Mystery: From the Shadow World
Chapter 47 The 3st Tarot Session
Chapter 47 The Third Tarot Club
The sudden good news made him adjust his mentality immediately. He sat up and began to think carefully, and then confirmed his guess - there was no doubt that the "Madman" potion he had just taken was being digested.
What does this mean? I just couldn't help cursing a few times in the Shadow World. Perhaps, everyday restraint is for a critical moment of explosion. The doctrine of the Temperance School, is this the complete or partial code of conduct for playing "Madman"?
The digestion process, which had already gradually stopped, was obviously moving forward again. Philip silently wrote down this rule, then sorted out his mood, stood up and walked towards the bathroom.
The next day, at 2:59 p.m.
Philip, who had nothing to do, sat on the sofa and thought about the rules for half an hour. A dazzling crimson appeared in front of his eyes, which quickly immersed him and brought him to the Tarot Club.
The familiar Mr. "Hanged Man", the familiar Miss "Justice", and the familiar "Mr. Fool".
Philip listened quietly to Miss Justice's greeting and responded, then turned his head to look at Alger beside him, waiting for the answer he had already expected.
"There hasn't been any progress."
Alger's answer was simple and straightforward.
Philip nodded upon hearing this, ending the polite exchange. He turned his head to look forward again, but keenly noticed that the bright stars on the back of the chair where "Justice" Audrey was sitting formed a symbol:
In mysticism, the symbol represents the "dragon"!
What does that mean? Because Justice became a Beyonder, this space has some reaction to it? That should be the case, otherwise it's hard to explain. Philip touched his chin and quickly came up with a reasonable guess.
Wait, if that's the case
He turned his head and looked behind him. Sure enough, on the back of the chair he had made, he found his own occult symbol:
An arm, already beginning to undergo a transformation, had sharp claws and was firmly bound by several bandages. On either side of the arm, sharp spikes representing punishment were about to pierce, the pain causing palpitations even in the thought.
Is this my symbol?
Philip reviewed it in his mind and found that he had no impression of it, so he could only assume so for the time being. Then he turned his head and faced the gaze of the "Hanged Man" directly, exchanging glances with him.
Behind the other person is the symbol of "storm".
Damn it, why is it that something is wrong with me? Philip's eyelids twitched, and he subconsciously began to have a headache. After all, he really didn't want to experience any more accidents these days, even if it was just a little bit.
Because this often leads to extremely dangerous things. Although he has overcome them, it does not mean that he can always do so.
So Philip simply gave up thinking.
Klein the Fool sat there quietly the entire time, but in reality, he had already read through the symbols of the three members. After confirming that everyone had finished reading, he tapped the table lightly with his fingers to draw their attention back.
He looked at Audrey, raised the corners of his mouth, and smiled, "Congratulations, Miss Justice, you are now a Beyonder."
Audrey was stunned for a moment, but then quickly reacted, expressing her approval of this matter. She sincerely thanked The Fool and The Hanged Man for allowing her to enter the realm of Beyonders.
After finishing this topic, Klein glanced at Philip subtly, lowered his eyes slightly to hide his speechless thoughts, then immediately looked away and said with a smile:
"I don't know if you have found Russell's diary. Haha, if it is really difficult, it's actually no problem. I don't mind waiting until next time." Although he said that it was okay if they didn't find it, it sounded completely different to the ears of the three people present. If they failed to play a role in this aspect of showing themselves, their position in the Tarot Club in the future would undoubtedly become embarrassing.
"I found two pages of Emperor Roselle's diary and memorized their contents." Alger pondered for a moment, and seeing that no one else spoke first, he took the lead.
"I have a page." Audrey said calmly, as if she had no other thoughts.
After both of them finished their answers, Philip finally made up his mind, "I found two pages of Russell's diary."
What a find! Philip, how dare you say that? Klein grumbled inwardly, while simultaneously releasing all his resentment and praising with a smile as sincere as possible:
"very good."
It would be even better if Philip could use the ready-made pages from Blackthorn Security Company.
Although he said so, he couldn't really jump up and say to the other person that your diaries are not good, I have read them, right?
Klein could only force himself to ignore this extremely helpless situation and avoid making any unnecessary movements that would allow Miss Justice, the newly-formed "audience," to notice anything.
Philip, Audrey, and Alger quickly copied the contents of Russell's diary from their memories onto the yellow-brown parchment on the table and handed it to Klein the Fool.
Seeing the diary Philip had given him placed on top, Klein didn't let his movements sound strange. He glanced over it and read through the contents again.
If I intentionally control my reading speed, it might backfire or even cause abnormal behavior. On average, it's okay to read a little faster. I have dream divination to recall my past. Klein had already turned the page while thinking this.
The three pages of the diary kept by the Nighthawks were only copies, but they were undoubtedly almost identical to the original. However, the ones submitted by Audrey and Alger contained typos and omissions.
But he had seen everything on the Internet before and had been tortured by asterisks for a long time, so this little difficulty was no problem for him.
One Piece, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the Nameless Island, marrying Miss Matilda's true love, and becoming a "universalist", so he re-mastered the knowledge he learned on Earth
Overall, it's of no use.
Except for that nameless little island, people are concerned.
I'll wait until the next Tarot meeting and bring over another diary page. Combined with these three pages, I can repay Philip's debt. Unfortunately, I still have 80 pounds to pay. After making his decision, Klein put the diaries aside and apologized softly.
"I hope this didn't keep you waiting too long."
A hint of envy flashed in Audrey's eyes, but it quickly faded away. She smiled calmly and said, "Of course not. That's understandable. I look forward to the day when I can exchange the contents of Russell's diary with you."
Of course, I wish you'd bring more diaries! Klein was pondering this when he suddenly thought of Philip, who was also sitting there. He narrowed his eyes slightly and suddenly began to worry whether this guy would secretly intercept his beard.
Probably not.
