“They are two-way trackers,” Zhan Lan said in the mind chain.

Mu Xiang pushed up his glasses.

[This plot has clearly been altered... Was it those two supervisors who lured us in to collect combat data?]

[No, that's practically like unleashing dogs on the subway when the doors close... Could they really be that stupid?]

Although still considering the problem, Mu Xiang had already pushed off the ground with one foot, his body shooting out from the other side of the car door. With this kick, several sections of the car shook together.

Mu Xiang had already explained the tactical arrangements in the mind chain: Zheng Zha would protect Jill, while Zhan Lan and Ba Wang would act together with Carlos.

After all, these two are important figures appointed by the main god, and there can be no mistakes.

Carlos nodded upon hearing this: "We need to split into two groups to restore power and another group to clear the roadblocks... Use this to communicate." As he spoke, he took out a walkie-talkie.

Zheng Zha reached out and took it, then looked at Jill: "Shall we go to the substation?"

Jill was quite straightforward; she wasn't one to worry about saving face, so she understood what Zheng Zha and the others were thinking. She nodded and started to walk out.

Carlos then looked at Zhan Lan and Ba Wang: "Clear the roadblocks..."

Before he could say that one person would suffice, Zhan Lan walked out, and Ba Wang patted Carlos on the shoulder, signaling him to lead the way.

Carlos glanced at Michelle with a conflicted expression. He had originally thought that with enough manpower, someone could keep Michelle company.

His captain waved and laughed, telling him to get lost. "Once you get up there, I'll tell you how to get there... Contact me anytime if anything happens," Carlos instructed Zheng Zha and his companion, who were traveling in the opposite direction.

Jill didn't reply. After glancing at the walkie-talkie channel in Zheng Zha's hand, she asked instead, "Did you contact the police station before?"

“Huh? Hehe, yeah.” Carlos paused for a moment before realizing what Jill meant. “Yes, when we were first attacked by that thing, I contacted the police... but they were too busy dealing with their own problems at the time.”

Upon hearing this, Jill gave a wry smile, realizing how much she had truly missed out on... She waved without turning her head and followed Zheng Zha out.

Meanwhile, Mu Xiang had already spotted the pursuers bursting into the subway entrance. These two pursuers had acquired weapons: a rocket launcher and a heavy machine gun. It seemed Umbrella Corporation had put some effort into the coordinated operation of their bio-weapons; at least until these two were severely damaged and mutated, they could coordinate their firepower.

The subway entrance here connects to a zombie-infested commercial area. The UBCS team seemed to have taken note of this, as the entrance was not only secured with metal bars, but also blocked with debris both inside and out. Even the staff door outside was tightly shut.

However, such a blockade is merely a joke in the face of rocket launchers and heavy machine guns.

By this time, the subway entrance blockade had been almost completely destroyed, and the two pursuers were stomping their way in... To make matters worse, the noise here had attracted some zombies, who, although they hadn't smelled anything yet, were also heading this way.

The next moment, a streak of light more than ten meters long flashed by... The sound of whistling wind echoed at the subway entrance!
Both trackers took a step at the same time, then paused slightly before falling forward.

Before their bodies fell to the ground, two hooded heads bumped into movie posters in the corridor and bounced off to the ground.

Mu Xiang had no interest in playing a one-against-two game with them, so he chose the fastest method when no one was watching.

What? You're saying the people at the subway entrance across the street might spot him?

After Ji Yue was unleashed from a distance, it was once again stored in the bracelet. Mu Xiang continued walking, passing by the corpses of the two pursuers. He rushed out of the subway exit, his hands flashing with blurry light and shadow, casually swiping at the zombies on either side.
