Chapter 495 "Super" Karl
King Orm Marius of Atlantis summoned the most elite warriors of the seven kingdoms and prepared them fully armed to face Karl, the son of Apokolips, at the sealed site of the Mother Box.

The Mother Box has been handed over to Barry Jr. and moved away. It was placed in a lead box and carried by the Flash, Barry Jr., moving across the Earth's surface at a speed infinitely close to the speed of light.

When Carl arrived on Earth, the three Mother Boxes that had already awakened sent him a message informing him of their locations on Earth.

Of the three Mother Boxes, Carl believed that the one guarded in the Atlantis's sealed tower in the 10,000-meter-deep trench was the most difficult, so he chose the most challenging option.

Known as the Son of Apokolips, Darkseid was very attentive to the upbringing and education of Kal'El.

Karl felt no pathetic sympathy for the natives of the world he was about to conquer, nor any senseless emotions. The distinction between justice and evil was utterly pointless; power meant authority; honor was clothing, and to lack it was like running naked in public; war was a universal norm, as constant as breathing; the conquest of inferior civilizations by superior ones was an iron law of the universe; and life was a renewable resource…

Darkseid raised Karl into a "freak." From the perspective of Earthlings, Karl would definitely be a cruel, terrifying, and perverted dictator.

At only around thirty years old, Kal'El had already used his overwhelming Kryptonian power to conquer thousands of planets for Darkseid, and thousands of worlds had been enslaved by Kal'El.

Darkseid encouraged Karl to reproduce, intending for Karl to use his offspring as tools to conquer the rest of the civilized world.

Karl was undoubtedly absolutely loyal to Darkseid.

This "son of Krypton" is Darkseid's favorite tool for conquest.

Upon arriving at the coordinates where the Mother Box was sealed in Atlantis, Karl unleashed a heat beam from his eyes at hundreds of elite underwater warriors. The terrifying heat instantly boiled the seawater, splitting the warriors of the seven kingdoms of Atlantis in two.

After piecing together the group, Aquaman Orm used his Trident to block Karl's unreserved crimson rays, and the Trident was instantly cut in two by the heat.

"asshole!!"

Enraged, Orm threw the replica of Aquaman's Trident at Karl, and the next second Karl's heat vision pierced through Orm's chest.

The blood of the soldiers, severed in two, stained the entire sea red...

Karl frowned as he scanned every corner of the sealed tower, his gaze piercing through every brick. He disassembled every part that he couldn't see through, but he still couldn't find the Mother Box.

Mera manipulated the seawater to steal her dying and incompetent husband, Orm, from the sealed tower, but this little trick did not escape Karl's senses at all.

As Mera placed Om on the back of a friendly sea animal to carry him away from the dangerous place, she turned around and bumped into Karl's strong and broad chest.

Carl grabbed Mera's shoulder; with just a little force, he could crush her shoulder and collarbone to pieces.

“Tell me, where did you hide the Mother Box?” Karl asked coldly.

Mera remained silent, not uttering a word.

She was scared.

She didn't even dare to say anything provocative to Karl, biting her lip tightly.

“You look alright,” Karl said to Mera, who was married.

Karl gently lifted Mera's chin.

Mera's face turned deathly pale.

She was perfectly clear about the intentions this Apokolips invader had toward her.

In Darkseid's education of his good son Kal'ar, any female intelligent alien being who met his aesthetic standards was a usable object, a useful tool. The Kryptonians' long evolutionary history meant that reproductive isolation was something only intelligent races with exceptionally large differences in their species possessed. If Kal'ar wanted, he could even make an individual intelligent Zerg female in the universe give birth to a child with Kryptonian blood, primarily expressing Kryptonian genetic factors.

The black bat Yafei arrived late, only a minute late. In that minute, the son of Apokolips, Kal'el, had already slaughtered the warriors of Atlantis and was planning to abduct Queen Mera of Atlantis.

Carl is a brutal alien invader whose eyes are filled with aggression when he looks at anything on Earth.

Karl released Mera, turned and flew away, this time heading towards the secluded paradise island in the Mediterranean.

Black Bat Yafei continued his pursuit of Karl El.

……

……

On Paradise Island, The Flash ran in the bus carrying the Mother Box. Supergirl Kara, with a heavy heart, arrived at the stone tomb on Paradise Island where the Mother Box was sealed, and together with Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons and the Amazon warriors, they faced off against Kal'el, the son of Apokolips.

The Amazon queen rode a warhorse, holding a green kryptonite spear in her hand.

The Kryptonite Lance was a state gift from Old Bruce to the Amazon Queen when the United States formally established diplomatic relations with the Amazonian Kingdom. When Kara was appointed by Old Bruce as the United States' diplomatic ambassador to the Amazonian Kingdom and became close with the Amazonian warriors, Queen Hippolyta used this Kryptonite Lance to teach Kara the Amazonian warriors weapon fighting techniques.

"Are you really prepared, Kara?" Queen Hippolyta asked Kara meaningfully.

“I have come to understand my mission.”

“It means sending your brother to the underworld,” Kara said to Hippolyta.

"I understand. May the Father of the Gods protect your noble soul," Hippolyta blessed Kara.

Kara looked solemnly at the sky. She heard Karl's voice cutting through the air, and in just a second or two, Karl would be back in front of her.

From afar, Karl saw the sealed stone tomb on the cliff of the island, as well as the army of Amazonian female warriors gathered around it, and his cousin Kara in a bright red and blue bodysuit among the army.

The Son of Apokolips suddenly struck the earth, and the force that shook the island and even the landmass caused the Amazon warriors to fall over.

"Karl!!"

"Ok?"

Kara lunged at Karl.

In the farmland outside Smallville, Kansas, Kara discovered that her strength was inferior to that of her cousin, Karl. Kara didn't delve into the reason, simply attributing it to the physical differences of Kryptonians. Perhaps Karl had been designed by his scientist father to be Krypton's greatest warrior from the moment he took action—a Kryptonian leader and warrior template who was not only physically powerful but also mentally strong.

Kara knew all too well just how terrifying the Kryptonians' power was. She felt that even if old Bruce had made all the necessary preparations, he wouldn't be able to repel or even eliminate Karl, the invader representing Apokolips.

Kara grabbed Karl tightly from behind, calling out loudly for Hippolyta.

The Amazon queen charged at Karl and Kara, gripping her kryptonite spear and thrusting it toward Karl's heart, intending to kill them both.

Kara felt that dying together with her misguided brother Karl was worthwhile.
