Chapter 375 Macardo Demands the Skyhawk Shuttle

Chapter 375 Macardo Demands the Skyhawk Shuttle
Horus Lupecal continued, "Our other brother, the Hammer of Olympia, Peturabo."

Peturabo sat alone in the last row, his appearance seemingly sculpted from the same rock as the mountains.

Peturabo was sitting alone. He looked at Nimrod, who was sitting in the second row. There was only one empty seat between him and his father, and he knew that belonged to Constantine Waldo, the commander of the Imperial Guard.

“Ninlu, I have read all the campaign reports you submitted to the War Council. Your use of the Ramirez-class star fortress was impressive.”

“Welcome back, Peturabo,” Ninglu replied with a smile.

[When I took over the fighting in Incaladion, the Fourth Army did not suffer significant losses.]

Perturabo shouldn't have just returned to the Legion only to find his offspring were better and need to carry out an eleven-kill.
Ninglu then thought to himself that Peturabo had always longed for recognition.

[Well, I might have the chance to express my appreciation to Peturabo in the future; perhaps I'll gain something from it.]

He's a top-notch architect, but unfortunately he never had the chance to complete those buildings. I can bring his designs to life for him.
As Nimrod pondered, Horus smiled again: "Our brother, Saint Gilles, has just won a major victory in the Teghha system."

"Even more commendable is that he fought and named the Ninth Legion 'Holy Blood Angels'."

"The Ninth Legion is reborn..."

Nimrod noticed that Horus paused for a second, and he believed that the other Primarchs had noticed it as well.

[Yes, Saint Gilles has been taught by Horus and has begun to lead his legions into battle on his own.]

Compared to Vokham, who considered the lives of the enemy during the war, and Vogrim, who focused on increasing the number of legions, and Magnus, who had not yet led his legions back to the expedition, Saint Gilles' achievements increased rapidly.

Horus's reminder served two purposes: it was both a congratulatory message and a reminder that the ghouls of the past were gone, replaced by the newly born angels of holy blood.
As Nimrod watched Horus deep in thought, Horus continued.

"They are holy angels..."

[What loving brothers!] he thought to himself, and said to Saint Gilles with a smile.

“Saint Gilles, you have brought new life to your offspring.”

“You are too.” Saint Jereth’s white wings trembled slightly as she looked at the psionic projection with golden wings.

“Ninlu,” Makado said, his eyes deep, “the Skyhawk shuttles produced in the world you govern are very popular among the imperial nobility.”

“They believe that you are supplying too little, and many nobles have made requests to me, asking you to increase the supply.”

Peturabo, who is currently receiving his own honor celebration in Terra, offers his evaluation from both technical and artistic perspectives.

"For ordinary people, especially nobles, the Skyhawk shuttle is a work of art."

A proud smile spread across Vograim's face. The Aquila Shuttle reminded him that only the Third Legion had his father's permission to paint the Imperial Aquila on the chests of their power armor.

"I've seen that kind of aircraft; it's a work of art."

"Its unique wing shape resembles that of the Imperial Eagle, with multiple independent engine exhaust ports converging together to form a distinctive wing appearance."

“I can completely understand why those nobles flock to it.”

Ninglu looked at the two progenitors who gave their evaluations from aesthetic and professional perspectives, respectively.

“Forgrim and Perturabo, since you like it, I will order the engineers to develop a model that matches the Primarch's body and makes you comfortable, and give it to you as a gift.”

He then looked at the crowd and said:
"If you need it, just tell me, and I will give it to you as well."

Whether he gave away two or a dozen, it made no difference to Ninglu. In fact, Ninglu considered it a form of advertising.

Once the nobles learn that the Primarchs travel in the Aquila Shuttle, they will undoubtedly become even more eager for them.

“I’m delighted to receive such a gift,” Hannibal said succinctly. [Traveling in the Eagle Shuttle to savor a gourmet meal is elegant and shows respect for the food.]
“I was captivated by the artistic structures depicted by Peturabo, and I am delighted to receive your gift,” Magnus said, expressing his interest in knowledge and the art and culture that it has derived from it.

Nimrod noticed that Magnus and Peturabo beside him were exchanging glances, and the Cyclops gave a scholarly smile.

Olympia's Hammer lingered for a moment before looking away.

Ning Lu, drawing on his memories, examined the relationship between the two.

[Building friendships is like forging steel; it is extremely difficult at the beginning, but once established, it is unbreakable.]

Magnus, through art, became friends with Peturabo after enduring numerous tests unilaterally, and now their friendship is beginning to blossom.

He also earned the respect of Leon Aljonsen, who was also suspected of having autism and was known for his strictness.
"Fancy and flashy, wizards all like these."

"Compared to Stormbirds, they are too fragile and can be easily broken."

"That's what Riemann Russ said sarcastically."

Saint Gilles frowned. "Russ, not every occasion calls for killing."

"It would be better to travel in elegant aircraft to show the bright side of the Empire to our lost human compatriots and win them over willingly."

Horus smiled and agreed.

“I would be happy to travel in the Aquila Shuttle to meet the leaders of the lost human colonies, show them the Aquila, and invite them to join the Empire.”

"On this occasion, traveling by Skyhawk shuttle is more in line with our identity as diplomats than by Stormbird, and is more conducive to establishing a harmonious atmosphere."

“The Skyhawk shuttle is certainly more suitable for diplomatic occasions,” Robert Guilliman began, “but the security concerns that Ruth raised should not be ignored.”

The other Primarchs remained silent, their opinions on the Aquila Shuttle differing.

Lane and Roger Dorn had no interest in non-utilitarian artistic objects.

After calculations and assessments, Finus Manus concluded that a large portion of the Eagle Shuttle's structure was used for useless decoration, but he did not express his opinion.

Nimrod gave a gift, and even if he didn't want it, there was no need for him to make sarcastic remarks like Russ did.

Vokan thought the Skyhawk Shuttle was good, but he didn't want to ride it. He preferred to travel on a transport ship with his children and even ordinary people rather than on a noble's aircraft.

Nimrod looked around at everyone and said, "Horus, Guilliman, Hannibal, Sanguiles, Vograim, Magnus, and Peturabo, I will have craftsmen meticulously build the Aquila Shuttle and send it to your flagships."

“Ninglu, also design a batch specifically for me and the Ministry of the Interior,” Makado said.

"Horus, Sanguis, and Robert are right. The Skyhawk shuttle is the most suitable aircraft for diplomatic occasions."

"But it's not just for diplomatic occasions; in many situations, it's the most suitable aircraft. My Ministry of the Interior officials need them."

"Alright." Ninglu agreed to the request of the seal holder.
