Chapter 10 Rope Net Codename: Dragon of Annihilation

Even he suspected that the creature standing before him was a giant beast. After instructing Mingche on all the precautions, Big Daddy turned around and got on his motorcycle. He then pointed at the truck bed and motioned for Mingche to stay there.

Ming Che nodded, flapping his dragon wings and slowly landing on the carriage. "Let's go!" Big Daddy waved his hand forward, and the convoy continued its journey. Perhaps because Ming Che was sitting on the truck, he encountered no more harassment from the swarm of corpses along the way.

Big Dad glanced at the car in the rearview mirror and saw Ming Che sitting on the carriage, holding a pile of ether crystals in his arms. Under Big Dad's shocked gaze, Ming Che swallowed the ether crystals in his arms in one gulp.

He then burped and lay comfortably on the truck, rubbing his stomach. Mingche yawned, staring at the sky as his eyelids slowly closed. His breathing soon became even and long. When Mingche opened his eyes again, the convoy had already left the cave.

Ming Che propped himself up and looked around until he finally found Big Daddy chatting with someone in the back of the car. Ming Che leaned forward, his cheek in his hand, his dragon tail swaying slightly behind him. He saw Big Daddy pull a cell phone from his pocket and hand it to him.

Big Daddy checked his phone and nodded, then pulled out some tinny and handed it to the man. The man took the tinny and glanced calmly at Ming Che on the train. Then, with a smile on his face, he handed Big Daddy a pair of headphones and a small black chip.

He said in a mysterious tone, "These are for the little guy up there. Remember to deliver them to him." Then he turned and left. Big Daddy was holding the newly bought mobile phone. When he turned around, he found Ming Che lying on the carriage, staring at him.

Big Dad waved to Ming Che and said, "Young man, come here and take a look at the mobile phone I bought for you." Ming Che rolled in front of Big Dad and looked at the long box in Big Dad's hand with a confused look on his face.

Big Daddy smiled helplessly and patiently explained to Ming Che: "This is called a mobile phone. It is a device that can talk to people far away. And these are what the person just gave you." Big Daddy handed the earphones and chip to Ming Che.

Mingche received the earphones and followed Big Daddy's instructions. Mingche looked at the black chip in his hand, a voice inside him guiding him to insert it into his watch. Big Daddy handed Mingche the phone and turned to discuss the subsequent commission payment with his employer.

"Want to know everything? Then insert the chip." Mingche's eyes dimmed, and he involuntarily inserted the chip into the mouth of the dragon-shaped watch. "Click!" The dragon's mouth closed, a pair of yellow dragon pupils glowed slightly, and a mechanical sound echoed through Mingche's headphones.

"Welcome to start the Ghost artificial intelligence. I will lead the host to find the secrets of this world." Ming Che looked at the phone screen and the phone automatically lit up. A simple dragon head icon appeared on the screen.

Below the dragon head icon, there was the name Ghost. A loading progress bar quickly appeared on the phone. 10%, 30%, 50%, 100%. When the bar was full, the phone officially entered the home screen.

Ming Che's eyes lit up as he looked at the wallpaper on his phone. On the screen, a massive, western-style black dragon rested coiled in a pile of gold coins. Its thick tail rested comfortably beside it, and its nose emitted two long streams of white smoke with every breath.

The yellow dragon's pupils occasionally opened, its gaze fixed on the screen, as if it could peer through the screen into Ming Che's eyes. Just as Ming Che was lost in thought as he stared at the black dragon, the ghost's voice rang out from the earphones.

"Host, hello! Ghost is happy to serve you. Since the host does not understand the rules of this world, I have registered you on the largest information platform (Rope Network)." The ghost icon flashed in the upper left corner of the phone, and then the screen automatically jumped to a website.

"The host has been registered for a Rope Network identity. Below is the host's personal information. Name: Ming Che, Codename: Dragon of Silent Destruction. Rope Network Level One, Occupation: Novice Agent." Ming Che looked at the information in confusion. He whispered, "What's the meaning of this codename?" The moment Ming Che finished speaking, a ghost's voice echoed in his ear: "This name is based on the host's situation."

Just as Ming Che was about to ask something, Big Daddy came over with two cups of golden drinks. As he walked, he shouted to Ming Che, "What's wrong? Don't you understand how to use it yet?"

Ming Che was startled by Big Daddy's loud voice and nearly dropped his phone. The dragon's tail behind him even raised its head in shock. Ming Che quickly turned around and hid his phone behind him, then gave Big Daddy an awkward smile and said, "Big...Big Daddy, what's going on?"

Big Daddy narrowed his eyes at Mingche's flustered movements. Mingche felt a little intimidated by the stare, forcing a smile as cold sweat streamed down his back. Seeing this, the ghost immediately turned off the screen, disguising itself as an ordinary phone.

Just as Ming Che was about to give up, a golden drink was handed to him. Ming Che blinked in surprise at Big Daddy, then reached out to take it at his beckoning. "Cheers!" Big Daddy raised his hand and gently clinked it with Ming Che's glass.

He then downed the drink in his cup in one gulp, then looked at the frost on the sides. He closed his eyes and took a sip. A second later, his eyes widened. The first thing he felt in his mouth was a chill, followed by a burst of sweet and sour flavors on his tongue.

The refreshing aroma rushed straight into his nose, and a stimulating electric current climbed up into his brain. Ming Che couldn't help but raise his head and drink it all in one gulp. The drink's unique effect made the originally listless Ming Che even more shaky.

Seeing Mingche's cheeks gradually turn red, Big Dad couldn't help but burst into laughter, holding his cup. Then he put his arm around Mingche's shoulders and said with a smile, "How about it, young man? This uniquely nicknamed fuel drink tastes good, doesn't it?"

The world before Mingche began to blur, and his legs seemed to lose consciousness and were unsteady. If it weren't for Big Daddy's support, Mingche would have collapsed to the ground unconscious.

"Big Dad, come here for a moment. I have something to talk to you about!" Big Dad responded, "Okay! I'll be right there." Big Dad helped Ming Che sit in a shady place, and only left after making sure that he would not get sunburned.

Ming Che raised his head in a daze and saw three big dads walking side by side. The things around him became more and more blurry, and his eyelids closed weakly. "Plop!" His body tilted to the side and fell to the ground, and his tail became limp and weak and lay on the ground.
"Big Daddy! How could you let him drink fuel?" "Caesar baby, it was Big Daddy's fault. I won't do it again next time." "You still want a next time." "No, no, no, there won't be a next time."

Ming Che was awakened by the noise outside. As he opened his eyes, his vision gradually began to clear. He supported his dizzy head and sat up, hissing softly. "You're awake. Come have a bowl of hangover soup."

Caesar walked in carrying a bowl of medicine, followed by a grieving old man. Mingche sat up straight and took the medicine. The pungent smell of medicine filled Mingche's nerves. Mingche pursed his lips, his hand holding the medicine shaking, making it difficult to swallow.

Ming Che looked at Big Daddy for help, but he quickly avoided his gaze. Still determined, Ming Che was about to ask for help when a stern look cut him off. Caesar said with a wicked grin, "Brother Ming Che, drink it all!"

Ming Che shuddered, closing his eyes and tilting his head back to finish the medicine in the bowl. "Cough, cough, cough!" The bitter taste made Ming Che frown, and he couldn't stop coughing because he drank too quickly.
