North America: An Extraordinary Life Beginning with Exorcism
Chapter 54: Shocked Sefer
Chapter 54: Shocked Sefer (3K)
Jingle Bell! ! !
A shrill alarm sounded, and Sever opened his eyes suddenly.
She turned off the alarm on her phone and sat up in bed.
It's midnight, time to get to work!
Seve got dressed and pulled a Ouija board from his suitcase.
She turned off the lights in the room, lit a candle around, and then sat on the ground with the Ouija board.
Sever certainly knew more than one way to summon spirits, but for her, safety came first.
Other summoning methods like black mass and magic circles were beyond her understanding.
Taking a deep breath, Sefer stretched out his right hand and pressed the pointer on the Ouija board.
This is a small triangular wooden board that slides across the board to indicate the words the spirit wants to speak.
Without hesitation, Seve pressed the pointer and opened his mouth.
"Hello, are there any dead souls here?"
Sefer waited quietly for a moment.
Yet the pointer under her hand showed no sign of moving.
There was no sign of anxiety on Sever's face, as she knew that summoning spirits was not an easy task.
She closed her eyes tightly and asked again, "Can the ghosts wandering here hear my question?"
"If you can, please respond to me."
I waited quietly for less than a minute.
Just as Sever was about to try to summon again, she felt the pointer in her hand move slightly.
She suddenly opened her eyes and raised her right hand which was pressing on the pointer.
"Is it the dead soul answering me?"
The next second, the pointer on the Ouija board slowly moved to the word "YES" as she watched.
"It's done!"
Sefer's heart was filled with excitement, but his face remained calm.
She took a deep breath and continued to ask, "What's your name?"
As soon as he finished speaking, the pointer slid across the Ouija board.
Sefer looked at the letter pointed by the pointer and slowly read it out loud.
"MARY?"
The pointer moves to "YES".
"Where are you?"
This time, the needle didn't move.
Seve frowned slightly, looking at the Ouija board in front of him.
Just as she was about to ask about the location of the dead again, the pointer began to move rapidly on the Ouija board.
"Behind...your...!"
Cypher's eyes widened as he spelled out the words on the Ouija board.
Suddenly, she felt goose bumps all over her body.
She held her breath and turned her head carefully.
However, in the dim candlelight, there was no human figure behind her except the curtains blown by the breeze.
Sever breathed a sigh of relief and prepared to continue channeling.
Just as she turned around, a figure suddenly appeared in front of her.
Pale skin, white wedding dress, and a hideous face.
Even though Sefer had experienced many big scenes, he was still shocked.
She jumped up from the ground in an instant, ran quickly to the suitcase, and took out a glass bottle from it.
The glass bottle is filled with salt.
In the Bible, salt was often used in sacrifices, representing people's respect and piety to God and was a sacred symbol.
Without waiting for the bride's ghost to move, Sefer quickly took steps and sprinkled salt in a circle around the Ouija board and the bride's ghost floating above it.
After she finished doing all this, she quickly stepped aside.
"Why don't you move?"
Seve frowned slightly, looking at the ghost of the bride in the room.
Since it appeared until now, it has been floating above the Ouija board without any movement.
"do not care!"
Sever didn't intend to dwell on this. She quickly walked to the table and picked up the glass bottle on it.
When I bought this thing, the dealer told me personally that as long as I opened the lid of the glass bottle and pointed the bottle mouth at the spirits, I could successfully trap them inside.
Sever quickly unscrewed the lid of the glass bottle and raised it towards the bride ghost.
However, after a long time, the bride's ghost was still there and was not sucked into the glass bottle.
"what happened?"
Sever frowned.
Just when she suspected that she had bought a fake, the bride ghost finally took action.
It suddenly turned its head and stared at Sever with its empty eyes.
The next second, the bride ghost ignored the salt spilled on the floor and rushed towards Sever with open arms.
"Damn it!"
By this time, Sefer had realized that she had been sold fake goods by an unscrupulous dealer.
She threw the glass bottle in her hand.
However, the moment the glass bottle touched the bride's ghost, it was as if it had touched air and passed through without any resistance.
Wow!
The glass bottle hit the wall and shattered cleanly.
The bride ghost was very fast and rushed in front of Sever in the blink of an eye.
boom!
Sefer felt as if his neck was being clamped by a pair of iron pliers, and his body was being pushed hard, moving backward continuously until he hit the wall heavily and stopped.
However, compared to the pain in her back, she only felt waves of biting coldness, which were continuously transmitted to her through the hands of the bride ghost that was strangling her neck.
