Chapter 784 Hathor: I offer the Library of Grell to my Lord

Chapter 784 Hathor: I offer the Library of Grell to my Lord
The Shadow of Reigns, Primarch Office.

The Abyss Knight Claire scrutinized Etsak, who stood before the Primarch's office, carrying a giant spear on his back.

The legendary spear of Dionysus.

The reward that Lord Nimrod received from the Lord of Mankind after the Battle of the Wheel of Flame.

Her gaze shifted from the spear to the man, who was tall and strong, only slightly smaller than Oglin among ordinary humans.

Claire sensed an aura from him similar to that of the nuns.

The image of Etsakal killing the alien wizard flashed through her mind as she entered the spacious room.

Centered on the main gate, the structure is wider on the left and narrower on the right, and the obvious asymmetry made her frown slightly uncomfortably.

The interior furnishings also seemed out of place, with a giant axe and a heavy chainsaw sword displayed on the weapon rack on the left.

Lord Ruth's Winter Axe and Siren's Bite.

The bookshelf on the right is full of data crystals, data boards, leather books, and parchment scrolls.

Claire silently recited the nun's prayer, then approached the long table made of black basalt and bowed in respect.

She gestured, and the novice nun standing to her side and behind her, who had not yet taken the Serenity Vow, began to translate:

"Claire of the Silent Sisters pays homage to Lord Nimrod."

Ninglu nodded, a smile spreading across his face.

"No need for formalities."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Claire."

Claire bowed again and made a gesture, and the novice nun continued translating.

"Thank you for your help in Marga Sithra; the evil alien is very powerful." Given Lord Nimrod's support for the use of psionic powers, they refrained from using terms like "wizard."

"Now that I've seen it, of course I won't stand idly by."

Claire remained silent for a few seconds before making a series of gestures.

“There are untouchables under your command.”

"I travel through the Milky Way and rarely encounter my own kind."

"Please forgive my offense, but where do they come from?"

Ninglu glanced at Aitesa standing at the entrance, "Visa of the Savage World."

His eyes flashed. "Since you're curious about them, why not send nun sisters to teach them?"

"In this way, they will be able to unleash their talents, and you will also gain a deeper understanding of each other."

After several seconds of silence, Claire finally raised her hand.

"I regret to inform you, sir, that the rules of the Sisters do not allow us to share secrets with outsiders."

"It's alright," Ning Lu said without any concern.

[Now that you uphold your beliefs, once you are abandoned and have nowhere else to turn, someone will naturally take you in.]
Claire bowed again and left with the novice nun.

As she walked through the doorway, her gaze swept over Eitsack, then glanced across at the Shadow of Order, who served as the Honor Guard, a strange light flashing in her eyes.

Although the Shadow of Order still moves somewhat stiffly, it has clearly become more accustomed to the presence of Eitsak.

This is quite rare.

The Silent Sisters had fought alongside different Astartes legions on numerous occasions and could clearly sense the aversion and rejection they received from most of the Astartes monks, most notably the wizards of the Thousand Sons and the volatile World Eaters.

The remaining ones also clearly showed signs of maladjustment, while the wolves were the least hostile to them.

Claire felt no repulsion from the other Imperial Claw—the Royal Guard.

Now, she sees no obvious rejection of the shadow of order.

She had heard that Lord Nimrod's Honor Guard was different from that of other Primarchs, including Saint Gilles, another Primarch in the Cyriolet system.

They are not permanently stationed; outstanding members of each warband have the opportunity to serve the Primarch.

Of all the legions, the Shadow of Order has undoubtedly seen the most Gene Fathers. They received personal instruction from Lord Nimrod, instilling the will of their Gene Fathers throughout the entire legion.

Claire walked thoughtfully toward the flight deck.

……

961.M30.

The extreme star field, Prospero, the homeworld of the "Thousand Sons" legion.

The Acropolis of Tizka, with its colossal pyramids and silver spires representing the various schools of thought of the Thousand Schools, overlooks the entire city.

Surrounded by water, the Pyramid of Fateh appears ethereal and hazy in the shimmering heat reflected off its glass surface.

The magnificent building, bathed in the midday sun and adorned with gold and silver, burns fiercely, and Magnus, draped in a crimson robe, stands deep within it.

His single, multicolored eye, now orange, was fixed on Hathor Matt.

The think tank director began his report, "...the think tanks of 'Shadow of Order' and 'Holy Blood Angel' suffered heavy losses in the battle against Mag Sisla, a psionicist, in the Cyriolet system."

"Lord Nimrod and Lord Saint Gilles proposed that a new type of Dauntless should be developed so that the think tanks after death can continue to serve the Legion and the Emperor."

“That’s true.” Magnus nodded.

"Despite their extraordinary talents, think tanks can still die."

“I have been exploring the right approach and have made progress.”

“I have gained inspiration from your discovery of some of the Skotian psionic circuits and from Sister Silent. If psionic energy can be selectively blocked, the monks buried in fearlessness will not go out of control.”

Hathor looked thoughtfully at the red giant before him. "Father, your ingenuity is extraordinary."

“I am confident that you will earn the praise of Lord Nimrod, Lord Saint Gilles, Lord Chagatai, and the other Primarchs when you present yourself to them.”

Magnus's eyes rolled white as he gazed into the distance.

“I do not seek praise; I hope they can usher in a new era for think tanks.”

Hathor waited until Magnus's eyes turned emerald green and his attention returned to him before continuing.

“Enan has already cataloged all the books in the Grell Library.”

In 866, the War Council ordered the Nineteenth Legion, whose members had not yet returned, to pacify Leobia and destroy the planet's repository of knowledge—the Library of Grell.

Magnus ordered his sons to travel urgently to Leobia and sent a message to the Nineteenth Army Corps informing them that he had intervened and quelled the rebellion.

The vast treasure trove of knowledge in the Grell Library was transported back to Tizka, where it was received by Anku Enan, the guardian of the Great Library, who then categorized and recorded it.

“The valuable knowledge should be preserved in many places, including Aksandria IV.”

[I have fulfilled my lord’s command and presented him with the Library of Grell.] Hathor suppressed his joy. The veteran “spectator” had specifically mentioned that he hoped to replicate the knowledge of the Library of Grell onto Arcsandriya IV.

Aksandria IV is a prime example of the "Thousand Sons" achievement and a testament to the world he controls as the chief think tank.

The "hypnotist" has used continuous "psychological suggestion" to make Ignis follow him and pledge allegiance to Lord Nimrod.

The "Cult of Destruction" followed his orders and took control of the world modeled after Prospero's creation.

Hathor gathered his thoughts and gave his final report.

"The shadow of order swept across the area around Tizka, and we established nine citadels and one hundred and thirty settlements."

Magnus's single eye turned golden, and he drew his scimitar, striking the ground rapidly to unlock the Euclid's symbol.

Hathor regained his senses of the vast ocean and followed behind Magnus.

Magnus opened the glass door and leaned against the balcony railing, resting his elbows on it.

The cool sea breeze ruffled his hair and caressed his skin.

Magnus gazes as the crowds pass through the Secret Eye Square and the Street of a Thousand Lions, looking towards his magnificent statue in the eastern mountains.

"The City of Light will spread to Prospero."

“We will not forget the help of Nimrod and his sons.”
