Chapter 17: Scattered Food
Seeing him suddenly talking to him, Tsuna was so scared that he quickly turned around and continued to lie down, fearing that he would smear himself.

"Pa pa pa!" Tsuna lay on the table for a while before hearing a round of applause. He looked up at the source of the sound and heard Teacher Yoshinaga's loud voice: "Children, hurry up and take your seats. The teacher is about to call the roll!"

The children playing at the back of the classroom and the odd couple behind Tsuna quickly returned to their seats, and those who were taking a nap on the table were gently woken up.

Teacher Yoshinaga, standing on the podium, held a notebook in his right hand and gently turned the first page with his left hand. He looked up at the children below and after finding that they were all seated, he began to call out the names on the notebook one by one.

"Miyamura Tsunayoshi!"

"Here!" The children behind followed the lead of Tsuna, who was the first to call out "Here". Whenever Teacher Yoshinaga called out their names, they would shout "Here" loudly. Later, they even started competing to see who could shout louder.

After calling the names, Teacher Yoshinaga saw that there were three children who did not respond, so he reminded the children sitting below: "Stay in your seats, teacher is going out to make a phone call and will be back soon." After that, Teacher Yoshinaga walked out of the Sunflower Class with his notebook.

Teacher Yoshinaga walked out of the classroom, leaned against the wall next to the door, looked at the entrance of the kindergarten, reached into his pocket, took out his mobile phone and started calling the number of the parent of the first child who was absent.

The first two parents said similar things. Their children refused to go to kindergarten and said there were bad people in the kindergarten. Seeing that their children resisted so fiercely, the parents were worried that their children were being bullied in kindergarten, so they had no choice but to change kindergartens and come back at noon to discuss the refund of tuition.

Teacher Yoshinaga looked at the string of numbers next to the last name, 'Nohara Shinnosuke', and then he dialed the number. However, after two or three consecutive calls with no one answering, Teacher Yoshinaga took a deep breath, put away his phone, and turned to walk into the classroom.

As Mr. Yoshinaga took his left foot forward, a loud shout came from far behind him: "Wait! Mr. Yoshinaga!"

Teacher Yoshinaga turned and looked towards the kindergarten gate, and saw a bicycle rushing into the kindergarten at a very fast speed. When it got closer, he found that Shinnosuke was sitting on the back with his eyes closed, and the person riding the bicycle in front was Shinnosuke's mother, Nohara Misae.

When they were almost at the classroom door, Nohara Misae, who was riding her bicycle, braked suddenly and stopped steadily in front of Mr. Yoshinaga. Nohara Misae smiled awkwardly and said to Mr. Yoshinaga, "I'm sorry, Mr. Yoshinaga, I overslept today. I'll leave Xiaoxin in your hands."

After explaining the reason, Nohara Misae turned around and shook Shinnosuke awake from his nap, then untied the rope tied to Shinnosuke, carried him off the bike and handed him to Mr. Yoshinaga, then rode away quickly on her bike.

Teacher Yoshinaga looked at the figures of Shinnosuke's parents who left quickly, chuckled twice, and without saying anything, he took the confused Shinnosuke into the Sunflower class and sat him down. Then he asked everyone to be quiet and started today's formal teaching.

--------

The peaceful kindergarten life began like this, repeating itself almost every day. Specifically, Tsuna would run to have lunch and take a nap with Nozomi at noon. He would take Nozomi to wash her hands before eating, and then drink some warm water before eating her lunch box. After the nap, he would help Nozomi put on her shoes and tie her shoelaces.

The kids in the Sakura class are all used to Tsuna being with Shoko. At first, some of the little girls even envied Shoko, but later they got used to it.

Teacher Kamio always watched them interact with an auntie smile. In the beginning, Nozomi secretly thought he was a pervert, but Tsuna explained the reason to Nozomi and she felt relieved.

At the beginning, Tsuna had a strong presence in the Sunflower class. The little girls liked to play with Tsuna, thinking that Tsuna was completely different from the little boys in the class who wet their pants and cried a lot, and he was also very cute.

