Initially, in July and August, I wanted to write a story about a girl and a wolf.

But at that time… I hadn’t thought of Little Red Riding Hood yet.

The subject matter I envisioned is a League of Legends fanfiction, called... Kindred's Soul Stealer.

Then I started another League of Legends fanfiction to test the waters. It was called "My Name is Yuumi, I Am the Destroyer." It had 30,000 words and 14 collections, but it died before it was even stored.

Uh, it seems the gaming area isn't for me.

Later, when I was reading a novel, I saw the character of "Little Red Riding Hood" appear in the new book "Hotel Transylvania" by my favorite platinum author, Yuantong.

This gave me some inspiration.

A few days later, when I was lurking in the author group, I found a book by a new author who also worked under the editor Xinghe. It was called "The Improper System in Adult Fairy Tales". He was also a newbie in online literature, but he achieved very good results.

It seems that... the fairy tale theme is also very friendly to newcomers like me.

Once the story of Little Red Riding Hood popped into my mind, I couldn't stop.

I thought of the Little Red Riding Hood mercenaries and the Big Bad Wolf from the game Lobotomy, Night of the Full Moon, a certain RPG, and an old game called The Wolf Among Us.

So, I thought about writing my own adapted fairy tale.

I am also grateful to my parents. When I was a child, I read paper versions of fairy tales such as "Hans Christian Andersen's Fairy Tales", "Grimm's Fairy Tales", "Aesop's Fables", "Oscar Wilde's Fairy Tales", "The Wizard of Oz" and so on.
