Chapter 15: The feeling of suffocation like a python coiling around

Teacher Ueo led the children up to the second floor and stopped at the room closest to the stairs. He gently opened the wooden door and asked them to line up at the door. Teacher Ueo led them one by one to the small beds with their names on them.

When it came to Glass and Tsuna, Mr. Uehara led Glass in first, then returned from the room and walked in front of Tsuna. Mr. Uehara touched his chin and thought for a moment before speaking:

"Tsuna, you can take a nap here too. I'll explain everything to Mr. Yoshinaga later." As soon as he finished speaking, Mr. Ueo extended his left hand and took Tsuna to the last bed in the room. He chuckled and said, "Go to bed and take a nap. School will be over when you wake up."

Tsuna looked at the bed. It was covered with a small mat, on which were placed a small gray pillow and a small gray blanket. There was no name on the bed frame, so it looked like a spare one.

Tsuna withdrew his gaze and turned to look at the front left side of the room, where Nozomi's bed was. He found that she was not on the bed or around her. He was about to look elsewhere when a voice came from behind him:
"Are you looking for me, Tsuna?"

Tsuna turned around and saw that it was Naoko standing behind him, holding a small gray pillow. He frowned and asked in confusion, "Noko, you don't want to come over and sleep with me, do you?"

"Yeah!" Glass nodded obediently in response. Regardless of whether Tsuna agreed or not, she walked directly to the bed, put the pillow in her arms next to another pillow, turned around and sat on the small bed, bent down and reached out to take off her shoes, revealing her white socks, and then lay straight on Tsuna's bed.

Tsuna looked at the self-conscious Naoko and couldn't help but grumble: "Hey, Naoko, I haven't agreed yet."

Tsuna didn't know if Nozomi heard what he was complaining about, he only knew that after Nozomi lay on the bed, her eyes were fixed on him, as if urging him to hurry up.

Tsuna stood by the bed, shook his head and chuckled, then bent down to take off his shoes, then sat on the bed, took the small blanket and pulled it over both Naoko and himself. Naoko even gave him a large portion of her space.

After Tsuna lay down, he looked at Nozomi who was facing him. The breath from the other person blew on Tsuna's face and he felt itchy. He said softly in a tone of coaxing a child: "Okay, okay, go to sleep, Nozomi. You can go home after school when you wake up." After that, Tsuna chose to close his eyes. When Nozomi saw that Tsuna had closed his eyes, the corners of her mouth rose, she chuckled softly, hugged Tsuna's arm and closed her eyes as well.

After Mr. Ueo had arranged all the children, he began to count the heads on the beds. When he walked to Nozomi's bed, he saw that it was empty.

Teacher Ueo didn't panic or get confused. Instead, she felt an intuition telling her to slowly turn her gaze towards Tsuna's makeshift bed at the back of the room. Sure enough, she saw two cute little heads peeking out from under the blanket.

Teacher Ueo looked at the two of them with a gentle smile on his face, but said nothing. Then he began to count the heads.

After everyone was counted, Mr. Kamio walked out to the corridor, took out his cell phone and called Ms. Yoshinaga to explain that Tsuna was taking a nap at his place and asked her not to worry.

After chatting briefly, he hung up the phone and returned to his room to coax the children who were still asleep to sleep. Once all the children were asleep, Teacher Ueyama took a small stool and walked to the door, where he sat down against the wall and began to close his eyes and rest.

While sleeping, Tsuna felt that breathing was becoming increasingly difficult, as if he was being suffocated by a python. There was also a tingling sensation on the right side of his face, and a constant crackling sound came from his ears.

Tsuna snapped his eyes open, a thin layer of sweat still on his forehead, and a dampness on his right cheek. He gently untangled himself from Naoko's arms and legs, then began to breathe deeply. "Haha...are you awake?" Tsuna knew it was his mother from the moment she heard the soft laughter. He turned to see her, looking at something on her phone.

Tsuna was about to ask when she heard Nazawa's nasal, hazy voice from the right: "Tsuna...! Good job~" Miyamura Shizuka put away her phone, covered her mouth with her hands, and chuckled, then walked out.

Tsuna sat up and gently shook the sleeping Nozomi. After a while, Nozomi woke up from her sleep in a daze, her mouth still smacking as if she was savoring something.

Tsuna looked around first and found that the other children had already gone back. Then he slowly and gently said to Glass, who was rubbing her eyes: "It's time to get ready to go back, Glass."

"Yeah!" Tsuna put on his shoes first, squatted down and tied his shoelaces, and then helped Nozomi, who was sitting on the bed and yawning, put on her shoes and tied their laces.

After finishing, Tsuna stretched out his hands and gently pulled Nozomi off the bed and stood up. Then he walked to the bed, folded the small blanket and placed it at the end of the bed before pulling Nozomi towards the door.

When the two walked out of the nap room and into the corridor, they saw Shizuka Miyamura and Teacher Ageo both with auntie smiles on their faces. Teacher Ageo was even pointing at the phone in Shizuka Miyamura's hand.

Tsuna looked at their interaction with confusion and asked curiously, "Mom, what are you looking at?". Glass was holding Tsuna's hand, still a little dazed and not coming back to her senses.

When Shizuka Miyamura heard Tsuna's question, she immediately put away her smile, walked forward with her cell phone, and looked mysterious, which made Nozomi curious.

Shizuka Miyamura squatted down with her phone in hand, then held it in front of the two of them. When Naoko saw it, her face flushed instantly, and even the slight confusion she had felt before disappeared. Tsuna, speechless, shifted his gaze to look at Shizuka Miyamura.

The picture on the phone was a photo of the two of them taking a nap in bed. Natsuko's arms and legs were tightly wrapped around Tsuna, and her mouth was biting Tsuna's right cheek and sucking hard. Tsuna looked uncomfortable.

Finally, Shizuka Miyamura said hello to Teacher Ageo and took Tsuna and Nozomi, whose head seemed to be smoking, out of the kindergarten.

Teacher Kamio chuckled as he watched them leave, then he walked into the nap room, folded and arranged the children's quilts and pillows, stretched himself, closed the wooden door, and walked towards the teacher's office.

Because I need to prepare props for teaching the kids sign language tomorrow and look up some information, it will take a while before I can get home from get off work.

Teacher Kamio walked to the office door, turned the doorknob and pushed open the door, and saw Teacher Yoshinaga still sitting in the office.

The sound of Ageo-sensei opening the door also caught Yoshinaga-sensei's attention. He looked up at the door and saw that it was Ageo-sensei. He chuckled and nodded to her before returning to his own work. After Ageo-sensei closed the door, he returned to his seat.

After Mr. Ageo sat down at his seat, he couldn't help but ask Mr. Yoshinaga, "Midori, how are the kids in your class? Are there any good kids besides Tsuna?" ("Midori Yoshinaga" is Mr. Yoshinaga's full name; everyone he knows calls him Midori.)
"Masumi, what are you talking about in your sleep? It's only the second day, how can you tell anything? But apart from being scared to tears by the principal this morning, they haven't cried much," Teacher Yoshinaga chuckled and refuted Teacher Ageo's words. ("Ageo Masumi" is Teacher Ageo's full name.)
