Chapter 303 The Protector of Osiris

The young think tank member Ramsay had already reached the second level of the Thelma Mindset before setting foot on the surface of OSIRIS III.

The moment he stepped onto the ground, he immediately felt a chilling consciousness strike directly at the mental barrier he had built.

Ramsey's dark eyes flashed, and through the mental impact, he vaguely grasped the enemy's location.

He immediately walked towards the direction of the Osiris Mind Control Seed, and the controlled rebel soldiers charged towards him, shouting.

Ramsay raised his staff, and a surge of bio-energy was released from its tip, sweeping through the rebel soldiers like a storm.

After running a few steps, they suddenly slowed down, their arms went limp, they dropped their weapons, and then their bodies collapsed.

Ramsay used "blood boiling" to induce physical exhaustion in the rebel soldiers, causing them to lose consciousness and fall into a coma.

Ramsey bypassed the unconscious humans and strode toward the location of the Osiris Mind Controlling Species that he had sensed during the mind-collision.

He discovered this alien creature, which enslaved humans to build him a swimming pool, where he leisurely soaked in it.

A flash of anger crossed Ramsey's eyes, and he raised his hand, aiming it at the alien.

Because the Father of Genetics ordered the think tanks to capture him alive, he did not use psionic lightning, but instead weakened him.

The icy blue silk threads of Osiris's Mind Control Seed hung limply.

The humans who had been manipulated to charge forward all stopped in their tracks, staring blankly at the black-armored warriors.

Ramsey walked to the unconscious Osiris Mind Controlling, bent down and picked up the blue psionic staff, feeling the abundant mental power within it.

At the same moment, on the surface of OSIRIS-III, invisible shockwaves rippled like invisible waves.

Think tanks donned "howling masks" and launched psychological attacks.

Their mental screams, while not as powerful as the Primarch's capable of sweeping across an entire planet, could still cause several, or even a dozen, Osiris Mind Controllings to fall into a coma.

The think tanks obtained the blue psionic staff from the unconscious Osiris Mind Controlling Spawn, extracted its psychic energy, and immediately increased the power of the psychic screams by more than ten times, greatly enhancing their efficiency.

The First Battalion of the Catachan Banshees boarded Osiris V.

As soon as they stepped onto the ground, the team leader, Miki, stopped.

An invisible will pressed down on her mind.

"Submit to me!"

Miki was chosen as captain by Malena Skala because she was one of the three psionicists among the female warriors.

She tilted her head back and let out a piercing psionic scream, the green runes on her red wooden mask flashing as the shrill scream emanated from the sound amplifier.

Six kilometers away, inside a pointed-roof building, Osiris, the mind-controlling being, let out a painful groan, and several strands of ice silk fell from its heart-shaped head.

Miki's psionic powers were not as lethal as those of the Legion's intelligence; Osiris's mind-controlling seed suffered severe damage but did not die.

He drew psionic energy from his blue psionic staff to replenish himself, while simultaneously issuing commands to the enslaved humans.

Miki howled and led the Katachon banshees in an attack; the warrior moved with agile steps.

They moved between buildings, raising laser guns and firing beams of light at the human rebels.

A gap immediately appeared in the rebel lines.

The Katachon Banshee burst through the gap and sped past before the rebels could re-encircle her.

The First Battalion of the Cataclysm did not linger in battle. The female warriors had received intelligence that killing these enslaved humans was pointless; they had to kill the aliens.

They followed the teachings of their master, Malena, and moved like banshees, but unlike the Eldar Howling Banshees, they were not obsessed with melee combat.

The female warriors were trained into excellent marksmen by Katachán before they were ten years old, and they fired at the enemy while on the move.

They moved like the wind, finding the feeling of running through the Katachan jungle.

Those enslaved humans, with their slow-moving, predictable, and easily evasive nature, are far easier to evade than the dangerous creatures of the jungle.

The Katachon banshees dodged wave after wave of enemies and began their search.

They stormed into the weapons factory and the deserted administration building...

Midge, who was running, suddenly stopped and looked at the alien building in the distance. She noticed that the rebels around the building had not joined the siege and were still holding their ground.

The Catachan banshees unleashed a barrage of bullets as they ran at high speed, and their shots never missed.

The live bullets fired by the human rebels grazed the bodies of more than a dozen female warriors, splattering blood everywhere.

No female soldiers from Qatar have fallen; they are used to minor injuries.

Miki rushed into the building first, simultaneously pulling out a half-meter-long tusk from Katachon.

The Katachon banshees wielded their blades, severing the heads of any enemies who stood in their way.

Miki led the banshees in a whirlwind charge, rushing towards the dwelling place of the mind-controlling seed of Osiris.

She let out a howl, and the Katachon banshees behind her all let out a piercing howl in unison.

Osiris, the Mind Controlling Seed, let out a terrified scream. The psionic field around him dissipated, and his corpse fell to the ground with a thud.

After Ninglu discovered that the Osiris Mind Controlling Seeds were connected through a mind network, he and his think tanks became the main force on the battlefield, using the "Howling Mask" to efficiently kill enemies.

For a time, he became the busiest person, traveling to various worlds to launch mind attacks against the Osiris Mind Controlling Seed and collect potion ingredients.

In the eleventh month of 834, the rebellion in eleven star systems in the Osiris sector was quelled.

Nimrod returned to the Shadow of the Throne and received a report from Arsène Dunne.

"My lord, the Legion has rescued 513 children of war during the operation and has sent a message to Glenn Warsoto, commander of the 13th Legion."

"The liberated humankind of eleven star systems has elected a delegation to request an audience with you."

"Because you are busy with the war, I will meet with them on your behalf. They have made a request."

“Oh,” Ninglu nodded slightly, “What are their demands?”

"The terrified Osiris people, not wanting to suffer the same fate of being enslaved by aliens again, beg you and the Legion for protection."

"They are willing to henceforth obey the commands of the shadow of order."

After a moment's thought, Ning Lu readily agreed.

“I accepted their request and provided asylum to the Osiris.”

He suspected that some Osiris mind-controlling beings might have escaped the mind network of their kind and managed to remain hidden.

[“Sheriffs” are best suited to handle such situations.]
Ning Lu thought of this and gave the order.

"The Arbitration Lord's First Warband is stationed in Osiris, to restore order to this land."

Following the briefing, Ning Lu considered his next steps.

The prophecy dice are fully charged; he must now decide on the next person to be divined.

One is a world of special divination, Posul, the world chosen for recruitment by the Fourth Warband, and the undiscovered world of forging and knighthood.

Another is the world where STC exists, especially those technologies discovered during the "Great Expedition".

Nimrod's mind raced, and he made a decision: to consult the STC and intercept the Baal predator.

After discovering STC, the "Holy Blood Angel" did not hand it over to the engine oil guy, which led to a long-standing conflict.

Nimrod then went to the “Land of Chaos” and picked up the prophecy dice.

His mind raced through all the information he knew about Otten.
