Chapter 11011: We are Goliath!

Chapter 11011: We are Goliath! (Please read!)

The dome of the Belgrade Arena was shaking. The roars of the FMP fans, who were originally outnumbered, now turned into a torrent of the Danube, submerging the red star flag in mud and sand.

Luka Bogdanovic hunched over on his knees, sweat staining the wooden floor darkly.

The frustration this game brought him was stronger than all the frustrations he had experienced in his life before.

This war machine, which once tore through the adult team's defense in the King's Cup final, was now dismembered into scrap metal by Chinese teenagers using the most primitive back-to-the-basket singles.

The most difficult thing for Luka Bogdanovic to accept was that Lynch only used one move to defeat him from beginning to end!

After getting into position with his back to the basket, he immediately turned around and broke through to the basket after receiving the ball. This was the only thing Lynch did on the offensive end in the past half.

After halftime, Lynch had scored 30 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks, leading FMP to a 14-point lead into the halftime break.

Durovich looked at Lynch's stats on the electronic scoreboard and whistled, "What a gorgeous low-post technique!"

Facts have proved that Lynch's decision to develop back-to-the-basket first was extremely correct.

It's difficult to master the post-up game, but if you just want to be able to use it, it's much easier than practicing shooting and dribbling.

Because in post-up offense, a player's physical fitness and toughness can make up for technical deficiencies to a certain extent.

Most of the famous guards who excel at post-up moves, such as Magic Johnson, Mark Jackson, and Andre Miller, are actually very simple in their post-up moves. They just rely on their huge size advantage at the point guard position to eat their opponents alive, without too many technical elements involved.

Giannis Antetokounmpo's post-up game is also quite monotonous, but few in the league can defend him except for his teammate Khris Middleton. (Old fans may not understand this, but to put it simply, it's the same as saying that the only person in the league who can defend KD is Russell Westbrook.)
The importance of a man's hardness in back-to-the-basket play is self-evident.

If a player subconsciously resists muscle confrontation, then his low-post offense will definitely not be very threatening.

The Admiral, Anthony Davis, Chris Webber and others belong to this category. Their instinctive aversion to fierce confrontation means that they are destined to be unable to get what they want in the low post.

Joel Embiid has much more delicate low-post skills than Giannis, but in actual games, he is only willing to be a big guard floating outside, so his back-to-the-basket threat is far inferior to that of a rough guy like Giannis.

If you can't shoot or dribble, you just can't do it. No matter how good your physical fitness is or how strong your heart is, it can't help you.

Posting up is different. Your physical fitness and toughness can make your post-up offense easier.

Lynch chose the most correct path.

Halftime, in the locker room.

Lynch tilted his head back and drank the sports drink. The sound of water rolling in his Adam's apple was particularly clear in the enclosed space.

30 points in the first half means that he crushed his opponents, but it also means that he took a lot of shots.

But the team's other core player, Teodosic, didn't think it was wrong. Instead, he high-fived Lynch and said, "Well done."

Teodosic reached out to high-five, with blood marks on his forearm from the defender's scratches.

During the meal before, Theo made it clear that he would not be selfish for the sake of data, but Lynch did not expect him to be so calm.

Thinking of this, Lynch smiled and shook his head: "Theo, you're crazy."

"What? You're the first person to call me that."

Indeed, Teodosic's calm playing style has nothing to do with the title of "madman".

But in Lynch's opinion, how can someone who can handle things in the most calm way in the most heated atmosphere not be a madman?

Theo did not discuss anything about the data. He just pointed a finger at Lynch and said the most heartless words in the calmest tone.

"Hurry up and destroy Luka in the second half, and then we'll only have Darko left."

On the side, FMP youth team center forward Luka Modric swallowed his saliva.

Although I knew that the "Luca" Theo was talking about was not me, Theo's cold tone still made me feel a chill down my spine.