But later, Tsuna would disappear every time it was time for dinner, and he stopped playing with the kids in Himawari's class. Over time, he gradually became invisible. Tsuna only knew the five-person group of Nohara Shinnosuke in the class, and he had a good relationship with them. He didn't remember the names of the other kids in the class at all.

In the blink of an eye, three months of this leisurely life passed.

The Sakura class had a physical education class that day. It was held once a week and was staggered from the normal classes to reserve the sand pit and slide on the playground for the children in the Sakura class to relax and play.

"Dong... Dong... Dong..." As the lunch bell rang, Teacher Ueo quickly organized the children playing outside and led them back to Sakura Class to prepare their lunch boxes. Naoko returned to her seat and pulled out her and Tsuna's lunch boxes from the hole in the desk. These two lunch boxes were prepared early in the morning by Yaeko Nishimiya, who had taken a rare break. Naoko was very happy and could not wait to eat with Tsuna.

Glass unwrapped the black cloth wrapped around the two bento boxes, then stuffed the cloth back into the hole in the table. Holding a bento box in each hand, she skipped over to Mr. Ueo who was standing next to the podium and said happily to him:

"Mr. Ageo, can I go eat lunch with Tsuna?"

Teacher Kamio looked at Nozomi who was acting coquettishly with him, and thought that in the past three months, Nozomi had gone to the Sunflower Class to play with Tsuna several times, and Tsuna was always with Nozomi.

Mr. Ueo immediately regained his composure, reached out his left hand, touched Glass's little head, and said softly, "Well, go ahead."

Glass nodded happily in response and left the Sakura class with brisk steps.

On the way, we also met a little boy with a crew cut and a little boy with a mushroom head who came out of the Sunflower Class to go to the bathroom. Glass had been to the Sunflower Class several times and remembered what they looked like.

"Good afternoon." Glass greeted the two happily and walked past them to continue walking towards Sunflower Class.

Mushroom Head and Crew Cut ignored Glass. They didn't hear what Glass said at all. Crew Cut suddenly thought of something, stopped, turned around and said to Mushroom Head, "She seems to be the little freak that often appears next to that brat!"

After hearing what the crew cut said, the mushroom head also remembered who Glass was, and thought of the monsters that the dynamic superman fought recently, and said to the crew cut mysteriously:
"Do you think she's some kind of monster lurking in the world? She wears a red ornament every day, and her speech is as unclear as those monsters.

And that brat is so arrogant and cocky, it must be because he has a little monster by his side."

After Mushroom Head's reminder, the crew cut who already extremely disliked Tsuna suddenly understood. He exchanged a glance with Mushroom Head and decided to set an example. He stopped Mushroom Head who was about to rush forward and said:

"Let me go first. I recently learned the dynamic flying kick. Let me show you how powerful I am."

Glass had his back to them, completely unaware of what they were up to, and the distance between them was several meters.

The man with a crew cut imitated the dynamic superhero on TV. He first took a running start, and when he was about to get close to Nozomi, he jumped and kicked her directly in the back.

Glass was completely unprepared and was still walking forward happily. Even the person and the lunch box in his arms were kicked and slid about one meter along the concrete floor.

I was completely dazed and in pain all over, especially my knees and arms, which were burning. Half of my face was numb, and I felt a warm sensation in my nose. The hearing aid on my left ear fell to the ground, and the two lunch boxes were scattered all over the ground due to the impact.

Glass looked at the food scattered on the ground and wanted to pick it up again. Her mother told Tsuna not to play with her because she wasted food and was picky about food. But she found that she could not stand up at all, and red liquid began to drip onto the gray concrete floor.

Glass began to cry loudly, unable to bear the pain in her body. She saw the lunch box kicked away by one foot, and the spilled food was stepped on by the other foot. Thinking that Tsuna had no lunch at noon because of her, her crying became louder and louder.

Happy New Year to everyone in advance!
