Harry doesn't want to be a wizard, he wants to be a superhero

Chapter 370 Harry is the third Dark Lord?!

But will Harry be trapped? It seems he really has no other way.

The multidimensional demon, with its deep-seated schemes and considering all of Harry's current abilities, would certainly not allow Harry to escape so easily.

However, what they didn't know was that besides the multiverse, Harry had other worlds he could visit.

Among those worlds, there is one that is extremely special. When he enters that world, time in the multiverse stands still.

Harry could have stayed in the wizarding world for a long time until he figured out a solution before returning to the multiverse, which would have resolved his current predicament.

Meanwhile, Harry already had a plan in mind. He only needed to stay in the wizarding world and completely grasp the power of the Spirit King, so that he could maintain the single-universe level for a long time. Then he could get rid of the dimensional demons' restraint and return to Earth in his own universe.

Harry had no intention of arguing with these dimensional demons. He directly activated the power of the Chaos Source, and the surrounding environment quickly became blurred and faded. When he opened his eyes again, he had returned to the Wizarding World.

Back in the wizarding world, Harry finds himself in his personal castle.

He has just finished fifth grade and returned to the Dursleys' home.

However, he did not intend to stay with the Dursleys for too long, because technology had just invaded the wizarding world, and he needed money to take charge and work with Dumbledore to complete the legislation concerning technological creations.

The Muggle world has now begun to construct the internet. If some foolish wizard were to post information about the wizarding world on the internet, the wizarding world might be exposed immediately.

If the wizarding world is exposed now, a war could very likely break out between the wizarding world and the Muggle world, something neither Harry nor Dumbledore wants to see.

After spending a week with the Dursleys, Harry immediately left them and went to the Weasleys' Burrow.

Nestled among the green trees of the English countryside, the Burrow still retains its iconic crooked and rickety appearance.

However, upon closer inspection, one can notice the differences between the humble dwelling and the previous ones.

On the old wooden shelf next to the main entrance, besides the hanging pumpkin lanterns and brooms, there is now an old silver-gray radio.

The casing was somewhat worn, and the knob had a handwritten label from the Weasley family with the names of various television stations.

In addition, the ceiling lights, the Weasley brothers' game console, and the television set in the living room are all full of Muggle world traces.

When the door to the Burrow was pushed open and the doorbell rang, the Weasleys, who were having dinner in the living room, turned their attention to Harry as he walked in.

The family was taken aback at first, but then their faces lit up with joy.

Mr. Weasley jumped up, somewhat complaining:

"Harry, why didn't you let us know you were coming to our house? Luckily we made extra food today. Come on, sit down and eat."

Harry naturally sat down next to Ginny, took the food Mr. Weasley handed him, and said with a smile:
"It was a spur-of-the-moment decision. Actually, I was planning to come and see you in a few days."

Mr. Weasley was taken aback, and he asked in surprise:
"You know it all?"

Harry hadn't expected Mr. Weasley to react this way, and he shook his head in confusion:
"What do I know? I just want to go to the Ministry of Magic to meet with Dumbledore and work on the legislation concerning Muggle technological creations."

Mr. Weasley hesitated for a moment, then finally said:

"There's been a rumor circulating in the wizarding world lately, about you." Clearly, everyone except Harry knew about it.

Ginny puffed out her cheeks and said fiercely, "Don't let me find out which bastard is spreading these rumors, or I'll make him pay."

Ron nodded: "Harry, don't worry about it. Those who spread rumors have no idea how great you've been."

Mr. and Mrs. Weasley nodded in unison, and they said earnestly:
"That's right, Harry, you promoted the plan to bring Muggle technology into the wizarding world, which has brought great convenience to the lives of the vast majority of wizards."

At the same time, you've let us know that, without us even realizing it, Muggle technology is almost catching up with magic.

Even after hearing the Weasleys' words of comfort, Harry remained somewhat puzzled:
"So what exactly happened? Stop comforting me and tell me the specifics first."

Mr. Weasley sat in the wooden chair, his fingertips unconsciously tracing the rim of the enamel cup.

As he looked up, the flickering firelight from the fireplace fell directly onto his glasses, making the worry in his eyes even more pronounced.
"In the past week, rumors about you in the wizarding world have spread like wildfire."

At this point, Mr. Weasley paused:

"Some people say... that you are the third generation Dark Lord."

He also said that now all the officials in the Ministry of Magic and the students of Hogwarts have become your followers.

“Followers?” Harry repeated the word calmly, then asked, “And then?”

Seeing that Harry didn't show any anger, Mr. Weasley breathed a sigh of relief and continued:
“What’s even more absurd is that they gave these ‘followers’ a name: ‘borrowers’.”

Upon hearing this news, Harry's expression instantly turned strange. He hadn't expected the term "borrower" to originate from the lending community.

However, he was not surprised, as the borrower group expanded, information about the borrowers would inevitably be discovered by others.

It seems that a wizard who was dissatisfied with him discovered this and then began to spread information about the borrowers.

Mr. Weasley downed the cold tea in one gulp, leaving the tea leaves at the bottom of the cup.
"Don't worry about it too much. Lucius has already asked the Ministry of Magic's Public Relations Department to clarify."

Harry shook his head and said calmly:
“It’s alright, Mr. Weasley, I don’t mind.”

In a way, aside from their slander that I am the Dark Lord, what they said is not wrong.

Nowadays, a large number of people in the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts are my hosts. Of course, you also know the meaning of "borrower". My relationship with them is mutually beneficial.

However, others are unaware of this, and when they hear about the host, they may very well believe that I am the so-called demon who made a pact with the wizards and deceived their souls.

Therefore, once the news about the host is spread, many ignorant wizards who don't know the specifics will surely be terrified.

Mr. Weasley nodded, but he still had some concerns:

"But we can't let this rumor spread any longer. After all, they've slandered you as the third-generation Dark Lord and severely tarnished the reputation of the borrower community. If this continues, the International Magic Association will likely investigate this matter." (End of Chapter)
