"Oh my," Amon adjusted his glasses and said, "Can't you really tell me?"

"Of course," Eve shrugged and said jokingly, "I don't want to leak the secret one second and then be hunted down by Mikhail the next."

In reality, Eve didn't mind telling Him. She even wanted to. After all, her brother was still hanging around in Sefirah Castle, and if Amon went up there, he could help her find him. But Amon was from the same hometown, and Eve had to consider his feelings. So, He chose not to tell Him. After all, he had already waited a hundred years, so another hundred wouldn't matter.

Amon was obviously not satisfied with this answer. He stretched out a hand and grabbed forward, trying to steal Eve's knowledge of the ritual.

Eve rushed forward to grab the book. Amon leaned back and was about to dodge, but Adam pulled the book away from his hand.

The King and the Nightingale is a melodramatic story disguised as a literary work. At first, Eve thought it was another youth pain literature about the King of Angels, but unexpectedly it was a Western fantasy version of "The Domineering CEO Falls in Love with Me". The only difference is that there are too many domineering CEOs, eight in total, and Eve is lucky enough to be one of them. The one who was kicked out was Herabergen, probably because he looked old.