"What? Didn't I destroy him in the first half? I scored 30 points on him." Lynch responded while wiping his sweat.

"But you let him score eight points in the first half."

“Is 8 points a lot?”

"You can do better, and we both know it."

Lynch admitted that he played too well on the offensive end in the first half, which somewhat distracted his attention on the defensive end and allowed Luka Bogdanovic to steal several shots.

Lynch pulled off the towel from around his neck and looked Theo in the eye - this guy didn't have a desire for victory, but a morbid obsession with absolute control.

He doesn't just want to beat Luka and Darko, he wants to crush them together with Lynch.

"I know Theo. I will destroy him on defense in the second half as well."

"Ah."

The second half of the game started quickly and Red Star changed its strategy.

They no longer double-teamed Teodosic, but instead chose to double-team Lynch when he was playing in the low post.

"Stupid choice." On the bench, Vlad Durovic laughed gloatingly.

Little did the Red Star know that they had merely unleashed the shackles of another demon.

Theo only took three shots in the first half and looked like a harmless sheep.

But all the FMP players in the locker room just now knew that he was more ruthless than anyone else.

In the first attack of the second half, Theo easily defeated Wilke in a one-on-one situation.

When Theo broke through with the ball, Wilke wanted to steal it. But before his fingertips touched the basketball, Theo made a quick stop with excellent rhythm, changed hands behind his back, and Wilke missed the ball and fell to the ground like a mud man melted by water.

After shaking off Wilke, Theo quickly adjusted his center of gravity, jumped directly from outside the three-point line and shot the basketball.

Starting from the fourth attack tonight, the sheep faded away and Satan took over to solve the problem.

In the first half, Red Star used extreme double-teaming to limit Theo's scoring.

But in a one-on-one match, Wilke is no match for Theo.

The most amazing thing about Theo is that he is a true point guard.

Most combo guards have some personal offense and some organizational skills, but they are not proficient in either.

Theo is just the opposite. He has the organization and passing skills of a pure point guard, and the ball-handling and singles skills of a pure No. 2 position.

At least he is such a player at this level.

Scoring, scoring continuously, FMP is widening the gap.

Theo is a selfless player, but he won't show mercy if given the opportunity.

The Greek scouts in the stands tore up the previous comments about Theo "lacking attacking desire", "lacking murderous intent" and "being of no use".

He rewrote the sentence: "The best offensive defender in Europe for the next 10 years."

Red Star fans had just been burned by the high temperature emitted by Lynch in the first half, and now they had to endure the torture of absolute zero.

Lynch attacked like a berserker, dunking, yelling, charging, fearing the noise would be too small.

Theo was like a professional killer, calm and composed, his face covered in blood but expressionless.

With Theo freed up on offense, Lynch became a nightmare for Luka Bogdanovic on defense. Lynch wasn't directly matched up against the Red Star talent, but every time Luka was about to take a shot, Lynch would appear in front of him, forcing him to pass the ball over and over again.

Five minutes into the second half, Luka still hadn't scored.

He tried to break through with the ball and also tried to move without the ball.

But no matter where he goes, the moment he catches the ball, he will definitely be overshadowed by the shadow of No. 10.

In the sixth minute of the second half, Teodosic made a step-back three-pointer to extend the lead to 25 points.

Luka Bogdanovic is under tremendous pressure and he must step up, otherwise Red Star will suffer a humiliating defeat.

He raised his hand to ask for the ball on the right side outside the three-point line and broke through directly.

As expected, Lynch slid out like a ghost.

He remembered that he had successfully challenged Lynch once at the beginning of the game, so he tried the same trick again.

Stop, step back, fade away jump shot.

This series of movements is very smooth. For a 203 cm striker, Luka's ability to combine with the ball is enviable.

This sudden change of pace on the drive usually allows Luka Bogdanovic to escape danger.

Once the basketball is shot, the pressure of whether the team collapses falls entirely on his shoulders.

But not long after he made the move, his face was distorted by despair.

