After the Tarot meeting ended, Ceres returned to the tavern. He went to the kitchen on the first floor and used a synthesizer to make himself a "Dream Crisp Cone".
This is a tri-colored ice cream cone from Pinocchio. Its flavors embody the concept of "dream." Originally, there were over twenty different flavors. However, over time, only three flavors remain, representing three of the most popular dream scenarios.
Xing poked her head out of the trash can next to her, with the lid of the trash can resting on her head.
"Is this delicious?"
"Of course." Ceres took a bite of the popsicle and blew out several breaths through his open mouth. "I think this deserves the Pinocchio Award for Best Dessert of the Year."
"Did it win the prize last time?"
"No."
"No, then what was the best of the year last time? Oak cake roll? Sliced cake? Or French fry sundae?" Xing scratched his head curiously.
"Neither." Serris shook his head.
"This...can't be soda bean juice, right?"
Serris revealed the answer: "Last year's Best Dessert of the Year Award was the Great Cosmic Fried Rice promoted by Interstellar Peace Company."

By evening, Klein had already gone to bed. After the Tarot Club ended, he took out his notebook and recalled the contents of several diaries of Emperor Roselle, writing them down in Chinese. This record helped to strengthen his memory and prevent future forgetfulness.
After writing, he read it over and over again, but in the end he tore up his notes and burned them. He did this once a week to make sure he didn't forget.
Afterwards, he went to the Fortune Teller's Club again and heard about a very powerful pharmacist named Rosen Darkwid, who had a small shop called "Rosen's Folk Herb Shop" at 18 Flood Street in the East District.
It was a very concise and clear name. He felt that this kind of name was much better than those fancy store names. At least one could tell what it was for at a glance.
He then met a man named Joyce Meyer. He had recently been aboard the Clover, a ship where a horrific murder occurred at sea. This had been causing him daily nightmares. Crane interpreted Mr. Joyce's dreams, gaining some understanding of the tragedy aboard the Clover and raising his suspicions about a man named Tris.
Klein recalled what happened during the day and was about to fall asleep in a daze.
Suddenly, Klein heard layers of illusory prayers. He struggled to open his eyes, climbed out of bed with difficulty, and walked four steps backward to the top of the gray fog.
"The fool who does not belong to this era, the mysterious master above the gray fog, the yellow and black king who controls good luck." In the illusory and hazy fog, he saw through "Scarlet" that it was Mr. Devil who was praying.
"What's so urgent at this hour of night?" Klein was a little nervous. Could it be that the Tarot Club had been discovered by the Church of the True God?
He heard the words of Serris's prayer: "I pray for your help, I pray for your favor, I pray for you... let me have a good dream."
Let me have a sweet dream...have a sweet dream...sweet dream...
Klein gritted his teeth, his eyes bloodshot.
[Even fools have not slept yet (sure)]…………
The God-forsaken land, outside the Silver City.
This was a ruin, and a six-member exploration team was currently exploring the ruins. The team leader was a burly man several meters tall, looking like a small giant.
The leader was Colin Iliad, the chief of the Silver City's six-member council. He was a Sequence Four demon hunter and a demigod of the Warrior Path.
A bonfire was burning, and the team members were resting around it. In addition to the bonfire, two of them were holding torches, illuminating everyone's figures, so that no one was engulfed by the darkness.
Everyone in the team ate in silence, no one spoke. The only sounds in the air were the crackling of burning wood and the chewing of dry food.
Perhaps feeling overwhelmed, a skinny man, two meters tall and rather small among the group, spoke up: "Tell me, what was that thing we found in that pit a few days ago?"
A few days ago, a sphere suddenly fell from the sky and hit an explored area far away from Silver City.
Because the area had been explored long ago and presented no danger, a team was immediately dispatched to investigate, discovering a large crater where the ball had landed.
The team members at that time went down into the pit to check and found only a cracked ball of unknown material lying alone in the pit.
The sphere was hollow, with nothing inside, but it had a crack that, in the eyes of the people in Silver City, was barely big enough for a child to pass through.
Next to him, a one-eyed man with a scar on his face, who was a head taller than the skinny man, was chewing bread made of black grass and said vaguely: "I don't know, but I heard that the round lump is very hard. It can't be smashed at all, and it's impossible to do too much research." As he spoke, fire came out of his hand and he toasted a piece of bread and handed it to the female teammate next to him.
A third person joined the conversation: "I know that. I've tried it, and even I couldn't break it." He was a Warrior Path Sequence Five Guardian.
"But that thing has already cracked, even you can't smash it, so how did it crack?" The skinny man who spoke first asked again.
"I heard that something opened it from the inside."
"Doesn't that mean there's something alive in there?"
"I heard……"
Colin listened quietly to the team members discussing what happened some time ago, neither joining in nor stopping them.
In fact, the skinny man was a "trustee" he arranged before departure so that the team members could relax a little when they were too nervous.
After a while, seeing that the team members had rested enough, Colin stood up and put a huge torch into the campfire to light it.
"Alright guys," he said, his eyes sweeping over the team members in front of him one by one. There were four men and one woman, six in total, including him. "It's time to get going."
They were going to explore the ruins. It would be great if they could find something useful, like a potion formula or a sealed object.
Colin extinguished the bonfire and led everyone into the ruins. As the torches faded, the clearing that everyone had just repaired was engulfed in darkness.
Guimi is about to welcome its first Destiny Walker! Cheers!
