Mystery: Who has seen my brother?

Chapter 29: Solomon's Empire

Chapter 29: Solomon's Empire
Eve found Solomon and met her former colleagues. They met again less than a year after their separation.

"Long time no see, Eve." Ouroboros finished his prayer and looked at the girl beside him.

"Nice to meet you," a middle-aged man with black hair and black eyes walked up to Eve and extended his hand, saying, "Your Highness Eve."

Solomon had met Eve several times before. At that time, he was only a sequence 2 angel, but now he has been promoted to the king of angels.

"Hello," Eve said, shaking His hand. "Nice to meet you."

Eve directly expressed her support for Him, and Solomon was naturally happy to see this. He smiled and left some private space for the two former colleagues who had not seen each other for a long time.

Suddenly, only He and Ouroboros were left in the room.

"Are you okay?" Ouroboros asked with concern.

"It's not bad," Eve said softly with her eyes lowered, "It would be better if those three guys didn't show off their presence in front of me from time to time."

It wasn't all good, actually. Eve endured the impact of the reduced anchor points on her mission and the development of her organization, while also guarding against the three gods of Feng, Zhi, and Bai. But as the elder brother, "He" always reported good news to his younger brothers, not bad news.

Ouroboros nodded as if truly believing it. He lowered his eyes to the floor, a trace of confusion and doubt in his silver eyes. He murmured softly, "Amon seems to be in a bad state. Why is he unwilling to follow the Lord? Adam is unwilling too."

Medici and Ouroles are protected by the True Creator, Eve is protected by Amanissis, but Amon and Adam, who are sons of God and have irreconcilable conflicts with the three gods of Wind, Wisdom and White, currently have no protection. Although the True Creator is willing to provide protection for Amon, He refused.

"Maybe it's because of His father." Eve replied with a sigh.

Ouroboros blinked his silver eyes, seemingly confused.

Eve didn't want to explain. After all, it was just her speculation, even her imagination. "Since Amon has rejected the protection of the true Creator," Eve said, "that means he hasn't reached the point where he's at his wit's end. At least he's confident he can hold on under the Three Gods."

A sound of heavy footsteps was heard, and the smell of conflict blatantly revealed the identity of the visitor.

"Long time no see, Medici." Eve looked at the red-haired man wearing iron armor outside the door. There were a lot of red on the armor, emitting a faint smell of blood, and the traces left by the blood.

"I knew you would come back sooner or later." Medici raised the corner of his mouth, punched Eve's shoulder with a fist and said.

"I'm not here to seek refuge with the true Creator." Eve slapped His hand away and said with a smile.

Medici raised his eyebrows nonchalantly and said, "I know."

Nothing seemed to have changed between the three of them. Medici and Eve teased each other, while Ouroboros watched quietly, occasionally interjecting a few words, just as before.

The true creator never appeared.

They all know He is watching.

At night, Eve sat on the roof, looking at the starry sky. The scarlet moon was reflected in her sea-blue eyes. She stretched out her hand and grabbed the blood-red moon, then opened her hand, but it was empty.

“Расцветалияблониигруши
Поплылитуманынадрекой
Выходиланаберегкатюша…” The girl’s ethereal and beautiful singing voice blended into the night breeze, gently drifting into sweet dreams and soothing the madness.

Two pairs of eyes turned to Him.

When the song ended, Eve lay back with her arms outstretched, gazing up at the starry sky.

"Eve...Eve...Eve..."

I know you are not them, but I still hope you can live in happiness and health forever.

A familiar voice sounded in her ears. Eve smiled and said, "I'll give you a buff. I'll sing a war song just for you before the battle. You have to give me some strength and end this damn war as soon as possible."

The next day, before Medici left for battle, he saw Eve yawning and said, "You sent us all to bed last night so you could sneak off to sing. Actually, your singing was barely acceptable. There's no need to be so self-deprecating."

Eve rubbed her eyes and said, "Shut up! This is a top-notch war song. I'm just trying to boost morale."

"Ha," Medici turned around and sneered, "It's those weird words of yours again. I can't understand a word. Whose morale are you boosting? Or did you swallow the Eternal Blazing Sun alive?"

"Tsk, tsk, tsk," Eve shook her head, pretending to look at Medici with disappointment, and sighed bitterly, "You're already so old, and you're still rebellious, and you just don't trust me, you little brother."

Medici opened his mouth to say something more, but Eve pushed him out. "Alright, alright, hurry up and take your Red Legion to the battlefield. I also want to see how many of my Mirror Legion have arrived."

As the king who led the army to fight with Mikhail, Eve and Medici both had their own exclusive legions. After the collapse of the Kingdom of Heaven, Eve accepted those who were willing to join the Rose Society into the Society. Most of those who were unwilling to join joined the Church of the True Creator. Eve was willing to continue to protect the few who chose neither side.

After Eve decided to join Solomon's camp, she sent a message to her former members, recruiting those who were willing to join and re-forming the Mirror Legion.

"Your Highness!" A petite and cute girl shouted and rushed towards Eve.

Eirene, the daughter of Miss Elizabeth, is different from her shy mother. Little Eirene is very lively and outgoing. Because she has been with Eve since she was a child, she has never felt any awe for this princess. In her eyes, Eve is like an older sister, although this sister is older than her mother.

When the little girl was born, Elizabeth asked Eve to name her daughter. But Eve was not good at naming, let alone giving a Western name, so she sought help from foreign gods, Mikhail and Amanesis. In the end, the two gods finalized the name, which is said to be the name of the goddess of peace.

Eve pinched her nose and said, "Tap on it again."

Erene stuck out her tongue and said, "I learned this from His Highness." Then she ran towards the team.

Eve smiled helplessly and walked towards the team. After approaching the team, she restrained the smile on her face and put on a serious attitude.

After hundreds of years, the Mirror Legion returned to the battlefield again.

This war lasted far longer than Eve had imagined, a full century. The remnants of the ancient gods, previously suppressed by Mikhail, continued to resurface, adding fuel to the chaos. During this time, high-ranking beings continued to join Solomon's camp, some familiar to Eve, some unfamiliar.

Solomon's power continued to grow, and eventually the Solomon Empire he established ended the century of chaos, and mankind once again ushered in peace.