Because he could already see that his fadeaway jump shot couldn't break through Lynch's fingertips.

Lynch failed to defend against this move at the beginning because he was not prepared enough.

But the same trick won't work on him twice.

"Snapped."

Despair enveloped Luka Bogdanovic and the entire Belgrade Arena.

So far in the second half, Luka Bogdanovic has not scored a single point.

Although the scout from Olympiacos came to investigate Theo, he thought for a few seconds and wrote a sentence in his notebook.

"Maybe our frontcourt is deep enough, maybe we need a guard. But I still suggest you watch Lynch's game tape and consider bringing him in. I think he's the kind of player you can't miss."

Teo and Lynch did it.

They don't have to sacrifice anyone, but instead each plays to their own strengths and then stand in the spotlight at the same time!

The basketball was hit away by Lynch, and Teo received the basketball tacitly and immediately counterattacked with the ball.

The rubbing sound of sneakers against the floor was like the sound of death approaching.

Luka Bogdanovic's eyes were red as he pursued relentlessly, eager to grasp the last chance of regaining his dignity.

The red star genius looked less like a basketball player and more like a tyrant whose crown had been taken away. His fingertips were always two or three centimeters away from Theo's fluttering jersey, just like the eternal distance between him and victory all night.

Theo advanced to the three-point line and stopped suddenly, made a fake pass to his teammates to confuse the defense, and then shot directly.

Luka ran towards the basket, trying to grab the rebound.

As the basketball arced in the air, Luka gradually realized that the ball's flight trajectory was abnormal.

Did Teodosic miss all three shots?

Just as Luka was about to jump up and grab the ball, he saw a long, oblique figure on the floor.

He understood what was going on almost immediately.

This isn't even a fucking shot!

"Hold."

"boom!"

Lynch's five fingers dug into the leather to grab the basketball in the air, and he shot the ball over Luka Bogdanovic with one hand!

Lynch landed and high-fived Theo. Behind him was the sound of a tomahawk dunk, and the genius was lying in a mess at their feet.

Luka Bogdanovic's downfall has changed the landscape of Serbian youth basketball forever.

The subsequent games naturally lost their suspense, and Red Star became a completely defeated army.

In the end, they suffered a crushing defeat with a huge difference of 35 points. This was the biggest tragedy Red Star had experienced since moving to the Belgrade Arena.

特奥17分13次助攻,林奇40分16个篮板5次封盖。

Luka Bogdanovic didn't score a single point in the second half and got a magical score: 8 points in the whole game.

At the end of the game, Boshko looked at the several cameras facing him in a daze.

This was the first time in his life that he faced so many cameras, and he would soon appear on television in countless Serbian homes.

A female reporter from the National Sports Channel came forward, and when she put the microphone to Boshko's mouth, the nervous Boshko remembered to breathe.

"Hello, coach."

"Hello."

"We can all see that you are very excited. This was an amazing game. I bet no one could have imagined that the game would end like this.

Did you expect your team to win against Red Star by a huge margin before the game? Or were you also surprised by the final score?

Boshko stared at the camera, a little timid, and timidity always makes people want to be humble: "In fact, you know, this result is indeed a bit unexpected."

Boshko stopped mid-sentence.

This is not fair.

He wanted to be humble in front of the media, but it was unfair.

Lynch and Theo completely destroyed Luka, they deserve all the praise, they don't need to be humble, they just need praise, admiration and applause.

In the next few seconds, Boshko went through several internal struggles.

Finally, he clenched his fist.

Two young men who were ignorant of the immensity of the world overthrew one famous so-called genius after another.

Then let me be ignorant of the world for once with you!

“In fact, I knew this would be the result.

Before, other teams in Belgrade challenged Red Star like David challenging Goliath.

But now with Lynch and Te'o, man, we're Goliath!"

Boshko couldn't help laughing. It felt so good to be so ignorant of the world.
