Chapter 31 Gwen's First Battle

Looking at the ninja sword that was out of his control, the ninja was sure that he was no match for the thin girl in front of him in terms of strength. He let go of his beloved sword, touched his waist with both hands, and a pair of kunai appeared in his hands.

Because he was at a disadvantage in terms of strength, the ninja decided to keep his distance and use hidden weapons to deal with his opponent. Fearing that the target would counterattack, he chose to throw a kunai while pulling back.

Then, in Gwen's shocked and angry eyes, the ninja's eyes lost their luster, and the body turned into a pile of ashes and scattered on the ground.

"Hurry up, Happy, please answer the phone!" Gwen knelt beside George and dialed Yang Le's number, praying that the call would be connected quickly.

"Gwen?"

"father!"

Excited Gwen was about to pounce on George, but was stopped by Yang Le who grabbed her clothes from behind.

"Uncle George just woke up and is still very weak. He can't withstand your torture."

After listening to Yang Le's advice, Gwen's emotions finally stabilized. She gently came to George's bedside and asked with concern.

"I feel fine, how about you Gwen? Are you hurt? Did that ninja hurt you?"

"I'm fine, Dad." Gwen comforted the emotional George. "Harpy saved me. He shot the ninja, and the ninja ran away."

"How is this possible?" George obviously didn't believe it. After all, the ninja cut off his right hand with a knife when he was aiming with a gun.

"Happy found the best doctor to reattach your right hand." Gwen saw George looking at his right hand and changed the subject.

"You should call me uncle. Sir sounds too distant."

"Okay, Uncle George." Yang Le accepted the proposal with a smile. "Gwen and I are friends. I believe that if anything happens to me, Gwen will help me with all her might."
