Chapter 370 The Prophecy Fulfilled Ahead of Schedule

Chapter 370 The Prophecy Fulfilled Ahead of Schedule
“They seemed to be discussing something with Arnold,” Sirius said, “in a tent outside the field.”

Cohen's heart suddenly skipped a beat.

"What's wrong?" Sirius asked curiously when he saw Cohen's expression. "I ran into Dumbledore when I came in, and he asked about this too—he should be urging them to hurry up, so there's no need to rush."

But Cohen didn't say anything and just rushed out.

"Hey, Cohen—what's wrong—" Harry saw Cohen suddenly run out and quickly followed him out.

Harry's movement caused Sirius, who hadn't yet grasped the situation, to run out as well, creating a chain reaction that left everyone around them momentarily stunned.

“I’ll go check on them. Molly, you stay here with the children and wait a bit.” Mr. Weasley was also a little confused, but since it involved Edward and Arnold, he decided to follow.

Cohen had already planned to find a window and fly directly to the field to find Edward and the others as soon as he stepped outside, but Harry grabbed him in a panic—

"Cohen, what are you doing?!" Harry exclaimed, eyes wide. "It's not that bad—it's just a little late—"

Cohen did stop, but not because Harry grabbed him from behind, but because he saw four figures walking toward the castle through the window.

The tall, bearded, and long-haired man is Dumbledore, while the remaining three, Korn, are clearly Edward and his companions.

So they weren't kidnapped after all?
Cohen's heart, which had been pounding, began to calm down—Nico's research was a success, and this was the first time in four years he had felt so nervous.

“It’s nothing.” Cohen lowered his hand from the windowsill in the hallway.

“You look like you’re about to jump off a building—” Harry swallowed hard, then lowered his voice, “I know you can fly, but there’s no need to turn into one at school…”

"It's alright." Cohen frowned as he looked at the four people outside who were almost out of the castle's sight.

Arnold wasn't there, but given Edward's relationship with Arnold, he should have been included in the "spectator support group."

Although Edward's safety has been confirmed, some questions remain.

"Is there something wrong with Arnold?" Sirius walked over and asked Cohen in a low voice.

“It’s complicated to explain, I’ll ask Edward later.” Cohen shook his head. It would be redundant to explain the prophecy to Sirius again—he just wanted to make sure Edward would be safe during the game.

Why don't we just take him into the box now...?

Before long, Dumbledore led Edward, Rose, and Herbert to the corridor outside the meeting room.

Edward looked a little off, but Cohen didn't detect anything spiritually wrong.

Rose straightened the collar of his brown tuxedo. Herbert wasn't looking at Edward, but at Cohen, as if he was thinking about something.

“The meeting room should be open to everyone,” Dumbledore said in surprise to the small group of people gathered in the corridor. “Arthur, could you please call Barty? He needs to know something. Harry, Cohen, you should go in and participate in the interview.”

With that, Dumbledore stepped aside, letting Edward and the others take Cohen back.

"Why did you come out?" Rose asked, putting her arm around Cohen's shoulder. She was wearing a light purple dress today, but the hem was covered with some dirt that the cleansing spell hadn't been able to remove.

"Where did you go?" Cohen asked. "You startled me—"

"It's nothing." Edward touched his nose, looking somewhat dazed, and subconsciously tugged at his shirt.

Herbert patted Cohen on the back and gestured towards the conference room door. A photographer peeked out from the half-open door and asked them, puzzled:
"Aren't we going to start? The minister has finished speaking—it's time to take pictures."

During the long process, Cohen didn't pay much attention to how the group photo turned out, nor did he care much about the interviews with Edward and his team by the reporters.

Cohen now only wanted to know what Edward and his friends had just encountered.

Has that future already... arrived ahead of schedule?

After the interview, Cohen did not go back to the lounge to rest, but insisted on following Edward and the others back to the tent.

“Nothing’s wrong, Arnold just suddenly got sick—” Edward lied to Cohen very clumsily.

“He suddenly got sick. Don’t you want to listen to what you’re saying?” Cohen said helplessly. “He must have had a sudden cardiac arrest to be able to get sick and become unable to move while ‘chatting’ with you, right?”

"Don't worry about what's going on here, just focus on the game," Herbert reassured Cohen.

"Were you taken to a strange place by the Triwizard Tournament trophy, and then there was a fake Cohen there, who finally used a green spell on Edward?" Cohen asked bluntly. "Edward knows, I know."

Rose and Herbert both looked at Edward.

“I told you we couldn’t hide it from Cohen…” Edward said helplessly.

“I saw it in the crystal ball,” Cohen said. “Now can you tell me what happened? I’ve worried about this countless times already…”

Edward sighed, looked at Rose, and then at Herbert.

"Huh? You want me to say everything?" Edward asked.

“You’re such a good storyteller.” Rose nudged his shoulder. “I don’t even know where to begin—my mind’s still a mess—I almost thought you were dead…”

“Okay…” Edward scratched his neck and began to explain to Cohen what had happened that evening.

It started when Arnold asked them to settle some matters regarding the Triwizard Tournament trophy after dinner.

"Thinking about it now, it is indeed strange. The trophy shouldn't have been associated with the Warriors' parents before the game, right..." Edward said. "But Arnold talked to me about it again... cough cough..."

"What did you talk about?" Rose asked, pursing her lips. "What made you immediately believe he was real?"

“That’s only human nature, that’s only human nature,” Herbert said, trying to smooth things over for Edward. “At least he just uses it as something to talk about…”

However, when Herbert looked at Edward, his eyes were so fierce that it seemed he was saying, "If you dare to go to that place behind my sister's back, I'll break your legs."

“I know what it is…” Cohen’s lips twitched a few times. “And then?”

“Then we were led to a deserted place by that trophy, and we ran into someone impersonating you… but having learned from the last experience, I recognized him immediately,” Edward said. “Then I was hit by that imposter's Avada Kedavra curse—I actually thought I could dodge it, but my stomach was acting up, and I was a little slow to turn around…”
