Chapter 1622 Tongue Pulling Hell

Chapter 1622 Tongue Pulling Hell
The two demons who came to spy on him were reduced to ashes in the blink of an eye. Facing the admiring gazes of the disciples, Yue Guang said calmly, "This is the Vajra Demon Subduing Method, which integrates three techniques. When practiced to the extreme, one will gain supreme power. Next, I will explain the detailed practice method. All disciples, listen carefully."

After dealing with the two idiots, she did not feel proud or complacent at all, and continued to sit on the lotus platform and preach.

The Twelve-Level Golden Lotus of Merit transformed her words into scriptures through the power of merit, making it convenient for disciples to read and study on a daily basis.

Yue Guang gave lectures for three full years. In the first year, he taught the Vajra Demon Subduing Method, which originated from the supreme divine power. In the second year, he taught the demon-eliminating version of the six-foot-tall golden body, the Arhat Golden Body Technique. In the third year, he taught the Padmasambhava Mantra to exorcise the demonic energy.

All the methods, techniques and spells are explained.

Although it is all made up on the spot, it is very suitable for all Buddhist disciples, especially on the eve of a fatal battle between Buddha and devil. Attack, defense and salvation are all involved. If you say that you have a high level of cultivation, you can also gain some inspiration from it.

After various large and small discussions between Moonlight, the Buddhas, and the Bodhisattvas, it was finally decided that the Eighteen Hells would be formally conquered in three years. The goal was simple: to leave no one alive and to wipe out all the evil demons.

As the leader of Buddhism, Yue Guang issued a decree, confirming for the first time that demons are not living beings, and that killing demons is meritorious and not a sin, and does not count as breaking the precept of not killing. Buddhist disciples can kill them with confidence.

Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is even more active than her. He constantly uses his connections to communicate with the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, hoping that they will support Buddhism's campaign against hell.

Western religions had problems of one kind or another before. The disciples of the saints, such as Medicine Buddha, Maitreya, and Ksitigarbha, were relatively united. They occasionally had conflicts with each other, but when it came to fundamental interests, they were able to unite against the outside world.

If Moonlight and his disciples could truly clear Hell, then Ksitigarbha's great wish would be fulfilled. This would be a godsend for Ksitigarbha. Hell would still harbor sinners, but that was a matter for the future. Now, you're just saying, "Haven't you cleared it yet?" It's cleared now, so Ksitigarbha's great wish would be fulfilled.

For Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, this incident is the most important opportunity to attain enlightenment. Only with this opportunity can he have the possibility to behead the corpse.

With his profound accumulation, the first corpse should not be a problem for him.

If everything goes well, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva will be the first great Bodhisattva to come from Western religion and reach the quasi-saint realm.

Maitreya and other former disciples of the Western religion not only cannot oppose it, but must fully support it.

The moonlight was bright, and Ksitigarbha was in the dark. The two sides joined forces and finally pulled Buddhism onto the chariot.

Buddhism is not a militarized or politicized organization like the Heavenly Court. Its internal structure is very loose, and the origins of its disciples are even more varied. If it weren't for Luohou's relentless pressure, Yue Guang wouldn't have wanted to bother with this.

Low-level disciples are practicing the three great methods of subduing demons.

Those with special skills began to accept various tasks assigned by Lingshan, such as forging demon-subduing pestles and many other magical weapons.

Those with great magical powers copied scriptures to subdue demons in the monastery.

After three years of preparation, at the end of the three years, Moonlight gave the order, and the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Arhats, and Bhikkhus set out from Mount Lingshan, joined by numerous believers, and launched a massive campaign to conquer Hell. The Buddhist sect established a Buddhist kingdom on earth in the first of the Eighteen Hells, the Hell of Tongue Pulling.

Suddenly, golden lotuses were everywhere, and Buddhist chants were heard everywhere. The hell that once wailed incessantly was completely transformed into a sacred place with birds singing and flowers blooming. Many souls with deep resentment were either purified by scriptures or by the demon-subduing pestle. There was no third way to choose.

The Third Hell, the Iron Tree Hell, and the Seventh Hell, the Blade Mountain Hell, were still under Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's control, but this control wasn't comprehensive enough. Moonlight had come under the banner of clearing out the hells. She had opened a semi-permanent spatial channel from the Tongue-Pulling Hell to the Iron Tree Hell and the Blade Mountain Hell, and then sent in the Arhats to exterminate them. Never mind whether there was injustice or not, for how could there be injustice in hell? Purify them all!

"What a joy! What a joy!" Chi You also participated in the Buddhist expedition as a mercenary.

He led his eighty-one brothers and fought until they were covered in blood. Not only did he not show any intention of retreat, but he became more and more excited as the fighting went on.

They rushed back and forth in the hell of knife mountains three times. A group of brothers who were known for their iron bones were cut by the knife mountains with bloody wounds, but they didn't care at all. They rushed through the knife mountains like flying. The joy they felt was simply indescribable.

Moonlight sat in the hell of tongue-pulling and observed for seven days, and found that the actual performance of Buddhist disciples was simply hard to describe in words.

The disciples came from too many different backgrounds. Those from the Chan and Jie sects were okay, as they had received some instruction from saints and knew how to exorcise demons. However, those from unorthodox sects were not so good. They had low magical powers, limited knowledge, and a very shallow understanding of Buddhism. When they encountered demons, the first thing they did was not to observe their weaknesses and exorcise the demonic energy from their bodies, but to release spells like fireballs and lightning to bombard them. Often, after a few spells, their own magical powers were exhausted, and they had to use the Arhat Golden Body Technique she taught to run away.

The demons and monsters in hell have no concept of militarization and they also fight on their own, but they are fearless and full of murderous intent, and they have the upper hand in the fight.

The Buddhist disciples are very slow in purifying the evil spirits from hell, and the number of casualties is increasing every day.

Although Moonlight provided some teaching, many concepts could not be resolved overnight.

Many disciples who come from side sects don’t know how to fight at all. They have been living freely for hundreds of years and have no sense of combat at all. There is no such thing as calm analysis. They panic when fighting and only through indiscriminate bombardment can they feel safe enough.

"Damn it!" Moonlight, who was in charge of the Hell of Tongue Pulling, seemed to see Luohou laughing at him in the depths of hell. After thinking about it, he had to further cheat his disciples.

She brought along Many Treasures Buddha, Maitreya Buddha, twelve great Bodhisattvas, and five hundred Arhats, and led them personally to recite the Diamond Sutra in the Tongue-Pulling Hell.

Seven days later, they forcibly condensed the shadow of a Buddha.

The moonlight injected all the magical powers of Buddhism into the body of this Buddha, and then told all the disciples that they can borrow magical powers from the Buddha!
This is a common tactic in American comics. Mages have no energy or mana of their own, so what do they do? They pay a price themselves and then borrow mana from higher-level beings.

Moonlight's use of this primitive method is of the same nature as Jie Yin and Zhunti's "borrowing" to become saints, and the main feature is still the word "borrow".

She herself could actually be the source of all kinds of supernatural powers, but she was unwilling to bear too many causes and effects, so she created an illusory Buddha to respond to the call.
