey, they're coming down."

There were cries of terror from the crowd.

People began to flee in panic, with screams and shouts coming one after another.

The dark wizards laughed wildly in the air, waving their wands wildly, and black rays of light shot to the ground like lightning.

Tens of thousands of wizards invaded Tokyo without any warning, and this prosperous city instantly fell into chaos and panic.

Cars were ramming the streets, shop windows were smashed, and people were running for cover.

And this is just the beginning of Weiss's plan.

He waved his hand, drawing a sharp arc in the air, and gave an order.

Tens of thousands of wizards sprang into action instantly, neatly dividing into four teams according to the plan, and rushing towards their respective targets like four black torrents.

The first group of wizards rushed towards the Imperial Palace, forming a neat line in the air, their wands flashing with strange lights.

The guards of the Imperial Palace were instantly alerted when they saw this sudden vision and picked up their weapons.

However, their resistance seemed insignificant in the face of the wizards' powerful magic.

The wizards chanted spells, and powerful magic beams poured down like a rainstorm, instantly breaking through the guards' defenses.

The guards screamed and fell in a pool of blood.

The wizards did not stop at all and continued to rush into the imperial palace. Wherever they went, the palace walls collapsed.

The wizards who protected the Japanese imperial family had not anticipated that someone would raid the Imperial Palace in broad daylight.

It only lasted a few minutes.

They were killed by the invaders who were well prepared.
