Mystery: Who has seen my brother?

Chapter 47: The Pen of Al-Suhod

Chapter 47: The Pen of Al-Suhod

Eve quietly gazed at the simple apartment shrouded in crimson moonlight. A thin man was sneaking into Klein and his family's residence through the window.

That was the member of the Secret Order who was following Klein.

Eve had no intention of taking action. She would not interfere too much with Klein's growth. Flowers in a greenhouse are destined not to go far on the path of extraordinaryness.

Shifting my gaze, I saw a man in his thirties with a blond crew cut lying on the bed in a hotel room, soundly sleeping. A day of intense travel had left him exhausted.

The Sword of the Goddess, Krestel Cesimar, was supposed to have arrived in Tingen the day before yesterday, but his train broke down midway through the journey, forcing him to transfer to another city. As if cursed, every train he was on, or was about to take, broke down. After the train once again stalled in the desolate mountains, Cesimar decided to walk to Tingen, but even then, troubles continued.

Cecima didn't think she would be so unlucky. Once was a coincidence, twice was a coincidence, but three times was still a coincidence?

It was obvious that someone didn't want the Sword of the Goddess to come to Tingen.

A series of coincidences, the incongruity of Klein's fate, and...

Eve sat in front of the dressing mirror, her body slightly tilted, one hand supporting her chin, and she looked at the quill pen hanging on the book in the mirror with a leisurely and smiling look, writing on its own even though no one was holding it.

"For unknown reasons, Klein survived. Luckily, he even met a magical black cat."

……

"He joined the Nighthawks because of Welch's case and the Black Cat."

"The story seems to have gone a bit off the script..."

Many smears covered the original handwriting. Eve wiped away the smears on the notebook in the mirror like wiping away a stain.

"Strange Klein, lucky Klein, he has attracted the attention of an unknown being. Oh my God. The black cat is actually observing Klein. It followed Klein who joined the Nighthawks. This is..."

"This has no impact on Ince Zangwill. This being with unknown motives is unaware of Ince Zangwill's existence."

"The black cat came to St. Selina's Church and saw a poor man who was about to lose control but didn't realize it. Out of kindness, the black cat decided to help this poor man."

"It frightened this poor man during divination, so both Klein and Old Neil were sent to Backlund."

"The Sword of the Goddess, Sesima, has rushed to Tingen. He will arrive today, which will deal a huge blow to Ince Zangwill's plans."

The above sentence was blacked out, but Eve saw the entire content using divination.

"The train that Goddess Sword Cecima was riding on broke down midway and couldn't continue. He had to transfer to another city, which undoubtedly delayed him for a long time. Poor Cecima didn't know that the train he was going to take had problems, so he could only walk to Tingen. He was suspicious, but it didn't matter. By the time he arrived, Ince Zangwill's plan had already been completed and succeeded."

"Klein was sent to Backlund. Unfortunately, he will be back soon. Black Cat is no longer with Klein. Unfortunately, he has attracted the attention of an unknown being living in Backlund. From now on, it will be this being who will pay attention to him. Oh, poor Ince..."

"The unknown being is keeping an eye on Klein but has no interest in the Nighthawks. This being isn't even in Tingen. An unknown being far away in Backlund won't have any significant impact on Tingen, let alone Ince Zangwill's plans."

"For unknown reasons, the unknown entity's attention to Klein far exceeded Ince Zangwill's imagination. His poorly written script aroused the unknown entity's suspicion, which was reasonable. After all, he is not a qualified writer."

"Oh, no! He's looking over here! He's..."

Before he finished writing this sentence, the quill pen trembled and fell onto the notebook full of words.

Eve looked at the notebook in the mirror, and she slid two fingers together across the mirror as if wiping away dust. As her fingers moved, the last paragraph in the notebook was erased, as if it had never existed.

In a small house with a red chimney, a man with dark blond hair was sleeping soundly on the bed.

The crimson moonlight seeped in through the cracks in the window and sprinkled on a quill pen lying quietly on the notebook.

In the quiet night, the feather pen trembled twice, hovered in the air, and began to write on the notebook.

“Poor Alesuhod’s Pen, its arrogance was its downfall, fortunately the Chaos Witch had no intention of handing it over to that being.

No, no, Your Highness, I am not arranging you. Writing scripts is my instinct. I will write down interesting things. This is not something I can suppress.

Is that being watching here? Yes, it is.

The Chaos Witch became interested in this. As long as that being wanted, she could take away the Pen of Alesuhod, but why didn't she?
The Goddess of Night? No, no, no. The Chaos Witch rejected her own thoughts. She was more interested in the reasons behind the Pen than in Alesuhod's. For this reason, she was willing to let the Pen of Alesuhod remain in Ince Zangwill's hands and watch Ince Zangwill's drama continue.

Oh, my goodness! This is too bad, for this is the worst writer that Al-Suhod has ever encountered.”

"Poor Ince Zangwill. Tomorrow he'll wake up and pick up Alesuhod's pen to write a script, unaware that he's already become a clown in the Great Existence's script."

The quill trembled and gently fell on the table.

The words that had just been written on the notebook were wiped away by an invisible hand and no longer existed.

Eve sat on the chair, her beautiful eyes fixed on the mirror, flipping through the script written by the escaped archbishop.

The true Creator, the only high being involved in this drama is the true Creator.

Although Eve had not thought of looking for the answer in the "script", she was still a little disappointed because there was too little useful information provided.

It seemed that although Adam allowed the Pen of Alesukhod to remain in his hands, he did not take Ince Zangwill seriously.

The girl rubbed her eyes, stood up, fell back, and sat on the soft bed, with a crimson veil gently draped over her body.

Tingen involves a high-ranking being, a young girl named Megose, who is pregnant with the True Creator's child. Adam and the True Creator have a bad relationship, and what is He trying to do? To find Him another brother?

The other was Leonard, Klein's colleague and Tingen's Nightwatchman, but it was unclear which high-ranking being was involved.

The last one was Klein. He was the least likely. The high-ranking being he was involved with was himself, and he had only been involved in the past two days, but Ince Zangwill had already defected long ago.

But if there is another possibility, Klein is the most likely one. If that is the case, it is Sefirah Castle, not Eve, that drags him into the battlefield of high-level beings.

Paranoid.

Eve remembered the nickname Amon gave him.

He had a premonition that a question that had been in his mind for a thousand years would be answered.
