Chapter 619 The Emperor's Admonition to Hannibal

Terra, the Golden Palace.

After Nimrod took his seat, he did not hear Russ's provocative and mocking words, but soon heard him turn his attention to Magnus.

“Magnus, my pack has just wiped out a planet that abused witchcraft and fallen into barbaric practices.”

“Those evil sorcerers can conjure lightning and ignite flames with evil curses.”

"No power comes without a price. As the wolves tore apart the enemy, we discovered blood temples in the heart of each tribe, slaughterhouses filled with death and bones."

"The achievements of the 'Thousand Sons' are known to all." Mortarian immediately followed suit when he saw Rus turn his attention to Magnus.

He knew that neither he nor Ruth could threaten Nimrod, a man of great merit and trusted by his father.

But Magnus was different; rumors about them never disappeared, and many in the Terran court feared their uncontrollable power.

"Together with Nimrod and Horus, I cleansed the aliens from Druun."

"Like the overlords of Barbarossa, they are evil and terrifying in power."

“I fear that after defeating the witchcraft aliens, a new one will appear around me.”

“We will benefit from the psionicists; their presence enriches our tactical options.” Saint Jereth’s gentle voice held a profound power.

“The Storm Prophets have proven in Chogoris and the Legion that they can play a tremendous role,” Chagatai said softly, yet his words resonated with the others.

Magnus and Saint Gilles looked at Nimrod and saw him nod slightly. They immediately understood that Chagatai had joined their side.

They all thought the same thing.

Horus and Guilliman glanced at Chagatai Khan in surprise. Since returning to the Empire, he had been working alone, but now he had joined the psionic faction of Nimrod, Magnus, and Sanjeres.

In the silence of the golden palace, the Emperor, the Mars Foundry Director, Macardo, and Constantine Waldo entered the palace together.

After receiving the greetings from everyone, the emperor spoke in a deep voice.

Horus brought news that the Philistines had enslaved billions of humans in hundreds of worlds.

Horus said angrily that the existence of the Nephilim was not only an offense against humanity's dominion over the galaxy, but also an offense against his father as the ruler of mankind.

"The evil faith of the aliens must be purified," the Emperor said in a deep voice.

"Horus and Sanguiles, immediately cleanse the Nephilim of the Melgio system."

He then looked around at the Primarchs, finally fixing his gaze on the two of them.

"Ninlu and Chagatai, you must strike immediately and reclaim the other enslaved worlds."

"I will obey your will." Ninglu accepted the order. He knew that Huang Laohan regarded him as the main force, but his important purpose was to make Chagatai understand the necessity of the Empire's truth.

Originally, the White Scars were the main force in this battle, marking the beginning of the newly formed Fifth Army's campaign.

After speaking with Chagatai, Makado discovered that Chagatai did not believe in the imperial truth built on lies.

The Nephilim saw a perfect opportunity to exploit faith and enslave humanity.

Chagatai was chosen by Huang Laohan and Makado precisely so that he could witness the evil of sacrifice firsthand and thus understand the wisdom of the Empire's truth.

Although Chagatai ultimately purified hundreds of worlds and cleansed the alien homeworld, he still did not ultimately accept the Imperial Truth. In fact, throughout the entire "Great Crusade," he harbored doubts about the Imperial Truth, and it wasn't until he witnessed the demons during the "Siege of Terra" that he understood the old man.

He then got up and left.

Ruth stared at Hannibal, scrutinizing his cheekbones and forehead.

He seemed to be deep in thought, then left.

Ninglu roughly guessed that Old Man Huang's warning was to consume aliens in moderation, but not to mention it in front of others.

He watched Hannibal leave in a daze, then immediately ended his psionic projection and returned to the Shadow of Thrones.

Nimrod immediately sent messages to Arsena Dunne and the four lords, summoning him to the Primarch's office.

A moment later, he addressed the crowd in his large, dark office.

"The War Council has entrusted me with the task of purging the Nephilim. We will work with the 'White Scar' to cleanse hundreds of worlds enslaved by aliens."

"Third, tenth and eleventh battle groups, follow me into battle."

"The Sixth Regiment will leave 5,000 men behind to stabilize the situation and assist in establishing order. The remaining personnel will return to the new district of Colony to rest and reorganize and vigorously develop the area."

The four battle groups suffered minimal losses in this war and are ready to be deployed to new battles.

Ninglu considered that with the war with Randan over, the new district of Colonid would not face any major threats before the grand birthday celebration, which presented a good opportunity for development.

Although the new district of Colony is the largest territory, much of the world remains to be developed.

Previous development focused on core worlds such as Abyss Harbor, Hurricane Star, and Moab; the next step is to carry out comprehensive development.