In just a few seconds, Sefer felt cold all over and his consciousness was slowly fading away.
Just when she thought she was going to die, she suddenly felt something beside her. Sever rolled her eyes and saw a monster with bat wings standing next to her and the bride's ghost.
The next second, the monster raised its claws.
boom!
The ghost bride was like a rag doll and was easily knocked away by a palm.
The breeze blew out the burning candle.
In an instant, the whole room was plunged into darkness.
Sefer sat on the ground, not daring to make any rash moves.
She could only prick up her ears and listen to the movements in the room.
The shrill whistling sound came from all directions, so cold that it seemed to freeze Sever's soul.
She hugged her knees tightly and tried to curl up into a ball.
Bang bang bang!
The sound of furniture breaking continued to be heard, as if two giant beasts were fighting in the room.
Sefer huddled in the corner, trembling constantly, deeply regretting his recklessness.
In Europe, dark creatures like vampires and werewolves were not just legends to people like her.
She has participated in hunting dark creatures many times, and some time ago she also targeted a death walker from a vampire clan.
If she hadn't lost it and the team wasn't short of money recently, she wouldn't have thought of capturing spirits and selling them.
It never occurred to Sever that an ordinary ghost could be more difficult to deal with than a vampire!
Just when she was feeling extremely annoyed, the noise in the room slowly quieted down.
"call……"
For a moment, all Sever could hear was her own breathing.
She didn't know how long it had been, but she still didn't hear any other movement.
She didn't want to wait any longer, so she reached out and supported herself against the wall and slowly stood up.
By now her eyes had adapted to the darkness in the room and she could vaguely see the outlines of objects.
Following the memory in his head, Sefer carefully touched the switch that controlled the lights in the room.
pat!
As the switch was flipped, the light illuminated the room again.
Only then did Sefer realize that the hideous bride ghost and the monster with bat wings had disappeared.
In addition to the messy broken furniture on the ground, there was also a pile of white powder.
Swallowing hard, Sefer quickly ran to the bedside and picked up the phone.
She unlocked her phone as quickly as possible, found Green's number and called him.
……
Half an hour later, Seve heard a knock on the door.
"Boom boom boom!"
The sudden sound startled her.
She quickly glanced at the door and walked carefully behind it.
"who is it?"
"I, Green."
Hearing this, Sefer flung open the door and rushed in.
Green frowned slightly, holding Seve in his arms.
When they parted in the afternoon, he felt that there was something wrong with the hotel, so he sent a Night Bat soldier to hide in Sever's suitcase.
I originally thought it was just a precaution. After all, there were so many people in the hotel, and it was impossible for supernatural powers to find Sefer.
"Let's go in first and then talk."
Green patted Seve's back gently and spoke softly.
"Ok!"
Seve nodded, took Green's arm and led him into the room.
As soon as he entered the room, Green saw a messy room.
"Someone from the hotel came to see me just now, and I made up an excuse to get away with it, saying I would compensate them."
Sefer sat on the edge of the bed, lowered his head and whispered.
Green didn't respond.
He squatted down, picked up the broken Ouija board, turned around and asked, "Is this how you summoned that thing?"
"Correct."
After receiving an affirmative answer, Green snorted coldly.
"Nonsense!"
He stood up and looked at Sefer, who was sitting beside the bed. "Evil spirits belong to the soul. Conventional methods have no effect on them at all!"
"I'm lucky this time because I sent out the Night Bat Regiment soldiers. Otherwise, I would have only heard of your death!"
Hearing this, Sever suddenly raised his head, his face full of disbelief.
"Is that monster with bat wings one of your men?"
Green nodded, acknowledging the fact.
Anyway, Seve already knew that he had the ability to exorcise demons.
So it's normal that he has some devil-looking guys working for him, right?
Seve's face was filled with shock.
The bride ghost who almost killed her was like a rag doll in the hands of the Night Bat soldiers, and had no ability to resist at all.
How low could Green's power be if he could be loyal to such a powerful force?
Green didn't notice Seve's expression. He squatted on the ground and picked up some powder on the ground with his fingers.
"Dust of evil spirits."
He raised an eyebrow and quickly recognized the pile of things.
When some powerful evil spirits disappear, the evil power in them will materialize as white powder on the ground.
Although considered unclean by the Vatican, it can be sold for a good price in some places.
The flu is about to overwhelm me
Headache, nasal congestion, runny nose
Feeling groggy all day
