Chronicles of the Qin Dynasty

Chapter 32 Remarks on the launch

Chapter 32 Remarks on the launch
As usual, thanks.

Today marks nine and a third years of writing.

"Chronicles of the Qin Dynasty" is my ninth book and also my first traditional ancient infrastructure text.

I didn’t plan to write this book at the time, because this stalk is my white moonlight theme——

When I was a kid, I watched a CCTV cartoon that showed a man walking amidst a blanket of yellow sand. Suddenly, a sandstorm hit, and he scrambled to avoid it. But amidst the dust, the chariots, the army, and the emperor of the Qin Dynasty gradually emerged.

Therefore, I have always wanted to write such a story. I had shown the story outline and opening to the editor as early as the summer of 2024, but I was hesitant to put pen to paper.

Moreover, my writing comfort zone is in the modern era, and I haven’t read much. I always feel that I need to learn a lot before I can write well.

But the more I learn, the more shallow I feel.

So last winter, on the high-speed train on my way to Beijing, a modern-day rich man meme appeared, which was also very, very interesting!
As a result, after the Chinese New Year, I tried to write about the rich man, but I was not satisfied with any of the beginnings I wrote. Finally, my friends advised me: This is God’s will!
Just write about white moonlight!

Bai Yueguang was still afraid that what he wrote would not be to his liking, so he made it up, made it up, and made it up.

So I wrote it.

This is the origin of "Chronicles of the Qin Dynasty".

Next is about the book: because I need to look up a lot of information, and there are a lot of updated information, fallacies, and some bloggers make mistakes...

So the progress of this article is a bit slow, I will try my best to keep updating. (To be honest, there are not many comments on the new book, which really makes me feel cold, and I grit my teeth and power my love.)

Regarding resources: I've used books, popular science videos, and online resources from teachers like Yan Buke, Feng Shi, Wang Li, and Chen Suzhen. I haven't learned much from them, so I'll note what I can. If there are omissions or errors, please point them out. Please be tolerant.

About the heroine:

I gave my childhood the biggest golden finger: to have a strong body, never get sick and be able to grow old in good health!

Many readers like to read stories about female emperors, but I have never written about political struggles. I am afraid that I will be laughed at by everyone, so I have not considered it.

For stories about empresses, you can read works like [Stir-fried Mushrooms in Oil] and [Fei 10]. There are also many authors who write very well about empresses.

The purpose of writing remains the same: I hope that readers will be happy.

Because I write in such detail and at such a slow pace, it's more like describing everyday life in ancient times than major events of family and state. Therefore, many chapters may just cover a single day's plot, with all the fun and games, not necessarily benefiting humanity. Please don't worry.

Well, that’s it, nothing too profound. I just hope everyone can always be happy while reading!
Alright! I'm done! It'll be available around 10am!
