Chapter 623 The Nephilim Lose Double-Encrypted Communication for the First Time

Chapter 623 The Nephilim Lose Double-Encrypted Communication for the First Time
Hod is a deep abyss of the soul, the entire planet lost in a dreamlike stench of misplaced faith.

Every Nephilim is nourished by the faith of thousands upon thousands of others; their lives break free from constraints, and their bodies become enormous.

As long as faith endures, the Nephilim possess everything.

White and black tear apart the Philistines' dream bubble.

The vast forest swayed in the torrential rain, and the swamp churned in the flames.

The White Scars unleashed their pent-up rage on the alien homeworld without mercy, but keeping Hod burning was no easy task.

Like a fireball thrown into water, the molten metal bomb was quickly extinguished.

Everything in Hod was somewhere between a solvent and a solid. The White Scar armored forces, after landing, discovered that even their lightly modified armored vehicles could get stuck in the toxic gas swamp.

Poisonous spores covered the white vehicle body, and the heavy tracks struggled and rolled under the pull of vines.

Only a six-meter-diameter pipe spewing promethium flames could burn a tree full of sap to ashes.

As the infantry ranks used heavy flamethrowers to spray volleys of fire, clearing away the human slaves and the vine-covered towers of praise, Hasik Khan led his Brotherhood in a furious charge.

He was once again appointed by the Great Khan as the vanguard.

Hasik chose the Church of Praise, filled with human skins, as his first hunting target.

The slave soldiers proudly wore armor made from the skins shed by their gods; they were no longer human.

The Nephilim were happy to make humans stronger and to mutate them in order to blur the boundaries between species, with human bodies merging with Nephilim skin and weapons.

The most corrupt and ancient of their servants are no longer human, but a hybrid of stretched muscles and genetically engineered livestock; the largest servant is even as big as a knight mech.

They fired laser barrages at the white array, followed by a barrage of artillery fire covering the entire city.

The "white scars" were torn to shreds by firepower from a small number of Rand clusters that were equipped by the Forge World, in the swamp.

"Move! Move! Move!" Hasik shouted, and the white cavalry charged through the capillary-like roads, launching wave after wave of attacks around the sluggish slave soldiers.

Hasik found the feeling of galloping across the vast grasslands, and he shouted at the top of his lungs: "Hail, Chogoris!"

He pushed the jet motorcycle to its limits; the remarkable technological marvel vibrated incessantly at high speeds, but he was completely unaware.

Kills and achievements were forgotten; Hasik only had eyes for the aliens.

He swept past the rising steam and pounced on the enormous figure whose flesh was throbbing.

Move, swing the sword, move, swing the sword...

The blue Nephilim is very powerful, but its reactions are somewhat slow.

Especially noticeable against the white scars, Hasik made full use of his advantages to take a favorable position and launch an attack on the sea creature that seemed to be trapped in the air.

The enormous blue corpse crashed onto the organic mountain, its slime splattering onto the white fuselage.

Hasik felt his mount grow heavy as they arrived at the bulbous church covered in slime.

The most powerful blue Nephilim guard, each one larger than the Dauntless, let out a piercing shriek and raised his sonic weapon.

Before the terrifying shriek could strike, Hasik leaned forward and jerked his way back, the saddle of his mount carrying him through a slick, organic slime.

The aerodynamic sonic waves shrieked as they tore through the powered armor, shattering the white-scarred body, chunks of flesh crashing into the organic slime.

Hasik knew from the disappearance of the four shining runes inside his helmet that the church guards' first wave of attacks had taken away a number of Brotherhood members.

He also saw the explosives striking the oldest blue Nephilim, the countless layers of deteriorated armor.

With a roar, the faded blue leather armor shattered.

Hasik's anger propelled the jet motorcycle into the air.

With a swing of the Guan Dao, the blue body shattered.

At the same moment Hasik attacked the church, Lord Ramsay of the Tenth Warband walked alone through the horde of slave soldiers in the greasy shadows.

The green-clad Nephilim seemed to sense something and turned toward the senior "hermit".

As the whale-faced alien slowly turned, Ramsey slipped into his shadow. The "Rose Bishop's" hand sprang from the shadows and pressed against the green flesh.

The green skin and flesh rippled like branches swaying in the wind, forming fleshy nodules.

The green Nephilim twisted his scepter with all his might, stretching it behind him.

Ramsey moved even faster, his bio-energy spreading to the green Nephilim's head in an instant.

With a loud bang, the round, green-headed ball burst like a balloon.

The blue-clad soldiers and the surrounding slave soldiers all turned to look at the sound.

The spirituality spread by the "Rose Bishop" has rapidly reformed the green-headed figure.

A grey Nephilim strode forward, his body glowing with phosphorescence and lines that formed eerie patterns.

The "flesh-and-blood servants" did not retain their previous memories, and Ramsay did not master the Nephilim's double-encrypted communication method—ultra-high frequency sound waves and skin patterns.

The "Rose Bishop's" body suddenly melted like a candle, turning into pure, viscous flesh and blood, rolling rapidly on the surface of organic mucus.

Flesh and blood rolled and burrowed into the body.

The "Rose Bishop" swam contentedly on its grey body, which was larger and more comfortable than that of other creatures.

The "Rose Bishop" merged with the gray flesh and blood, and his raised body suddenly froze.

The "Rose Bishop" controlled the gray Nephilim to emit a sound that even the Shadow of Order could only vaguely hear, and the surrounding Nephilim immediately stopped according to the commander's will.

A gray arm draped over a green body, and as the gray and green swirled, another "flesh and blood servant" appeared.

The "Rose Bishop," accompanied by five green Nephilim, emerged from the alien army and arrived before the greasy Cooling Tower.

Ramsey's voice echoed within him, "'Hermits,' 'Hide in the shadows.'"

Ten “hermits” emerged from the shadows of the organic slime and hid in a row of green shadows.

"Action." Ramsey's deep voice rang out from the gray figure, and he immediately took the lead and walked away.

The "hermits" followed the green-clad figures and disappeared into the Nephilim's army.

A "hermit" threw the potion into the Nephilim crowd; amidst the shards, white smoke rose.

A blue Nephilim whale-faced creature was the first to smell the stench.

He was about to let out a shriek as a warning when he was horrified to find that there was no sound at all.

The blue flesh throbbed wildly, phosphorescence flickered, and lines twisted.

Another "hermit" threw out a black crystal ball and simultaneously issued the command in the sound array channel: "Attack!"
The crystal ball shattered, and black smoke billowed out, spreading faster than the white smoke.

The blue phosphorescence of the Nephilim quickly dimmed.

A “listener” starts the engine of the Rand speedboat.

Black vehicles swept in like a tidal wave, and the raging storm engulfed the Nephilim.

Each Nephilim is like a lone fish separated from its school; even if there are other members of their kind within a few meters of them, they cannot sense each other.

They could not speak, and their patterns were dull and lifeless.

They cannot receive information, and the two small eyes on the whale's face cannot glean any information from their own kind.

The Nephilim's double-encrypted communications were severed, and they lost contact for the first time.

The black vehicle pierced through the boiling steam, unleashing a barrage of bullets that sent the chaotic Nephilim crashing down in droves.

The "Rose Bishop," accompanied by five green "flesh and blood servants," marched through the alien army, throwing them into chaos.

A gray-white world shrouded in miasma, a black wave, faster than the white wave, swept across the layers of organic mountains, reaching the heart of the gray fog jungle.
