"Found it!" the old man exclaimed, pointing to a passage of obscure text and the accompanying illustration on the page.

"Extract magic... Yes, that's it!"

This is an extremely ancient form of righteous magic, specifically designed to strip away and transfer energy.

The book records the materials and methods needed to prepare the corresponding magic potions.

The three of them immediately sprang into action.

Search for materials that seem insignificant but contain special power in this library overrun by demons.

"Black nightshade...I've got it." The old man picked up a few withered plants from a cobweb-covered earthenware jar.

"Moonstone powder... the purity is a bit low, but it's barely usable." He scraped some silvery-white powder from a broken stone box.

“The hellhound’s teeth… are too high, Uncle Long!” Xiaoyu pointed to the huge black skeleton hanging on the wall.

They proceeded cautiously, avoiding items that emitted obvious demonic energy, and gathered the necessary materials as quickly as possible.

Fortunately, the Holy Lord didn't seem to care about these low-grade magical materials, which were casually piled up in various corners.

Soon, most of the materials that Dad needed were found.

“We’re missing one last ingredient,” the old man said, his brow furrowing as he looked at the ingredients in the bag. “The most crucial ingredient—the phoenix’s tears.”

Chenggen and Xiaoyu looked at each other in bewilderment.

In this era, where can we find the phoenix?

"Oh dear, it's not real phoenix tears!" Dad explained irritably. "It's a crystal containing pure 'yang' energy!"

His gaze suddenly fell on the display stand in the center of the library, protected by layers of magical runes.

"Phoenix Tear Crystal!" Old Man's eyes lit up instantly. "That's it!"

Jackie Chan looked at the black runes surrounding the booth, which exuded a dangerous aura.

"Hmph, a mere trick!" The old man took out several blank talisman papers and a cinnabar pen from his pocket and quickly drew a demon-repelling talisman.

He threw the talisman at the protective shield.

The three successfully infiltrated the palace.

The vast, dark space was filled with an unsettling smell of sulfur.

The Holy Lord (in Jackie Chan's form) is perched on a bed piled high with countless gold coins and treasures, emitting deep snores.

The three carefully applied the extracted potion to their palms.

The cool touch, accompanied by a slight tingling sensation, quickly penetrates the skin.

They exchanged a glance, nodded, and silently approached the sleeping dragon.

Three pairs of hands simultaneously pressed down on the Holy Lord's massive body!

"Moo!" A low growl, seemingly from an ancient bull, came from Xiaoyu's throat.

Her small, fair fist, now covered in a layer of solidified golden light, slammed hard into the Holy Lord's descending dragon claw!

The shockwave spread violently outwards from the two of them, scattering the surrounding gold coins and treasures everywhere!

Xiaoyu stumbled backward seven or eight steps before finally regaining her balance. Her face was pale and her arms trembled slightly.

The Holy Lord's enormous dragon claw was also slightly numb from this sudden burst of brute force, and its attack faltered!
